Abstract

The article reports on a meeting of the library organization "Modem" composed of library workers from small rural libraries in Germany, Poland and Belarus, which met from April 27 to May 2, 2010 in Camp Rodowo in Masuren, Poland. The purpose of the meeting was to gather ideas for putting together cultural and educational programs for libraries in rural regions.
