Models of corruption based on its social essence are revealed. Research approaches to the formation of anti-corruption policy by areas are highlighted and characterized. The factors influencing the formation and implementation of anti-corruption policy are presented. The Corruption Perceptions Index in Ukraine for the period 2012-2019 is analyzed. Ways to combat corruption are suggested. The basic methodological components of transparency in the activities of public authorities with the use of information and communication tools are outlined. The priority tasks of the state's anti-corruption policy have been identified. The structural scheme of anti-corruption policy implementation has been developed. The current trend of improving national legislation in the context of forming the foundations of anti-corruption policy is identified. The Strategy of Public Administration Reform of Ukraine for 2022 - 2025 and the expected results from its implementation are considered. It is proved that the process of formation and implementation of anti-corruption policy in the field of public administration depends on strong political will, which is embodied in the anti-corruption strategy. The main directions of reforming the system of administrative management in Ukraine are investigated in the article. Modern systems of administrative management are analyzed and it is suggested to concentrate on five main directions of improvement of the system of administrative management: 1. Privatization and decentralization of public administration; 2. Reduction of excessive state regulation; 3. Improving the quality of public services; 4. The article is devoted to the coverage of the use of information systems in the field of public administration, namely the possibility of using FinTech technologies in the process of providing administrative services by local governments. The foreign experience of providing administrative services is analyzed, as well as prospects and all advantages of their introduction in Ukraine. The main advantages and disadvantages of these technologies and techniques are identified.
