In this paper, we introduce a new class of operators by using s-numbers and the sequence space Z(u; v; `p) for 1 < p < 1. We prove that this class is a quasi-Banach operator ideal. Also, we give some properties of the quasi-Banach operator ideal. Lastly, we establish some inclusion relations among the operator ideals formed by di erent s-number sequences.

Bu çalışmada, Euler Totient fonksiyonu ile oluşturulan regüler bir matrisin kullanılmasıyla, yeni bir paranormlu uzay olan , Φ,p uzayını tanımladık ve bu uzayın , p uzayına lineer izomorf olduğunu gösterdik. Ayrıca bu uzayın α-,β-,γ-duallerini ve Schauder bazını hesapladık, In the present paper, by using the regular matrix given by Euler Totient function, we give a new paranormed sequence space l Φ,p and prove that the spaces l Φ,p and l p are linearly isomorphic. Also, we compute some dual spaces and the Schauder basis of this space.

The main purpose of this study is to characterize some matrix classes from classical sequence spaces into a newly introduced space and find the norm of some special matrix operators. Also, we give certain geometric properties of this space.

These spaces consist of phi-convergent to zero and phi-convergent sequences, respectively. After determining alpha-, beta- and gamma-duals of these spaces, some matrix classes are characterized. Finally, using the Hausdorff measure of noncompactness, the characterization of some classes of compact operators on the space c(0)(Phi) is given.
