The sustainable growth of the modern economy is based on socio-ecological and economic development. One of the key development trends on a global scale is the formation of an innovative type of economy, and, as a consequence, in the process of economic development of most countries, including Russia, the need to create an institutional environment corresponding to a new type of economic growth comes to the fore. Accordingly, the need to create an adequate, adaptive to regional characteristics, assessment of the institutional environment of the region, to create mechanisms for its measurement, to establish indicators of efficiency increases. Firstly, indicators of the effectiveness of institutions will make it possible to visualize the process of development of the region and thereby increase its investment attractiveness. These indicators will stimulate the interest of business representatives and, first of all, those who are ready to invest their funds and are looking for territories that satisfy them according to all the criteria necessary for successful commercial activity and profit in the future. Secondly, measuring the effectiveness of regional institutions allows federal authorities, the public, and even various international financial organizations and aid funds that provide loans and multifaceted support, including admission to clubs in the developed world, to adequately assess the activities of local power structures, for which the growth of institutional indicators in the region is one of the key intentions contributing to the increase of their authority and the attractiveness of the territory as a whole. Thirdly, the assessment of the institutional environment allows specialists, on the basis of available indicators, to determine both the advantages and advantageous competitive positions of the economic system as a whole and its vulnerabilities, make sound economic forecasts for the near future and analyze the impact of such factors as the state politics, social structure, traditions, moral norms, history, geography, and natural resources on the state of the institutional environment.

Это следующие модели: коэффициент R2, коэффициент корреляции, мультиколлинеарность, экстраполяция, временные системы, инженерное прогнозирование, полный факторный эксперимент. До сих пор значительная часть исследователей (специалисты в области не только экономических, но и технических наук) используют коэффициент R2 в качестве постоянной диагностической величины, в то время как корректировка данного коэффициента не приносит значительной пользы. Коэффициент корреляции представляет собой числовую характеристику, показывающую статистическую взаимосвязь двух или более случайных величин, не зависящих от их размерности. Это правило в равной мере относится к коэффициенту корреляции, полученному путем перемножения двух матрицстолбцов. Показан метод обработки данных при наличии в них мультиколлинеарности (интеркорреляции), а также способ ее устранения. Показаны недостатки использования метода экстраполяции в процессе математического моделировании. На основе конечных временных рядов разработан новый метод прогнозирования, названный методом «скользящей матрицы» и заключающийся в непрерывном обновлении коэффициентов уравнения регрессии путём удаления из матрицы строки с устаревшими данными и ввода новых строк с данными в прогнозируемой точке. Метод позволяет непрерывно избавляться от информационного «груза» в старых данных, так как старые данные (т. е. данные прошлого периода) несут в себе «устаревшую» информацию, которая может отрицательно повлиять на адекватность математической модели и позволяет сделать прогнозирование более корректным. Все расчеты математической модели производили с использованием программного продукта Mathcad. This article presents frequently used methods for assessing the quality of regression models and their application in the study of certain metallurgical processes. These models are: R2 coefficient, correlation coefficient, multicollinearity, extrapolation, time systems, engineering prediction, full factorial experiment.Until now, a significant part of researchers have indicated that coefficient is used not only by economists, but also by graduate students of technical specialties as a diagnostic value, while the correction of this coefficient does little. The correlation coefficient is a numerical characteristic of the joint distribution of two random variables, independent of the dimension of the units. This rule applies equally to the correlation coefficient obtained by multiplying two matrixcolumns. The method of data processing in the presence of collinearity (intercorrelation) in them and its elimination is shown. The drawbacks of using the extrapolation method in the process of mathematical modeling are shown. A new forecasting method has been developed, based on finite time series, called the sliding matrix method and consisting in the continuous updating of the coefficients of the regression equation by removing the line with obsolete data from the matrix and entering new lines with data at the predicted point. The method allows you to continuously get rid of the old information “burden”, which allows you to make the forecast more correct. All calculations of the mathematical model were made using the Mathcad software product.

There are identified 3 proteins with molecular mass of 63, 73 and 132 kDa, exhibiting the properties of the hyaluronidase of the 1st type in the liver, spleen, renal papilla, skin and serum by the method of zymography. A protein with a molecular mass of 73 kDa was detected in all studied tissues and serum, while protein with a molecular mass of 63 kDa was present only in the tissues, and the protein with molecular mass of 132 kDa was present only in the serum. It is discussed the possibility of aggregation of 63 kDa protein molecules in the dimers with the formation of a 132 kDa protein in the serum.

Human rhinovirus (RV) infections are a significant risk factor for exacerbations of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Thus, approaches to prevent RV infection in such patients would give significant benefit. Through RNA interference library screening, we identified lanosterol synthase (LSS), a component of the cholesterol biosynthetic pathway, as a novel regulator of RV replication in primary normal human bronchial epithelial cells. Selective knock down of LSS mRNA with short interfering RNA inhibited RV2 replication in normal human bronchial epithelial cells. Small molecule inhibitors of LSS mimicked the effect of LSS mRNA knockdown in a concentration-dependent manner. We further demonstrated that the antiviral effect is not dependent on a reduction in total cellular cholesterol but requires a 24-hour preincubation with the LSS inhibitor. The rank order of antiviral potency of the LSS inhibitors used was consistent with LSS inhibition potency; however, all compounds showed remarkably higher potency against RV compared with the LSS enzyme potency. We showed that LSS inhibition led to an induction of 24(S),25 epoxycholesterol, an important regulator of the sterol pathway. We also demonstrated that LSS inhibition led to a profound increase in expression of the innate antiviral defense protein, IFN-β. We found LSS to be a novel regulator of RV replication and innate antiviral immunity and identified a potential molecular mechanism for this effect, via induction of 24(S),25 epoxycholesterol. Inhibition of LSS could therefore be a novel therapeutic target for prevention of RV-induced exacerbations.

В качестве независимых переменных были использованы: влажность шихты, содержание кислорода в дутье, коэффициент избытка дутья, коэффициент подачи шихты в печь. В качестве зависимой переменной в модели выбрана температура кипящего слоя. Все переменные, на основе которых реализованы математические модели, были виртуальными, а эксперимент – планируемым. Ранжирование независимых переменных по силе влияния на температуру кипящего слоя оценивалось по абсолютной величине коэффициентов регрессионной модели. Чем больше коэффициент (без учета свободного члена модели), тем больше его влияние на температуру зависимой переменной. Установлено, что наибольшее влияние на температуру кипящего слоя (согласно модели в безразмерном масштабе) оказывает содержание кислорода в дутье, а далее по убыванию: коэффициент загрузки концентрата в печь; коэффициент величины избытка дутья, и наименьшее – влажность концентрата. При этом следует учитывать, что данные могут быть как безразмерными, так и размерными, если это доказано иными способами, например, методом экспертных оценок. Показано, что с целью оценки адекватности модели, наряду со статистикой Фишера, можно использовать коэффициент корреляции между экспериментальным (виртуальным) и расчетным (модельным) векторами. Предложенный метод разработки математической модели обжига сульфидного концентрата имеет следующие преимущества перед физическими методами: существенная экономия времени, энергии и материалов для проектирования и высокое качество математической модели. Установлено, что для ранжирования независимых переменных корректнее использовать матрицу в безразмерном масштабе. The simulation roasting process of the sulphide zinc concentrates in the fluidized bed furnaces was studied. The charge humidity, oxygen content in the blast, coefficient of charge feeding into the furnace were used as independent variables. As for dependent variable in the model, the temperature of fluidized bed was chosen. All the variables on the basis of which mathematical models were realized were virtual, and the experiment was designed. The independent variables ranging in terms of impact intensity on the fluidized bed was estimated by absolute value of the regression model coefficients. The higher the coefficient (without accounting a free model element), the greater is its affect on the dependent variable temperature. It is established that the greatest influence on the temperature of the fluidized bed (according to the model in a dimensionless scale) is exerted by the oxygen content in the blast, and further, in descending order: coefficient of concentrate loading into the furnace; the coefficient of excess blast and, the least - the moisture content of the concentrate. In this case, it should be taken into account that the data can be either dimensionless or dimensional, if this is proved by other methods, for example, by the method of expert estimation. It is illustrated that to estimate the model adequacy along with Fisher-Snedecor’s statistics it is possible to use the correlation coefficient between the experimental (virtual) and the calculation (modeling) vectors. The proposed method for the development of mathematical models of sulfide concentrate roasting has the following advantages over physical methods: substantial energy savings time, significant savings in materials for design, high quality mathematical model. It is established, that for the ranking of independent variables it is more correct to use a matrix in a dimensionless scale.

The influenza and acute respiratory infections are one of the medical problems. The relevance of influenza and acute respiratory infections was due to the lack of a persistent immune response and the lack of vaccines against many respiratory viral infections. We have analyzed the latest outbreak of influenza and acute respiratory infections in the North Ossetia-Alania, that occurred in winter 2015. During the analyzed period there was an increase in the incidence of acute respiratory infections by 42,1%. 66 cases of influenza were revealed by the laboratory. In order to reduce the intensity of flu and acute respiratory infections is necessary to observe all types of preventive measures: specific vaccination, chemoprophylaxis with antivirals and following the rules of non-specific prevention.

Based on a molecularly imprinted polymer, a competitive binding assay analogous to competitive enzyme immunoassay has been developed. The assay is specific for the herbicide 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid and uses, for the first time, an enzyme-labelled conjugate as a tracer. The label tobacco peroxidase allowed for colorimetric and chemiluminescence detection. The molecularly imprinted polymer was synthesised in the form of microspheres by precipitation polymerisation. The polymer efficiently and selectively bound the analyte in aqueous solution. Calibration curves were obtained corresponding to analyte concentrations ranging from 40–600 μg mL−1 for the colorimetric assay, and from 1–200 μg mL−1 for chemiluminescence assay.

Molecular imprinting is a technology that allows for the creation of molecular recognition sites in synthetic polymers via the use of templates. Imprinted materials have been used in various applications, including stationary phases for chromatography, recognition elements in sensors, or antibody binding mimics in immunoassay-type analyses. In the present work, molecularly imprinted enantioselective polymer membranes are described. The amino acid derivative CBZ-tyrosine was chosen as the target compound. A CBZ-l-tyrosine-imprinted polymer was first tested in HPLC mode, and efficient resolution of racemic CBZ-tyrosine was obtained. Imprinted polymer membranes were prepared by casting the polymer in the pores of a polypropylene membrane, using a specifically adapted polymer recipe. In diffusion experiments across the imprinted membranes, enantioselectivity was observed with the diffusion of the l-enantiomer of CBZ-tyrosine (the original template) being faster than that of the d-enantiomer.
