- Abstract
The dramatic increase in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) education studies has resulted in more authors promoting the use of Arduino in STEM education. Although there are educational research studies utilizing bibliometric procedures for the exploration of Arduino and STEM separately, there is a further need for research on their relationship. The current study utilizes several software tools (Vosviewer, Biblioshiny) and bibliometric procedures for this research domain. The documents were retrieved from the Scopus database from 2013 to 2022. Performance analysis was used to reveal publications and citation trends with the top contributors. Moreover, bibliographic mapping was used to comprehend the conceptual (co-occurrences), intellectual (bibliographic coupling), and social (collaboration network) structures of the retrieved data. The results revealed that the most prolific authors and institutes were addressed in Turkey. Besides, the most cited authors and institutes were from the USA. However, it seems this situation will change soon to the advantage of Turkey because of its highest annual growth rate and smallest document average age. This research also shows that there is a sign of the risk of monopolization in this area soon. Moreover, little cooperation was found within the dataset implying the importance and necessity of encouraging the mobility of researchers as well as increasing the collaboration between universities at both national and international levels. Overall, the study reveals that Arduino has great potential in using STEM activities in the future.

- Abstract
The aim of the study is the examination of the flipped classroom approach used in foreign language lessons on the opinions of gifted students in the context of bibliometric analysis of the literature and the analysis of GPT-3 model chatbot. In this study, the descriptive method was used. It is aimed to obtain in-depth information according to qualitative techniques by using the qualitative data collection method to determine the opinions of the gifted students on the applied approach, in which the Flipped Classroom approach is used. First bibliometric analysis was used to examine the literature regarding the term Flipped Classroom in web of science by using different analysis methods like using graphs and curve fitting as well as creating nodes and graphs in vosviewer program. In the second part of the analysis, to collect data, student interviews were audio recorded voluntarily. Secondly, the opinions of the students on the "Flip-Face Classes" approach were revealed by using GPT3. According to findings, learning environments can be established by creating more entertaining and gamified supplementary activities using the added time from the flipped classroom and learning environments where students learn by doing it themselves to improve academic progress and attitude. Traditional language instruction, like other fields, replaces the lecture element with the "flipped classroom" method and uses technology outside of class to help students use class time more efficiently.

- Abstract
This study uses an education in emergencies (EiE) lens and a scientometric approach to examine the educational research landscape during the COVID-19 pandemic by analyzing 95,628 publications indexed in the Web of Science Core Collection database from 2020 to February 2023. It employed descriptive and network approaches to map growth trajectory, productivity, social structure, conceptual structure, and research methodologies used in the retrieved sources. The findings reveal a steady increase in publications on education and COVID-19 since the onset of the pandemic. However, the majority of productive countries and institutions are in the Global North, with limited representation from the Global South, except for China. English is the dominant language in publications, and funding agencies from English-speaking countries are the most active. The most frequently occurring keywords revolve around performativity, institutions, teaching methodologies, attitudes, and experiences, while keywords related to social justice are a peripheral focus. Publications mainly focus on technical and methodological aspects of education, such as online teaching and learning. Most productive journals represent a mix of foci and are not limited to distance learning. The extracted literature showcases diversity in research methodologies used. Future studies should use systematic reviews on narrow topics to evaluate the effects of the pandemic, inform decision-making, enhance education system resilience, and envision a more equitable education system. The study's contributions are notable for its unique EiE perspective, comprehensive scope, extensive data extraction, and meticulous examination of research design, effectively addressing limitations in bibliometric software.

- Abstract
The aim of this study is to identify the most prolific countries in the field of special education and to discuss the widespread impact of their papers by taking into account the country's h-index. Through a bibliometric analysis, the data were collected in the Web of Science Core Collection category "Education, Special" in the Social Science Citation Index during 2011-2020. The 25 most prolific countries in the field of special education were determined in terms of paper productivity, and it was seen that the leading country was undisputedly the USA (54.42%). Meanwhile, a strong positive correlation was found between the h-index and the number of papers published by the countries (r=0.864). On the other hand, when the ranking in terms of the number of papers was reconfigured by the h-index, it was relatively changed. The possible reasons for this change for the countries with the most changing rankings were discussed by considering some definitive criteria such as the journal quartiles, the percentage of international and domestic, and the percentage of open access papers. This study reports a positive correlation between the quality and quantity in the field of special education for the publications of countries. It has been shown that where the positive correlation deviates, then especially, the journal quartiles, the percentage of international collaboration and the percentage of open access papers have a significant effect. The bibliometric findings may be useful to enrich the discussion about the widespread impact of papers and debate whether the use of h-index is acceptable for cross-national comparisons.

- Abstract
Assessment is critical in postsecondary education, as it is at all levels. Assessments are classified into four types: diagnostic, summative, evaluative, and formative. Recent trends in assessment have migrated away from summative to formative evaluations. Formative evaluations help students develop expertise and concentrate their schedules, ease student anxiety, instill a feeling of ownership in students as they go, and confirm the module's subject notion. Online formative assessment (OFA) emerged as a result of the convergence of formative and computer-assisted assessment research. Bibliometric analyses provide readers with a comprehensive understanding of a study topic across a particular time period. We used a PRISMA-compliant bibliometric method. The Scopus database was searched for BibTex-formatted publication data. In total, 898 studies were analyzed. According to the results, "Assessment & Evaluation in Higher Education" and "Computers & Education" are the most influential sources. RWTH Aachen University and Universitat Oberta De Catalunya are the most effective institutions. The red cluster includes terms associated with higher education and evaluation. The word "e-assessment, e-learning, assessment, moodle" appears in the green cluster. This group is quite influential yet has a low centrality. The highest percentage is 79.2 for "online assessment". The subject is comprised of three components: "distance learning", "accessibility", and "assessment design". The most important topics were "e-assessment", "higher education", and "online learning". According to the country participation network, the USA and UK were the two main centers.

- Abstract
This study aims to analyze cyberbullying research in Turkey through bibliometric analysis. To this end, the study dealt with six research questions which included the most frequently used keywords and co-occurrences of these keywords, Turkey's collaboration with other countries, the frequency distribution of articles and citations by year, the most cited articles, the most productive journals, and authors. The bibliometric data were limited to the Web of Science (WoS) database. The first search yielded a total of 3974 publications. However, excluding the publications which did not comply with the aim of the study resulted in 105 articles to be analyzed. The findings suggested that there were 268 keywords used at least once. The keywords occurring at least five times other than "cyberbullying" were "cyber victimization," "adolescent," "bullying," "reliability," "validity," and "internet addiction.". Turkey had at least one collaboration with 21 countries. The top five countries with at least two collaborations were England, the U.S.A., Australia, Hungary, Czech Republic, and Germany. The most productive year was 2021. The most cited article was published in 2010, and the most influential journal was "Education and Science." It was also revealed that the fifteen most productive authors had 57 publications. Considering the increasing interaction among people in virtual environments, cyberbullying research which has a nearly quarter-century history, should take more attention from Turkish scholars. Additionally, a gap was observed in the literature regarding studies conducted on parents. Thus, further studies may attempt to fill this gap.

- Abstract
The fundamental pillars of nursing science--nursing care, management, and teaching and research--are in constant evolution. The adaptation of Spanish nursing to the European Higher Education Area has promoted nursing research. Over the past few years, several institutions have made official statements concerning the difficulty of finding teaching staff for university nursing degrees. This is closely linked to the production of research, given that minimum criteria must be met for university teacher accreditation. The goal of this study is to analyze scientific production in nursing, nursing research and teaching in The Web of Science in order to establish how this is progressing and to gain further insight into the field of academic nursing. A total of 34,497 documents were analyzed using the Bibliometrix software version 4.1.0. The results reveal an increase in nursing research over time. Most of this is published in English and mainly focuses on specific nursing areas, such as oncology or psychiatry. Spain occupies the eighth place worldwide in nursing research. In spite of this position, the data suggest that other factors are blocking the accreditation of university teachers of nursing in Spain. They also reflect the need to encourage nursing research in this setting in the future.

As a result of the content analysis, in the studies investigating the measurement invariance, typical response tests were observed to be the most frequently employed tests, sample sizes often included 1501 or greater number of subjects, and data were mostly collected from students. The measurement invariance of the tests was mostly analyzed in terms of the gender variable. According to the results of the bibliometric analysis, on the other hand, only Multi-Group Confirmatory Factor Analysis was mostly conducted on the Mplus software package. In the studies, the most cited article was "Cheung and Rensvold (2002)", the author was "Cheung, G. W.", and the journal was "Structural Equation Modeling: A Multidisciplinary Journal". According to the results of the analysis, studies, references, and keywords including factor analysis were among the most commonly used group, which denotes that factor analysis has a crucial role in invariance measurement analyses.
