The article presents a study on the morphological and elemental analyses of atmospheric particles in the southwestern part in Mexico City. The study used energy dispersive x-ray analysis (EDXRA) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) to analyse the morphology and size of particles. Result shows that several elements were found in the area including magnesium (Mg), aluminum (Al), and silicon (Si). It also mentions that the atmospheric chlorine in the city is came from industrial waste.

The article presents a study which observes the presence of aromatic and satured hydrocarbons in the atmosphere of northwestern Mexico City, Mexico. The study used gas chromatography with a Hewlett Packard Model and a phenil-metil silicone. Results show that n-C9 to n-C28 compounds were present in the satured fraction, in which the n-C10 and n-C11 were the highest concentrations.
