Handel med longevity obligationer er blevet foreslået som en afdækning af den systematiske dødeligheds risiko. For at finde longevity obligationens prisproces skal vi adskille de risici, som er iboende i forsikringskontrakten. Vi præsenterer to stokastiske dødelighedsmodeller, og gennem forskellige målskift kan vi adskille de forskellige risici i kontrakten. En af modellerne, ECIR dødelighedsmodellen, har ikke tidligere været kalibreret, og vi udvikler en kalibreringsmetode, som fører til et fordelingsresultat for den fremtidige dødelighed for danske kvinder i alderen [30:85]. Fordelingsreultatet bruges til at beregne præmier under målskifte i forlæns retning. Forskellene i præmier beregnet under forskellige mål konstituerer longevity obligationens betalingsproces. Vi sammenligner de forventede og faktiske kuponer i et numerisk eksempel. Vi diskuterer muligheden for at skabe et marked, hvor der handles longevity obligationer, og sammenligner med den traditionelle afdækning gennem bonus kontoen., Trading in longevity bonds has been proposed as a hedge against systematic mortality risk. To find the price process of the longevity bond, we need to separate the risks inherent in the insurance contract. We introduce two stochastic mortality models, and we separate the risks in the contract through changes of measure. One of the models, the ECIR mortality model, has not been calibrated previously, and we develop a calibration method, leading to a distributional result for the future mortality of Danish women aged [30:85]. The distributional result is used to calculate the premiums under changed measure in the forward direction. The differences in premiums calculated under different measures constitute the payment process of the longevity bond. We compare the expected and the actual coupons in a numerical example. We discuss the possibility of creating a market trading in longevity bonds, and compare with the traditional hedge through the bonus account.

Within private as well as public organization there is a strong (but sometimes over-optimistic) belief in the magic of groups and teams. Here all kinds of problems are supposed to be dealt with hoping for the benefits of the collective competence. However, at the end of the day this thought is likely to become contra productive. This is also a substantial financial issue since it is expensive to keep all teachers in meetings and committees. Particularly if these groups are dysfunctional and become an arena for passive resistance or talented pseudo issues. This project focuses how 19 upper secondary schools in Stockholm, Sweden use the time allocated in teacher–union agreements for common purposes. The theoretical frame of reference in this project is inspired by cultural approaches to organization. In our understanding this time is particularly interesting because it is mainly during this time ambitions about school development can be realized.
