An interview with Professor Kittrell Rushing, chair of the Communications Department at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga is presented. As he was looking at the many unprocessed collections in the Special Collections and came across a manuscript in the unprocessed Andrews Family Papers collection. It was a section of a nineteenth century journal, a sequel to a previously published account of a young Southern lady, from a well-to-do family from Washington, Georgia.
