The traditional underwater alternating current filed measurement（ACFM） does not take into account the influence of shell material on the detection signal and each parameter of the equipment in the simulation design. In order to solve this problem, an ACFM simulation model was established, the size and shape of the magnetic core were optimized and the probe size was reduced. The effects of the conductivity and permeability of the nondestructive testing（NDT） probe housing material on the detection signal were simulated and analyzed. The most suitable shell material for deep water NDT is 304 stainless steel and the best current frequency, and the parameters of the NDT probe were optimized. The results show that when the conductivity of the shell material reaches 107 S/m, the characteristic signal detects by the magnetic sensor reverses and the frequency of the current more than 7 kHz leads to serious distortion of the detection signal. The permeability of shell material attenuates seriously to the amplitude of Magnetic induction intensity Bz in z direction and magnetic induction intensity Bx in x direction. The in-situ flux in soil methane in six canopy gaps in the Jianfengling tropical montane rainforest of Hainan Island created by a typhoon in approximately 2012 was measured. The indicators were forest litter, soil temperature and water content, soil enzyme activity, and other soil physical and chemical properties. The relationship between soil methane flux and environmental factors was determined using the best available structural model method, and the characteristics affecting the factors and differences of methane flux were analyzed inside and outside the canopy gaps. In general, the Jianfengling tropical montane rainforest displayed a methane absorption effect. The annual average methane absorption rates inside and outside the canopy gaps were ( -0.37 ±0.26) and (-0.36±0.24) nmol^m "*s 1 , respectively. No significant difference of the monthly variation in soil methane flux was evident inside and outside the canopy gaps (P>0.05). However, the flux was higher in the dry season than in the rainy season. The optimal structural model was used to understand the relationship between soil methane flux and environmental factors. Model results suggested that soil water content had the strongest negative regulation effect on the methane flux on both sides of the canopy gaps during the entire year and during the dry season, while temperature had the strongest positive effect during the rainy season. The results demonstrated that the six canopy gaps formed by the typhoon did not significantly stimulate soil methane flux, but displayed obvious seasonal characteristics. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective To investigate the effects of different degrees of fluorotic teeth on the position of maxillary molars and incisors in adult patients with class I extraction during orthodontic treatment process. Methods Sixty orthodontic patients in Department of Orthodontics, Tianjin Municipal Stomatological Hospital From July 2010 to July 2018 were selected and divided into the severe group, moderate group, mild group and control group according to the Dean dental fluorosis classification standard. The Dolphin measurement software was used to screen out the patients meeting the standard. The X ray skull lateral slices before and after treatment were measured and conducted the comparison analysis. The measurement indexes : (1) the crossing angle between the long axis of the maxillary central incisor and the plane of the palate(PP); (2) the crossing angle between the long axis of maxillary first molar and maxillary PP ( U6 to PP) ; (3) the distance from the incisor edge of the maxillary central incisor to the plane ( PTV) perpendicular to the PP; (4) the distance from the apex of the root of the maxillary central incisor to the PTV plane ; (5) the distance between the proximal most protruding point of the maxillary firs t molar and PTV( U6M Hor) ; (6) the distance between the lowest point of proximal middle root of maxillary first molar and PTV (U6A Hor). According to the monthly average temperature and precipitation data of 17 meteorological stations in Henan Province from 1961 to 2013, based on the association rules, the weighted temperature and drought uniformity index method were used to analyze the spatial distribu­tion characteristics of drought and flood in Henan Province. The results show that there is a strong correlation of drought and flood between each city in the regions of middle, west, south, east and north of Henan Province. In terms of spatial distribution, the drought has obvious regional and uneven distribution, and gradually weakens from northwest to southeast.
