The article explains why registered nurses (RN) thrive to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program. According to the American Nurses Association, due to the changing healthcare environment, competencies associated with baccalaureate-level education are needed. It discusses a pilot study which designed using Ajzen's theory to examine the planned behavior of a nurse.
