Search

The article presents a study on Trypoxylon (T.) Latreille found in southwest China. Several species were first reported from the country including T. thaianum, T. truncatum, and T. maculipes. Results of the study introduced two new species, namely, T. clypeisinuatum and T. similichingi. Several institutions were used to deposit the examined specimens including Yunnan Agricultural University, Institute of Zoology at the Academia Sinica, and Zhejiang University. An Olympus stereomicroscope was used to observe the specimens.
