The article provides information on the salary schedule for superior teacher in late twenties and early thirties in Lincoln, Nebraska. Teachers who are selected by the administrative staff as superior will be paid above the regular salary schedule. However, this type of salary schedule has been abolished in 1932. The author stresses the reasons for the abolishment of the salary schedule, which includes revision of the schedule and the school administration also found out that the effect of the schedule creates apparently ill to the staff members of the school.
