The aim of this study was to determine the effect of liquid Biopolym FZT quality components in cow milk. The set of samples was classified by the phenophases: before the heading, the beginning of heading and full heading. Each group contained 12 samples. The parameters of nutritional value were evaluated. The chemical compositions (CP, PDIN and DOM) were highly significantly affected (P < 0.01) by the phenophases. Das Ziel der Kleinparzellenversuche, die auf dem Versuchsstandort in Kaplice durchgefuhrt wurden, war, den Erreger der Erkrankung auf der Pflanze Lathyrus pratensis L. festzustellen. Wahrend der Vegetationsperiode der Jahre 2004–2005 registrierten wir auf den Blattern von Lathyrus pratensis L. weise bis grauweise dunne Mycelbelage. Diese fur den Mehltaupilz (Erysiphe trifolii Grev.) charakteristischen Symptome stellten wir auf der beobachteten Flache gegen Ende des Sommers und im Herbst fest. Im beobachteten Gebiet wurden folgende Varianten beurteilt: erstens gemulchte Bestande, zweitens nicht geerntete (brach liegende) Bestande, drittens gemahte Bestande und viertens Weidebestande (von Rindern beweidet).

In the framework of small-site experiments we examined the biopreparation Supresivit S 2 containing the propagules of the antagonistic fungus Trichoderma harzianum. The small-site experiments, which were carried out in the experimental plot of the Department of Crop Production (University of South Bohemia in Ceske Budjejovice, Faculty of Agriculture), were aimed at impairing the biotic fungistasis by biological means applied to the grains of naked oats, variety Adam. Our objective was to accomplish surface microbial analysis of stored naked oats grains, variety Adam, after the application of the biofungicide Supresivit S 2 in combination with surface treatment of the grains and biological screen applied during vegetation period. In particular variants of the experiment we estimated the values of the levels of bacteria and fungi representation in the surface parts of stored grains and analysed the contents of some mycotoxins produced by the fungi of the genus Fusarium. The highest numbers of bacteria and fungi on the surface of the investigated grains were found in the variant treated by the bioagent (Supresivit S 2) namely 82.000.000 spores of bacteria and 110.000 spores of fungi (Cladosporium, Verticillium, Coelomycetum) per 1 g of grain. Also the fungi of the genus Fusarium were most numerous in the variant oats - bioagent namely 250 spores per 1 g of grain. In all particular variants the amounts of mycotoxins were considerably below the known effective doses for animals and plants. The largest amount of vomitoxin was found in the variant chemical standard (Rovral TS, effective substance Carbendazim 17.5% and Iprodion 35%) - 18 ug. Zearalenon was found in all variants below 5 ug. Lower doses of ergosterin were found in the variant treated by the bioagent 4.7 mg/kg.

The aim of this work was to assess the impact of the liquid Biopolym FZT on quality components in cow´s milk and daily milk yield. Biopolym was, calibrated by a milking robot, given to dairy cows in a selected breeding around České Budějovice for a selected period of time. It found a slight increase in the average daily milk yield in dairy cows at first lactation. The aim of this study was to verify the effect of Biopolym FZT on the crude protein in the ruminal content. The experiment was conducted in laboratory conditions. Rumen content was removed from the Holstein breed cow fitted with ruminal fistula. The hydrolyzed brown seaweed was added to the samples of the ruminal content. After incubation of the samples the crude protein content was determined. In experiments with solid ruminal contents positive effects of Biopolym on the crude protein content was shown. The best results were achieved at the dilution of 1:2000.

Healthy and strong individuals are fundamental in every cattle breeding. The aim of this study was to find out which of these given supplement had the best influence on calf weight gain in the early period after weaning to milk nutrition. This research was carried out in cooperation with the farm in Haklovy Dvory. Calves were studied from March 2012 to February 2013. They were weaned into outdoor individual box after birth. There were added supplements into their ration in the first two weeks of life. Calves were partitioned according to the added supplement into three experimental groups and one control group. The first weight control of calves was after birth and the second weight control was at the age of thirty days. The average weight gain was calculated from the differences in these values. The best demonstrable effect was in the experimental Homeopathy and Prebiotics (Biopolym) groups with the average increment of 26.9 kilograms, then in the experimental Probiotics (Lactovita) group with the average increment of 26.1 kilograms. The last group was the Control one, there was not any change in the calves’ ration and their average increment was 23.5 kilograms. The results of the statistical evaluation was p = 0.0572 in the Biopolym group, p = 0.2570 in the Lactovita group and p = 0.2124 in the Homeopathy group versus the Control group. It can be concluded from the results of this study that calves had a positive reaction on the supplements added in the first days of life and these had a favourable effect on diarrhoea prevention. Prebiotics, homeopathic drugs and probiotics beneficially stimulate calves’ digestive system and, in general, they have a positive effect on the calves’ physiological condition.
