Globalization has a profound effect on the structures of many spheres with all its dimensions. Therefore, various progressive trends affect the modern trends of our life. Current and future trends can be considered by factors such as emergency situations (pandemic, etc.), technology (Industry 4.0, etc.), the phenomenon of sustainable development (environmentally friendly practices, etc.). In this context, the hospitality and catering industry attracts attention both with its new trends and the prospects of digital transformation in the future innovative development. Modern HoReCa business requires the implementation of various aspects of sustainability, innovation and new approaches in communication with consumers, as well as the implementation of new trends, which are caused by both the Covid-19 pandemic and the consequences of Russia's military aggression in Ukraine. For the business of the service industry, it is very important to know both yourself and your customers, and in the current period to be aware of the dynamics of the future market. In 2023, the hospitality industry is taking bold steps, including in Ukraine, where possible. The top trends show that business owners want and are finding innovative ways to improve the guest experience inside and outside the establishment. Businesses should develop strategies in this direction with the awareness of their strengths and weaknesses. In order to identify the strategies that will shape the service industry in 2023 and the following years, Internet research and forecasting by leading businessmen are carried out and analyzed. And even HoReCa enterprises are not in the first ranks of "the fourth great upheaval in production", and the entire economy of Ukraine is now directed to military defense against the enemy, that time is not far when it will reach the same level with others in innovative development. In this context, this investigation is aimed at holistical assessment of trends and forecasts in the hospitality and catering industry, contribution to the literature and offering suggestions to relevant stakeholders. In the 21st century, following the process of globalization, the importance of the Internet is increasing, continuous remote communication is carried out, electronic purchases are made, payments are made in electronic form, and official and unofficial correspondence is exchanged between actors and institutions both within the country and abroad. Remote services are developing both in the private and public sectors. Therefore, Internet users, service recipients, legal entities, public agencies, and, in general, any citizen who communicates electronically in public space using remote services are under threats from cyberspace. However, it should also be noted that with the rise in popularity of the Internet, a new era of technological challenges are making the threats from cyberspace become apparent. Addressing these threats requires a comprehensive and multi-layered approach, including robust cybersecurity practices, regular updates and patching of software, user education and awareness, cooperation between governments and private sectors, and the development of international norms and agreements to prevent and respond to cyber threats. The technological progress of the world is so comprehensive that we face its consequences in all fields, including wars between states. No one is surprised anymore that today wars are taking place simultaneously in two dimensions - physical and digital worlds. Such is the daily life of two-sided military battalions of the twenty-first century, which became the focus of people's attention after the start of the Russia-Ukraine war. The presented article discusses cyber attacks carried out by Russia on the territory of Ukraine as a result of the Russian-Ukrainian war. The aim of the paper is to show how important the issue of cyber security is in modern wars and what policies states should implement to neutralize threats from cyberspace. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

This article discusses current developments within educational system in Russian Federation, with emphasis to establishing innovative socio-pedagogical images of the educational institutions. In that way, main problems and impediments on the way to their successful management, and suggested modernized technological strategies for creating desired sociopedagogical image are also defined. It also investigates components and sets the criteria for the process of developing business image and reputation of the educational institutions. There are defined mechanisms of formation of the educational institutions image based on innovative brand technologies, including: external and internal criteria for evaluating the project results effectiveness; estimation of the cluster identity, economic efficiency and risks leveling; the structure of semantic network of information flows and the specification of general and specialized information provided by the project participants. The impact of development of technique and technology as result of scientific and technological progress in modern society tremendously affected population life of people in its various areas. One of these technologies is telemedicine. The telemedicine technologies permit to ensure accessibility of highly qualified medical care to travelers, ship crew members and persons located at remote objects. The actuality of application of telemedicine technologies is excessively high in conditions of providing medical care to ship crew members working hundreds miles away from nearest medical care station. The article considers application of telemedicine technologies in world-wide practice. The legal norms of applying telemedicine in the Russian Federation were analyzed. The results of scientific research of telemedicine application on shipboard are analyzed and both advantages and disadvantages of technology under study are determined. The ways of resolving existing problems are proposed to minimize risks associated with application of telemedicine technologies on shipboard.

The article studies the potential for Russia and other countries in high-technology industrial exports. It suggests that Russia can achieve global competitiveness by allotting resources in areas that exceed world standards, creating interconnections in priority industries, and implementing measures to encourage companies to develop. Russia's level of competitiveness in areas including chemical, electric machinery, and flying apparatus is identified.

The article discusses the Russian government communications system was developed in 1918 when its Chairman Vladimir Lenin demanded for the installation of a telephone switchboard in the Kremlin. It notes that Russia actively developed a network of multichannel long-distance HF communications in the 1930s using foreign-made HF machinery until it was replaced by Soviet-made analogs. It indicates that its communication and information system has become multilevel over 80 years of its existence.
