Abstract

The article offers information on how to provide a sound prognosis and recommendation for sunitinib treatment in patient with metastatic renal cell carcinoma (RCC) who have undergone right radical nephrectomy. It suggests the retrieval of relevant guidelines for clinical recommendations from the National Institute for Clinical Excellence (NICE). Moreover, it discusses the importance of early stopping of the randomized controlled trials (RCTs) for benefit in clinical trials involving sunitinib.
