Abstract

The article presents a case study of the German wiki website "Evangelisch in Niedersachsen," and the different factors that made it a successful web community. The site, which is about Protestants in Lower Saxony, Germany, is evaluated with strategies such as using various criteria from literature to analyze the wiki, conducting an internet survey with users from the web site, and comparing it to other similar social media sites.
