Objective: The petition letters of the National Exhibition and Convention Center (NECC) Fangcang Hospital, Jiahe Xinyuan Hotel (Jiahe) Fangcang Hospital and designated Ruijin Hospital of North Branch (designated Hospital) were analyzed, and the discussion was focused on how to optimize the operation process, improve the quality of medical service, optimize the doctor-patient relationship and other measures through the feedback of petition data after the hospitals were built in a very short time. Methods: The petition letters from two Fangcang hospitals and one designated hospital were retrospectively analyzed, and the source channels, types and trends of petition letters were analyzed at multiple levels, as well as the specific problems involved. The results and suggestions were summarized by combining qualitative and quantitative methods. Results: Ouring March 14 adn May 4, the two makeshift hospitals and one designated hospital had received a total of 1 155 letters, mainly from the "12345" hotline (88.86%). 759 (65.72%), 25 (2.16%) and 371 (32.12%) were respectively received from the NECC Fangcang Hospital, Jiahe Fangcang Hospital and designated Hospital. The number of requests for help accounted for 67.85%, 68.00% and 70.08% respectively in the three hospitals, and the other types of petition letters were consultation, complaint and suggestion. Requests for help and advice were frequently asked such as isolation policies, virus RNA PCR testing, critical care and emergency transport, and logistics. Conclusions: During the epidemic, the problems of letters and visits in the shelter focuse on the various actual needs and difficulties faced by patients in the shelter hospital, suggesting that the managers and operators of the shelter hospital should prepare for such needs and problems. Analyzing the contents of letters and visits can feed back and optimize the operation process and medical services of the shelter hospitals.

To investigate the effect of nano carbon-fiber-reinforced polymer (nano CFRP) on retrofitting reinforced concrete (RC) structures, this article presented the progressive collapse performance of two half-scale four-bay RC frames including one control specimen S1 and specimen S2 with nano CFRP retrofitting beam ends. The progressive collapse performance was discussed by comparing crack patterns, failure mode, load–displacement curves, horizontal displacement, strains, and rotational and energy dissipation capacity. The test results demonstrated that nano CFRP did not change the ductile beam-hinge failure mode, but improved the load-bearing capacity and ductility efficiently, and postpone shear failure of the joint core region obviously. Due to the insufficient development of plastic hinges limited by nano CFRP, S2 failed to enter catenary action, which revealed its own defects in anti-progressive collapse. It was shown that the retrofitting strategy using nano CFRP can substantially improve the mechanical characteristics and implement the strong column-weak beam failure mode.

Integrating the behavioral theory of the firm and social capital theory, this study examines how performance shortfalls and executive social relations jointly affect firms' trade-offs between the shared-control entry mode and full-control entry mode. This study argues that, for new overseas entries, performance shortfalls cause firms to prefer the shared-control entry mode. This is attributed to the fact that performance shortfalls increase firms' resource constraints and reduce their information search scope. This, in turn, leads decision-makers to prefer the shared-control entry mode, because that mode requires fewer resources, less information collection, and lower processing capabilities. In addition, guided by social capital theory, this study also finds that the positive effect of performance shortfalls on the shared-control entry mode is weakened when executives have social relations, either overseas or in banks. Further analysis shows that, compared with less-developed economies, firms facing a performance shortfall are more inclined to adopt the shared-control mode to enter developed economies. By clarifying the joint effect of performance shortfalls and executive social relations on firms' overseas equity entry modes, this study deepens the understanding of firms' choices of overseas equity entry modes. Background: Previous studies involving risk–benefit analysis of trastuzumab deruxtecan (DS‐8201) have indicated the benefit of this treatment, although it may increase the risk of interstitial lung disease (ILD) and/or pneumonitis in certain patients. This study aimed to assess the safety of DS‐8201. Methods: A search was done for relevant articles in four electronic databases: PubMed, Embase, the Cochrane Library, and ClinicalTrials.gov. All reports published up until November 2, 2022, were included, and study types were restricted to clinical trials; the last search was then updated to January 10, 2023. We also assessed the quality of the literature with the Cochrane Handbook for Systematic Reviews of Interventions and the Methodological Index for Non‐Randomized Studies tool, and then performed a meta‐analysis with R version 4.2.1. Results: A total of 1428 patients reported in 13 articles were included in this study. The analysis revealed that the most common all‐grade treatment‐emergent adverse events (TEAEs) were nausea and fatigue. The most common TEAE of grade 3 or above (grade ≥3) was neutropenia. The incidences of ILD and/or pneumonitis for all‐grade and grade ≥3 TEAEs were 12.5% and 2.2%, respectively. Conclusions: This comprehensive summary of the incidence of TEAEs associated with DS‐8201 in clinical trials provides an important guide for clinicians. The most common TEAEs were gastrointestinal reactions and fatigue; meanwhile, the most common grade ≥3 TEAE was hematological toxicity. ILD and/or pneumonitis were specific adverse drug reactions associated with DS‐8201, of which physicians should be particularly aware for their higher morbidity and rates of grade ≥3 TEAEs. Novel exohedral metalloborospherenes Al12Li20&B60 and Al20Li12&B60 with the classical fullerene-like borospherene B60 were theoretically predicted and their structures and properties were studied. Incredibly, the B60 cage (pull electron oxidizer) pulls 50 and 60e− from exohedral metal atoms, forming two super-reduced polyanionic states B6050− and B6060−, respectively. Next, the two super-reduced polyanionic states (push electron oxidizers) owing to their negative electric fields push out the remaining valence electrons of exohedral metal atoms. Accordingly, the metalloborospherenes convert to electride salt molecules 6e−&[(Al3+)12(Li+)20]&B6050− and 12e−&[(Al3+)20(Li+)12]&B6060− due to the pull–push electron oxidation relay. It is known that the loss of electrons by the reducing agent results in an oxidation effect. The mechanism of losing electrons involves not only the pull electron but also the push electron, which results in push electron oxidation. As long as there is enough reducing agents in oxidation–reduction electride systems, the unusual pull–push electron oxidation relay will occur, showing new physical insights. More interestingly, the B60x− (x = 50 or 60) polyanions can also display push electron oxidation for embedded calcium atoms, forming endohedral spherical electride molecules 14e−&[(Al3+)12(Li+)20]&[(Ca6)8+@B6050−] and 22e−&[(Al3+)20(Li+)12]&[(Ca6)10+@B6060−], in which the supernormal pull–push–push electron oxidizing ability of the B60 cage is reflected in the total number of pull–push electrons up to 64 and 82, respectively. Remarkably, these spherical electride molecules have extraordinarily small multiple ionization potential (VIPn, n = 1–22) values, demonstrating a nuclear large-scale effect of the superatomic model on VIPn.
