Much research has been done on the impact of ICT on development in both developed and developing economies. An area though that there is hardly an empirical research is its impact on not-forprofit organisations or the third sector. This research seeks to feel this gap by focusing on the third sector in Nigeria. To theoretically underpin this study, three variables (fun, culture and technology readiness) has been developed and incorporated in existing technology acceptance model. The research is at initial stage and though it develops a research model, the model will be further examined and refined before the full empirical work will be carried out to validate it.
