The pooling algorithm is an important layer in the convolutional neural network for feature dimension reduction, parameter compression, and expansion of the receptive field. Aiming at the problem that the existing pooling methods do not fully consider the overall content and style feature distribution of the feature map before pooling. A method was proposed to calculate the gradient value of each feature point on the convolved feature map by the Sobel operator, and according to the gradient value distribution, the pooling algorithm for each pooling window was determined to take the maximum value, the average value or the minimum value. The algorithm fully considers the overall content and style feature distribution before and after the feature map pooling, and maintains the overall invariance of the feature map. Experiments show that the pooling algorithm achieves excellent performance on classic network architectures such as VGG and ResNet, and is universal, can be used to replace the commonly used max pooling and average pooling. Due to the large flutter boundary variation and the difficulty of conducting flutter tests on the ground of hyper-sonic vehicles, the thermal flutter test technology of wing surface structure on the ground is studied. Firstly, the aerodynamic heating of the structure is analyzed based on the engineering method, and then the thermal flutter characteristics of the structure are evaluated. Considering the influence of structure temperature rise on the actual flight, an aerodynamic force comprehensive optimization order reduction algorithm based on multi-condition points is established to ensure the accuracy of aerodynamic force simulation during the whole temperature rise process. By establishing a multi-point coordinated control system based on the fuzzy logic proportional integral derivative (PID) control, the excitation force controller of the time-varying system in the process of temperature rise is designed. Finally, the ground flutter test system is built, and the thermal flutter characteristics of the structure are tested according to the typical flight conditions. To solve the problems of non-target misdetection and low accuracy under the complex environmental conditions in the cab by the existing pose estimation method, a driver pose estimation method was proposed based on dual-stream fully convolutional network (FCN). Two independent FCN branches were established to predict the coordinates of keypoints and the connection information between keypoints, and the hourglass network structure was set in the two branches to enhance the ability of network for extracting key information. In order to further improve the feature extraction capability of the network, the feature maps obtained from the shallow and deep networks were fused. Common objects in context (COCO) data set and driver′s driving situation (DDS) data set were used to verify the detection effect of the proposed method. The experimental results show that the detection accuracies of the proposed method in COCO data set and DDS data set are respective 64.5% and 78.4%, which illuminates that the proposed method is superior to other three comparison algorithms. To study the effect of LKW-Ⅱwarm mix additive on the rheological performance of rubber powder/SBS modified asphalt, Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy（FTIR） test, Dynamic Shear Rheology（DSR） test, Multi-stress Repeated Creep Recovery（MSCR） test and low-temperature Bending Beam Rheology（BBR） test were conducted to analyze the influence of LKW-Ⅱwarm mix additive on the rheological performance. The experimental results showed that: LKW-Ⅱ warm mix additive can effectively control the rheological performance under high temperature conditions. When the mixing amount was 0.1%, the improvement effect was the best, and the other mixing amount was relatively close in experiment. Warm mix rubber powder/SBS modified asphalt had better elastic recovery ability, 0.1% LKW-Ⅱ mixing amount under 12.8 kPa stress would not cause structural damage, and was the least sensitive to stress. LKW-Ⅱ warm mix additive could improve low-temperature performance. At the same temperature, 0.3% LKW-Ⅱ mixing amount produced the least internal stress and had the best stress relaxation ability. When using a little mixing amount of LKW-Ⅱ warm mix additive, it could effectively control the high temperature rheology and improve the low temperature rheology. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

BACKGROUND: Growth factors are one of the key elements for bone formation, remodeling and repair. The combination of multiple growth factors to induce osteogenic differentiation of bone stem cells has certain advantages compared with single ones. However, what combination of concentrations can play the best inducing effect has not been fully documented. OBJECTIVE: To explore the effects of transforming growth factor-β combined with bone morphogenetic protein-2 on the proliferation and differentiation of mouse MC3T3-E1 cells. METHODS: Different concentrations of transforming growth factor-β and bone morphogenetic protein-2 were combined to cultivate MC3T3-E1 cells. The cells were then divided into six groups, including one control group and five experimental groups, and were tested at different time points. The proliferation of the cells w as determined by MTT method. Real-time quantitative RT-PCR was used to detect Runx2 and osteocalcin gene expression. Alkaline phosphatase staining was used to observe the viability and function of osteoblasts. Alizarin red staining was used to observe the amount of calcium nodules. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Whether transforming growth factor-β and bone morphogenetic protein-2 were used alone or in combination could significantly promote the proliferation of MC3T3-E1cells, promote the expression of Runx2 and osteocalcin, and increase the alkaline phosphatase activity and mineralization ability (P < 0.05). The osteogenic effect of two growth factors in combination was positively correlated with the concentration. Even the combination at a low concentration can achieve or surpass the effect of single use. The optimal combined concentration was 1 μg/L for transforming growth factor-β and 100 μg/L for bone morphogenetic protein-2. Therefore, transforming growth factor-β and bone morphogenetic protein-2 used alone or in combination can significantly promote the proliferation and osteogenesis of osteoblasts, which focus on different aspects and interact with each other at different stages of proliferation and differentiation. Within the concentration range of this study, 1 μg/L transforming growth factor-β plus 100 μg/L bone morphogenetic protein-2 show the best promotion effect. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
