Mexican tourist destinations are currently one of the most important receivers of national and international tourists, in addition, they are considered one of the main factors in the economic development of the country. The theoretical framework is based on the positions of sustainable tourism and social development, which seek that all people are treated equally and equal opportunities rate. The problem states that government requirements put pressure on tourism service providers by modifying to improve accessibility and travel experiences. The goal is determine whether tourism accessibility strategies are satisfactory for the motor disability person. The research is defined as descriptive-explanatory, the data was obtained by the survey application. The analysis space was in Ciudad Juárez and the study population segment was 18,730 in the 20-35 year age range, the sample was 96 people with motor disabilities. The data was processed by Tableau 15 and Weka 3.9.2 softwares. The final results establish unattractive results in the experience in lodging and feeding. The findings reveal accessibility issues in service providers in terms of facilities, transport, and special services. The correlation was significant at the destination in specialized fun activities for the motor impaired. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
