The article discusses the conflict between Georgia and Tennessee regarding the borders between them. The Georgia Legislature says that its northern border and southern border lies at 35th parallel which hits the southernmost bank of the Tennessee River. However, it is understood that the main purpose of Georgia is to get the waters within its reach to use it as water source for various applications within its state.
