The aim of this study was to carry out a systematic review of therapeutic interventions for victims and perpetrators of dating violence among adolescents and young people published between 1997 to 2019 in Spanish, English, French and Portuguese. The search was conducted by two independent researchers in SCOPUS, EBSCO, psyINFO, ScienceDirect, Redalyc, Web of Science, Pubmed, Proquest and manual searching. Ten therapeutic interventions were selected for victims and perpetrators of dating violence. Most of the programs were developed in the United States and three in Ibero-America. In general, these investigations report significant effects in reduction of dating violence. However, it is considered necessary for the next interventions to evaluate the behavioral change on short and long term and their effects in revictimization based on experimental designs in different contexts or communities.
