En la última década la arqueología comunitaria ha experimentado un importante crecimiento en España. Este crecimiento se explica, en algunos casos, por la necesaria reinvención de los arqueólogos tras el colapso de la profesión ligada a la crisis económica que se inicia en el 2009; en otros casos está relacionado con la cada vez más demandada divulgación científica dentro del marco de la transferencia de conocimiento. Esto ha supuesto la realización de programas didácticos paralelos a los proyectos de investigación arqueológica. En este artículo presentamos la experiencia de arqueología comunitaria realizada por el grupo de investigación Llabor que lleva a cabo los trabajos arqueológicos en el yacimiento de Vigaña, el colegio público y el Ayuntamiento de Balmonte de Miranda. Un ensayo que puede ser un buen ejemplo para desarrollar experiencias similares en ámbitos rurales.

BackgroundGenetic testing for breast cancer susceptibility is widely used, but for many genes, evidence of an association with breast cancer is weak, underlying risk estimates are imprecise, and reliable subtype-specific risk estimates are lacking.MethodsWe used a panel of 34 putative susceptibility genes to perform sequencing on samples from 60,466 women with breast cancer and 53,461 controls. In separate analyses for protein-truncating variants and rare missense variants in these genes, we estimated odds ratios for breast cancer overall and tumor subtypes. We evaluated missense-variant associations according to domain and classification of pathogenicity.ResultsProtein-truncating variants in 5 genes (ATM, BRCA1, BRCA2, CHEK2, and PALB2) were associated with a risk of breast cancer overall with a P value of less than 0.0001. Protein-truncating variants in 4 other genes (BARD1, RAD51C, RAD51D, and TP53) were associated with a risk of breast cancer overall with a P value of less than 0.05 and a Bayesian false-discovery probability of less than 0.05. For protein-truncating variants in 19 of the remaining 25 genes, the upper limit of the 95% confidence interval of the odds ratio for breast cancer overall was less than 2.0. For protein-truncating variants in ATM and CHEK2, odds ratios were higher for estrogen receptor (ER)-positive disease than for ER-negative disease; for protein-truncating variants in BARD1, BRCA1, BRCA2, PALB2, RAD51C, and RAD51D, odds ratios were higher for ER-negative disease than for ER-positive disease. Rare missense variants (in aggregate) in ATM, CHEK2, and TP53 were associated with a risk of breast cancer overall with a P value of less than 0.001. For BRCA1, BRCA2, and TP53, missense variants (in aggregate) that would be classified as pathogenic according to standard criteria were associated with a risk of breast cancer overall, with the risk being similar to that of protein-truncating variants.ConclusionsThe results of this study define the genes that are most clinically useful for inclusion on panels for the prediction of breast cancer risk, as well as provide estimates of the risks associated with protein-truncating variants, to guide genetic counseling. [ES] La elección de la metodología de gestión por competencias por parte de un ayuntamiento se basa en el protagonismo que tiene la autoevaluación continua del desempeño de un puesto base, no en tanto en la realización con las funciones atribuidas en cada momento, sino en el desempeño continuo que cada individuo realiza de la misión que se le asigna con carácter general. La clave para su implantación ha sido la identificación anticipada de unas habilidades, capacidades, y conductas definidas como fundamentales para desempeñar cada puesto de trabajo de la manera más optima posible. Este trabajo explica a partir de la elaboración de un diccionario de competencias y un posterior análisis profundo y detallado de un puesto tipo de trabajo en el que he estado realizando las prácticas de empresa, el cuál consiste en información recolectada a raíz de la elaboración de un cuestionario determinado y su investigación con el fin de especificar el puesto de auxiliar administrativo concretamente en el área de Sanidad del ayuntamiento de Quart de Poblet. Con todo ello se ha tratado de elaborar un perfil genérico y básico en una Administración Pública. Por este motivo la gestión competencial resulta fundamental para definir un puesto tipo, ya que las competencias posibilitan la delimitación del puesto acorde los requerimientos organizacionales para asegurarse que sean los más excelentes e idóneos para su función. Para la confección de este trabajo de fin de grado es primordial la realización de un estudio del área de Sanidad y Conductas adictivas. En una primera fase se identificarán las competencias necesarias de la organización con el fin de poder proporcionar un Diccionario de Competencias específico y posteriormente durante el análisis de puestos de trabajo, además de conocer sus múltiples utilidades y beneficios, será clave para determinar la necesidad de realizar propuestas de mejoras que se traducirán en la introducción de un perfil por competencias y de forma complementaria en el diseño de un plan de formación basado en las competencias que requieren las funciones generales del puesto de trabajo, entendiendo la formación como herramienta esencial para motivar, satisfacer y aumentar el rendimiento del empleado público.

Este proyecto tiene por objetivo determinar la satisfacción del personal de enfermería en relación con la calidad de atención de enfermería en el centro quirúrgico del Hospital General del Norte de Guayaquil-Los Ceibos. Este estudio es descriptivo-transversal logro el objetivo mediante un estudio de teorías y la implementación de una encuesta de satisfacción a todo el personal y calidad de atención, a través de un conjunto de variables cuantitativas; donde se demostró la relación de las variables. Este trabajo de investigación permitió conocer el nivel de satisfacción laboral de los 61 enfermeros profesionales y 38 auxiliares de enfermería que están en esta área del hospital, y se pudo determinar que la calidad de atención al usuario externo está directamente relacionada con la complacencia del personal. Posteriormente, con base en los resultados, se extrajo un conjunto de conclusiones y recomendaciones que aporten al entendimiento, análisis, elaboración y manejo efectivo del clima laboral con respecto a la calidad de servicio; esto permitió realizar una propuesta basado en el mejoramiento del clima laboral que orienta a mejorar cualitativamente las condiciones laborales y humanas de los equipos de salud. The objective of this project is to determine the satisfaction of the nursing staff in relation to the quality of nursing care in the surgical center of the General Hospital of the North of Guayaquil-Los Ceibos. This cross-descriptive study achieved the objective through a study of theories and the implementation of a survey of satisfaction of all staff and quality of care, through a set of quantitative variables; where the relationship of the variables was demonstrated. This research work allowed us to know the level of job satisfaction of the 61 professional nurses and 38 nursing assistants who are in this area of the hospital, and it was determined that the quality of care to the external user is directly related to the complacency of the staff. Subsequently, based on the results, a set of conclusions and recommendations were extracted that contribute to the understanding, analysis, elaboration and effective management of the work climate with espect to the quality of service; This allowed us to make a proposal based on the improvement of the work climate that aims to qualitatively improve the working and human conditions of the health teams.

OBJECTIVE: Describe the phases of implementation, scaling and integration of a pharmacy teleconsultation model in electronic history, to coordinate the care transition of patients. METHOD: Descriptive and retrospective study in a health area of 500,000 inhabitants (3 years). In the first phase, a working group was created, a communication platform was designed and a continuity program was piloted between a hospital pharmacist and the 13 primary care pharmacists. The objective was to solve problems related to medications (especially those of sanitary approval) in polymedicated patients hospitalized in the Short Stay Unit- Emergency. In a second phase, the program included all the patients in any unit and all the pharmacists in the hospital. In the third phase, the program was extended to the teleconsultation format within the corporate information systems of the Health Service. Quantitative descriptive variables were recorded (number, motives and resolution of the teleconsultations). RESULTS: In total, more than 470 consultations were registered (118 in the first phase, 158 in the second and 194 in the third), which were resolved in 90% of the cases. The main reasons were discrepancies in type approval drugs, prescribed in the care transition and nutritional assessment. CONCLUSIONS: Teleconsultation allows the coordination of pharmaceutical care between levels, quickly and easily. Increase the visibility and access of professionals. Problems are resolved without displacements or time delays for patients.

Este trabajo trata sobre el personal laboral con contrato indefinido - no fijo al servicio de la Administración pública. Los empleados públicos desempeñan funciones retribuidas en la Administración pública. Gracias a estos empleados, la Administración puede responder a las necesidades que tienen los ciudadanos y pueden gestionar y organizar los servicios públicos. El TREBEP clasifica a los empleados públicos en funcionarios de carrera, funcionarios interinos, personal laboral por tiempo indefinido o temporal y personal eventual. El contrato indefinido - no fijo es una figura contractual que se encuentra entre el personal temporal y los funcionarios. El origen de esta figura es básicamente jurisprudencial y la relación con la Administración es a través de un contrato de trabajo. Este tipo de empleado surge por el abuso por parte de al Administración de los contratos temporales. Los tribunales son quienes responden a las cuestiones planteadas sobre el cese de estos trabajadores, Departamento de Derecho Público, Grado en Relaciones Laborales y Recursos Humanos

Introduction The consumption of psychoactive substances or drugs by women has negative effects on their health. However, in case of pregnancy, problems will arise in the development of the fetus and dependence on the newborn, which may develop the Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome. Description Addiction to drugs during pregnancy has consequences in the development of the fetus and can cause dependence on the neonate, resulting in the Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome, which is characterized by a set of symptoms and signs of hyperexcitability due to cessation of addictive substances. The nurse has an important role, not only in the early recruitment of pregnancy women who are consuming addictive substances, but also in the care of the nerwborn with neonatal abstinence. Conclusions Well-trained nurses play an important role in early detection of pregnant women with addiction and in the assessment of susceptible newborns to develop Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome, as well as in the care of those who have already developed it, to minimize the effects and to help to improve the newborns’ well-being. Introducción: El consumo de sustancias o drogas psicoactivas por parte de la mujer tienen efectos negativos para su salud, pero en caso de que esté embarazada se generarán problemas en el desarrollo del feto y dependencia en el recién nacido, pudiendo éste desarrollar el Síndrome de Abstinencia Neonatal. Descripción: La adicción a las drogas por parte de las mujeres embarazadas tiene consecuencias en el desarrollo del feto y puede llegar a producir dependencia en el neonato, dando lugar al Síndrome de Abstinencia Neonatal, que se caracteriza por un conjunto de síntomas y signos de hiperexcitabilidad debido al cese del aporte de las sustancias adictivas. La enfermera de Atención Primaria tiene una función importante, no solo en la captación precoz de mujeres embarazadas consumidoras de sustancias adictivas, sino que también en la prevención de ese consumo antes del embarazo, con el objetivo de que la mujer realice un cambio en sus conductas de riesgo. Conclusiones: Las enfermeras debidamente formadas tienen una función importante en la detección precoz de mujeres embarazadas con adicción y en la valoración de los recién nacidos susceptibles de desarrollar Síndrome de Abstinencia Neonatal, así como en el cuidado de los que ya lo han desarrollado, para minimizar sus efectos y ayudar a su bienestar.

Eu3+-Doped calcium molybdate is an excellent phosphor for lighting and display devices due to the very intense pure red emission after UV excitation. It has been reported in the literature that the CaMoO4 unit cell volume expands after Eu3+ doping, in spite of the smaller Eu3+ ionic radius compared with Ca2+. Likewise, several studies found that the emission intensity of the phosphor could be improved by codoping with alkaline ions like Li+, Na+ or K+. None of these studies correlated the apparent volume expansion and luminescence enhancement with the crystal structural details. This paper analyses the aliovalent substitution mechanism and crystal structure of Eu3+:CaMoO4 and Eu3+,Na+:CaMoO4 phosphors using complementary techniques like Raman spectroscopy, EXAFS and SPD. We found that the substitution mechanism was different for both systems, with Ca site vacancies forming in the Eu3+:CaMoO4 phosphors and leading to Ca13xEu2x&xMoO4 compositions, while the Eu3+,Na+:CaMoO4 phosphors formed Ca12xEuxNaxMoO4. SPD showed that the cell volume expansion observed with increasing Eu3+ content is related to the increase of the Mo–O bond distance due to the higher electronegativity of Eu3+ compared with Ca2+. Finally, it was shown that the luminescence properties, i.e. lifetime values and quantum yields (the latter reported here for the first time), do not depend on the presence of monovalent ions in the crystal structure but, exclusively, on the Eu3+ content of the phosphor.
