The article presents a case study on the diagnosis given to three horses, Thoroughbred gelding, pony and Warmblood gelding, with facial swelling and epiphora in New Zealand. According to a radiography conducted, the horses were suffering from lacrimomaxillary suture exostosis and obstruction of the nasolacrimal duct was observed through dacryocystorhinography. It states that the diagnosis is different from horses suffering with epiphora.
