Abstract

The article presents a case study of a 17 year old boy in the U.S. with a six months history of right groin pain which causes night awakenings. Other medications were found ineffective but there was a mild response of pain to naproxen. The article discusses Osteoid osteoma. It also stated that surgey such as laser photocoagulation is the standard treatment in such cases.
