The paper is devoted to the issues of improving the methods of physical training. Currently, the method of teaching and training schoolchildren is developed mainly with a focus on a child's age, which does not always correspond to his or her biological maturity. These reasons together with the growing phenomenon of child acceleration reinforce the relevance of the research topic. The purpose of the study is to evaluate the impact of speed-strength exercises on the physical development and speed-strength qualities of schoolchildren aged 11-12. The authors used the measurements of anthropometric and physiometric indicators, as well as the tests that determine the level of development of speed and speed-strength qualities. The results of the research show that the physical indicators of the test group tend to increase, and during the school year, many indicators significantly change.

Background: While no "gold-standard" pharmacotherapy for nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is yet established, essential phospholipids (EPLs) are reported to decrease steatosis and improve laboratory parameters. Objective: This analysis evaluated adherence and satisfaction with EPL treatment as patient-reported outcomes and their relationship with changes in laboratory and ultrasound parameters among Russian patients with NAFLD. Methods: Data were pooled from three observational Russian studies—MANPOWER (2015–2016), LIDER 1 (2012–2013), and LIDER 2 (2013)—in which EPLs were used for at least 12 weeks in the treatment of liver diseases and which measured both subjective and objective endpoints. Only patients who had NAFLD were included in this analysis. The main endpoints were to determine treatment adherence and satisfaction with 12 weeks of EPL therapy, relationship between adherence/satisfaction and changes in the laboratory and ultrasound parameters. A secondary subgroup analysis was performed to identify patients with NAFLD who responded better (or worse) to 24 weeks of adjunctive EPL treatment. Results: Overall, 3384 patients were included. A total of 82.2% of patients were adherent to 12 weeks of EPL treatment; high/very high satisfaction was reported by 15.3%/65.9% of clinicians and 15.9%/64.4% of patients. There was positive correlation between patients' adherence and satisfaction and significant improvement in laboratory (transaminases, lipid profile; p < 0.001) and ultrasound (steatosis, p < 0.001) parameters, and improvement in symptoms (p < 0.001) after 24 weeks of EPL. Male patients, patients with unhealthy lifestyles, and those with more comorbidities showed a better response in laboratory and ultrasound parameters. Conclusions: Patients with NAFLD treated with adjunctive EPL therapy in real-world clinical practice in Russia showed good treatment adherence and treatment satisfaction. Improvements in laboratory and ultrasound parameters, as well as dynamics of patient symptoms, were positively correlated with adherence and satisfaction. Patients with advanced NAFLD are usually recommended to use medication. Clinical trials in patients with NAFLD showed that essential phospholipids (EPLs) comprising phosphatidylcholine improved liver fat accumulation (known as steatosis), so treatment guidelines in several countries recommend they be added to the usual therapy. EPLs have been associated with both objective and subjective improvements. This real-world study evaluated three observational studies to assess how patient adherence and satisfaction with EPL treatment were related to changes in clinical parameters in 3384 Russian patients with NAFLD. This study shows that Russian patients with NAFLD have good adherence and satisfaction with EPL therapy in routine clinical practice and highlights the importance of adherence to EPL therapy in these patients. The article presents a study on the geochemical peculiarities of ore-forming fluids and the formation of gold mineralization of the Butarnoe deposit in Northeast of Russia. It states that the quartz from ore bodies from the area was polished and studied using a scanning electron microscope and fluid inclusions to study the mineral phases of the ores in the deposit. It also mentions that the Butarnoe deposit was associated with granotoid intrusions and that the deposit has the possibility to developed of rich stockwork-type gold mineralization.

Abstract: The origin of PGE–Cu–Ni sulfide deposits of Norilsk and Talnakh located in the northwest flank of the Triassic basalt trap formation of Siberia is considered. It is shown that ore elements of these deposits (probably, except Fe) are derived from the crust rather than from the mantle. They entered the basalts owing to a remobilization (recycling) of ore elements from the Paleoproterozoic sediments and from the rocks of the Siberian platform’s basement. Prospecting criteria for similar deposits are as follows: (1) a presence of a large Paleoproterozoic aulacogen and a related magmatic sulfide Cu–Ni mineralization; (2) a confinement of perspective areas to troughs associated with long-lived deep fault zones; (3) association with mobile orogenic belts, island-arc systems and tectonomagmatic activation zones; (4) temporal association with boundaries of global periods characterized by active processes of continental breakup and large-scale trap magmatism. A combination of several factors (the first one is obligatory) is favorable for the discovery of a large ore body. [Copyright &y& Elsevier]

The article discusses the sociopolitical context of the regional and political elites in Russia. It examines the theoretical principles of elitology through elitological conceptions derived from various elitologists regarding the changes of the contemporary Russian elites, and the potential changes on the conditions and prospects of Russian elitology. It presents a sociological analysis of the structure demands of the particular elites in the modern times wherein 72% had gained their initial higher education in engineering and agriculture, 64% are engaged in Soviet power organizations, and 33% had acquired master's (MS) and doctorate degrees. It also mentions the knowledge of the common people on the activities and performances of federal administrative-political elites in media.

The purpose of this research was to elucidate the main ethical issues that arise during decision-making and medical communication influenced by interfaith and intercultural differences. The statistical analysis of information retrieved from the United Nations official web site, as well as the analysis of secondary data taken from the literature sources, were applied to achieve the goal set. The outcomes of the study reveal that in Germany, Russia, and the United States, ethical problems in decision-making and communication in healthcare exist since the cultures and faiths of these countries' populations vary. Moreover, beliefs become more diverse due to the increasing number of migrants and medical tourists. It was found what ethical peculiarities of a particular religion can affect decision-making and communication during the provision of medical services to patients undergoing treatment in Germany, Russia, or the US. The results of the research can be applied in the scientific studies on ethical issues that arise in healthcare, as well as in the process of setting diagnosis, providing preventive care, treatment, transplantation, and euthanasia. The Lazurnoe porphyry Cu-Au-Mo deposit (>1Mt Cu-eq.) in the Mesozoic Central Sikhote-Alin orogenic belt (Eastern Russia) is located in an Early Cretaceous turbidite basin associated with a crustal-scale strike-slip fault zone, and was formed under the continental transform margin regime after the cessation of active subduction. The deposit is related to a magnetite-series, high-K calc-alkaline to shoshonitic, Early Cretaceous igneous suite that occurred in this tectonic setting, possibly due to asthenospheric mantle upwelling. The fertile magma was sourced from a subduction-modified mantle, under a low degree of partial melting, and was subjected to intense amphibole fractionation during its crystallization, the latter facilitating water and metal saturation. The parental igneous suite at Lazurnoe was coeval to ilmenite-series calc-alkaline igneous suites accompanied by reduced intrusion-related Au(±W) to W-Au deposits as well as to ilmenite-series, high-K calc-alkaline to shoshonitic suites accompanied by Sn-polymetallic mineralization. The deposit comprises magnetite-rich, quartz-K-feldspar to quartz-K-feldspar-biotite (potassic) alteration assemblages, containing bornite and chalcopyrite, which evolve to quartz-chlorite ± epidote ± amphibole (propylitic) assemblages, containing dominant pyrite with magnetite and chalcopyrite. Molybdenite-chalcopyrite-pyrite paragenesis dominates in quartz-sericite (phyllic) alteration assemblages that overprint and replace potassic and propylitic alteration. Potassic alteration assemblages formed from hot (~530–510 °C), high-salinity (45–48 wt% NaCl and 9–10 wt% CaCl 2), sodic-calcic aqueous-chloride fluid. Gradual fluid cooling and dilution (from 29 to 31 wt% NaCl and 18–19 wt% CaCl 2 through 24–25 wt% NaCl and 16–17 wt% CaCl 2 to 12 ± 0.5 wt% NaCl and 12 ± 0.5 wt% CaCl 2) is recorded for propylitic alteration assemblage. Another cycle of fluid exsolution from crystallizing magma can be suggested for phyllic alteration assemblages formed from a cooler (~390–310 °C), high-salinity (30–37 wt% NaCl and 5 ± 0.5 wt% CaCl 2) aqueous-chloride fluid. The porphyry-style mineralization was overprinted by the late auriferous quartz-sulfide veins containing arsenopyrite, pyrrhotite and other sulfide minerals, together with native gold (locally > 100 g/t Au) and tellurides. These veins were formed from boiling aqueous-carbonic fluid that was characterized by elevated CO 2 and CH 4 contents, with subsequent separation of high-carbonic and aqueous-chloride phases, and the fluid cooling from ~390 to 250 °C.
