An efficient method for the synthesis of (3R)-N-Boc-3-aminoazepane with immobilized ω-transaminase (ω-TA) has been further optimized. In comparison with the crude enzyme powder or wet whole cells, this immobilized enzyme exhibits excellent activity and stability under the optimum process conditions, allowing 20 rounds of enzyme reuse without obvious loss of activity. This procedure simplified the workup and was performed on a multikilogram scale in a reproducible manner to yield (3R)-N-Boc-3-aminoazepane with 99.2% ee and 97.0% purity.

Under mobile Internet environment, users are switching from PC search to mobile search. Prior studies largely focused on users’ early adoption and continual usage of mobile search. Limited attention has been paid to searching switch. This study is to identify enablers (i.e. perceived ubiquitous connectivity, perceived contextual offer and perceived convenience) and inhibitors (i.e. habit of PC search and relative disadvantage of mobile search) influencing users’ switching intention from PC to mobile, as well as examining their different effects.

This study has built a structural equation model of user’s acceptance model of government microblog based on the theory of planned behavior (TPB) and technology acceptance model (TAM). It investigated government microblog users who registered in representative microblog platforms and collected 309 valid responses. Partial least squares (PLS) was used to test the research model, and the empirical findings revealed that users’ behavioral attitude towards government microblog, subjective norm and self-efficacy significantly affect users’ intentions to use government microblog, users’ behavioral attitude was significantly and positively affected by trust, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. Accordingly, some effective strategies were put forward to improve the performance and management of government microblog, which have a positive and practical significance on the development of government microblog.

Neural networks have recently achieved impressive success in semantic and instance segmentation on 2D images. However, their capabilities have not been fully explored to address semantic instance segmentation on unstructured 3D point cloud data. Digging into the regional feature representation to boost point cloud comprehension, we propose a region-feature-enhanced structure consisting of adaptive regional feature complementary (ARFC) module and affinity-based regional relational reasoning (AR3) module. The ARFC module aims to complement low-level features of sparse regions adaptively. The AR3 module emphasizes on mining the potential reasoning relationships between high-level features based on affinity. Both the ARFC and AR3 modules are plug-and-play. Besides, a novel dual spatial-aware discriminative loss is proposed to improve the discrimination of instance embedding. Our proposal-free point cloud instance segmentation network (RegionNet) equipped with the region-feature-enhanced structure and dual spatial-aware discriminative loss achieves state-of-the-art performance on S3DIS dataset and ScanNet-v2 dataset.

An efficient and novel route to (3R)-3-aminoazepane (1) is described. The target is obtained with 99.92% purity, 99.2% ee in seven steps, and 46.2% overall yield. This improved method involves a practical biocatalytic transformation with ω-transaminase to establish the stereogenic center high efficiently as a key step. Mobile service in libraries has become very popular in last few years. To notify the meaningful factors for the satisfaction with mobile library services, this study focuses on service quality and divides the factor into 4 sub-dimensions: resource quality, environment quality, interaction quality and outcome quality. The empirical findings revealed most sub-dimensions of service quality to be significant in explaining users' satisfaction. Moreover, it was found that, there were different perception between public and academic library user groups regarding the sub-dimensions of mobile service quality and their influences on users' satisfaction.
