Abstract

The article presents a pilot study which aimed to describe the development of the Easycare Two-step Older persons Screening (Easycare-TOS) in the Netherlands. The Easycare-TOS is used to identify frailty in seven academic general practices in Nijmegen. Findings reveal that the instrument addressed the predefined flexibility, acceptability, and efficiency requirements for the determination of frailty in primary care.
