Abstract

The article discusses research which was conducted to investigate the effect moderate to high intensity step aerobics training had on sleep impaired postmenopausal women's sleep quality and melatonin levels. Researchers evaluated 19 women. They found that the aerobic training increased melatonin levels and improved sleep quality in the postmenopausal women.
