The article focuses on the ministry training programs being given by megachurch pastors in the U.S. in 2009. The Resurgence Training Center entitled "Re:Train" will be introduced by Mars Hill Church, in Seattle, Washington, which is being run by pastor Mark Driscoll, this fall. Church history professor John M. Yeats stated the attempt of Southwestern Baptist Theological and other so-called classical-based seminaries to grant opportunities to students to achieve biblical competency.
