Staphylococcus aureus is a typical bacterium associated with the most common community- and hospital-acquired illnesses and has long been recognized as a significant issue in public health. S.aureus nasal carriage has immune-modulating effects in atopic dermatitis patients and may be a factor in allergic rhinitis patients' inflammatory airways and allergic reactions. The purpose of this study is to look at the prevalence of nasal S. aureus infection in individuals with chronic allergic rhinitis and its potential impact on immunological markers. Between March 2022 and November 2022, 100 patients with allergic rhinitis who visited Al-Sadder Medical City, an ENT outpatient clinic in the Najaf governorate, were included in the first group (patient groups). There were 100 healthy volunteers in the control group who weren't allergic and didn't have any respiratory issues. To isolate S. aureus from each group's nasal swab, sterile cotton swabs were used. Serum concentrations of IL-4, IFN- γ, and total IgE were then determined ELISA technique. In contrast to 24/100 controls, S. aureus was discovered in 52/100 allergic patients (P.001). The total IgE-levels of allergic S. aureus carriers were considerably greater as compared to patients non-suffered from allergic. Nasal S. aureus carriers showed greater levels of IL-4 than non-carrier individuals (p=0.037). IFN- γ was elevated in individuals who were not S. aureus carriers compared to those who were (P=0.05), and this was associated with elevated total IgE in allergic patients. Without a doubt, allergic rhinitis increases S. aureus colonization, and this might place these individuals at higher risk for more serious staphylococcal infections and found the immunological parameters(IL-4, IFN- γ, and total IgE) were significant differences between allergic S. aureus carriers compared to allergic non-carriers. This study aims to early detection of colon cancer using medical image processing technology and to determine the type of tumor, whether malignant or benign, for early medical treatment to reduce death. 250 samples of colon images extracted from CT and MRI machines were obtained from Al-Forat Al-Awsat in Najaf, Iraq. For this The detection stage will take place in several stages the first stage will be select image and segmentation by using watershed algorithm follows the stages of detection, optimizing the image for accurate and robust results. The average size of the tumor in the images selected for treatment was 4–5 pixels (range 0.5–4.51 cm). Tumor size greater than 4.5 cm was observed in 130 patients (42%). Tumor progression was seen in 121 patients (38%) despite the fact that 4.5 cm was identified, the analysis of receptor factor characteristics was restricted to different parts of the large intestine, where 5 cm, 5.4 cm, 34 cm and 3.5 cm were identified as the values Comma with the strongest discriminatory ability in colon cancer, right colon cancer, left colon cancer, and rectal cancer, respectively. This work aims to measure and study the levels of radioactivity and environmental pollution in different samples of rice consumed in the Najaf governorate, because of its direct impact on human health as it is considered the daily meal for lunch by measuring the specific effectiveness of each of potassium 40K and uranium U 92 238 and T 90 234 h thorium compared to the global level of radioactivity by using Nal (Th) Detector (3"×3"). The present study was designed to investigate some hormonal and metabolites profiles of follicular fluid (FF) and blood sera (BS) of Iraqi camels during breeding season. 120 Ovaries were gathered from 60 adults (non-pregnant) dromedary camels that were slaughtered in the butchery of Al-Najaf governorate for the period from October 2020 to march 2021 (the breeding season). Ovarian and venous blood samples were collected before slaughter and were taken to the laboratory within two hours. The blood samples was separated and FF was aspirated from all follicles size, and both were stored at −20°C for farther analyzed include hormonal and metabolite components. The obtained results exhibited a significant increased (p<0.05) in the average level of estradiol and progesterone hormones in the large follicles (LF) compared with the medium follicles (MF) and small follicles (SF) , while the average level of estradiol in the BS was higher than the FF, and conversely, the progesterone hormone in the BS was significantly lower (p<0.05) than the FF. A significantly higher (p<0.05) in the average concentration of glucose and total cholesterol of FF in (LF) compared to than in MF and SF, while the average concentration of total protein in SF was significantly higher (p<0.05) than MF and LF. The average concentration of glucose, total protein and total cholesterol in BS were significantly higher (p<0.05) than the FF. In conclusion , the FF contains hormonal and metabolic components whose levels vary in BS and FF with change in follicular size. This is reflected on nutrition, growth and development of follicle and oocyte, and the low and high in levels of these component's in BS is related to their levels of these components in BS is related to their levels in FF and vice versa. Najaf city, Iraq currently has no integrated solar power plant to produce electricity, so we seek in this work to design a small, inexpensive solar power plant equipped with cleaning and tracking systems to produce electricity for individual residences. We first review the currently available dual-axis solar tracking systems and simulate the same. A dual-axis solar tracking system increases the output energy of solar panels by tracking the sunlight with the photovoltaic panels. Combining this with a cleaning arm that further increases the output of the solar panels by keeping their surface free of dirt and environmental waste. In the present work, we simulate the proposed system using MATLAB and SolidWorks software and study the weather conditions of Najaf in Iraq, including sunlight intensity, temperature, wind speed, and cloud density. Based on the simulation results and field tests during 2019 and 2020, we conclude that the solar panels tracking is sufficiently stable throughout the year since the cloud density is moderate in Najaf, so the angle of incidence of the sunlight is stable. These results indicate that the use of the Open Loop Sun-tracking system, as opposed to the Closed Loop model, is appropriate for Najaf because the system is less complex and less costly.
