Microbial contamination in aircraft fuel-containing systems poses significant threats to flight safety and operational integrity as a result of microbiologically influenced corrosion (MIC). Regular monitoring for microbial contamination in these fuel systems is essential for mitigating MIC risks. However, the frequency of monitoring remains a challenge due to the complex environmental conditions encountered in fuel systems. To investigate the impact of environmental variables such as water content, oxygen levels, and temperature on the MIC of aluminum alloy in aircraft fuel systems, orthogonal experiments with various combinations of these variables were conducted in the presence of sulfate-reducing bacteria. Among these variables, water content in the fuel oil demonstrated the most substantial influence on the corrosion rate of aluminum alloys, surpassing the effects of oxygen and temperature. Notably, the corrosion rate of aluminum alloys was the highest in an environment characterized by a 1:1 water/oil ratio, 0% oxygen, and a temperature of 35 °C. Within this challenging environment, conducive to accelerated corrosion, changes in the corrosion behavior of aluminum alloys over time were analyzed to identify the time point at which MIC intensified. Observations revealed a marked increase in the depth and width of corrosion pits, as well as in the corrosion weight-loss rate, starting from the 7th day. Atherosclerosis (AS) is the formation of atherosclerotic plaques on the walls of the arteries, causing them to narrow. If this occurs in the coronary arteries, the blood vessels may be completely blocked, resulting in myocardial infarction; if it occurs in the blood vessels of the brain, the blood vessels may be blocked, resulting in cerebral infarction, i.e., stroke. Studies have shown that the pathogenesis of atherosclerosis involves the processes of inflammation, lipid infiltration, oxidative stress, and endothelial damage, etc. SIRT, as a key factor regulating the molecular mechanisms of oxidative stress, inflammation, and aging, has an important impact on the pathogenesis of plaque formation, progression, and vulnerability. Statistics show that AS accounts for about 50 per cent of deaths in Western countries. Currently, oral medication is the mainstay of AS treatment, but its development is limited by side effects, low bioavailability and other unfavourable factors. In recent years, with the rapid development of nano-preparations, researchers have combined statins and natural product drugs within nanopreparations to improve their bioavailability. Based on this, this paper summarises the main pathogenesis of AS and also proposes new oral nanoformulations such as liposomes, nanoparticles, nanoemulsions, and nanocapsules to improve their application in the treatment of AS. In this study, the microstructural evolution of a Ti-15Mo medical alloy was investigated, when the in situ cyclic tensile strain had 2% amplitude and the tension–compression cyclic deformation had 1%, 2%, and 3% amplitude. The Vickers hardness and wear resistance of the alloy were also optimized due to the grain-refining effect after cyclic deformation and annealing. The twinning-induced plasticity (TWIP) was considered the main deformation mechanism of the Ti-15Mo alloy during the tensile–compressive cycle deformation with suitable strain amplitude. The {332}<113> twins and boundaries were the main contributors to the grain refinement. The optimal microstructure, hardness, and wear resistance were obtained in the alloy deformed by tension–compression cyclic strain with a 3% strain amplitude. The wear resistance of the annealed alloy in Hank's solution was excellent in contrast to the original Ti-15Mo alloy due to its reasonable microstructure and hardness. It is clear that abundant twins were formed and retained in the coarse grains of the original alloy after cyclic deformation and annealing, which provided the expected refined grains and performance. Dichlorodiphenyltrichloroethane (DDT) is well known for its harmful effects and has been officially banned as a pesticide around the world. However, DDT pollution still exists in natural environments in China because DDT degrade very slowly. In this study, 60 soil samples were collected from Cixi, Zhejiang Province, and the levels of DDTs and its metabolites in soil and health risks were investigated. The results showed that the detection rate of DDT in soil samples were 100%, and the total DDTs residue in soil ranged from 0.007 to 1.208 mg/kg, with an average of 0. 113±0. 035 mg/kg, which exceeded the second-level Chinese soil environmental quality standard for farmland soil. The average residuals of p,p'-DDT, p,p'-DDE (dichlorodiphenyldichloroethylene), p,p'-DDD (dichlorodiphenyldichloroethane) and o,p'-DDT accounted for 34.8%, 50.9%, 8.0% and 6.3% of the total DDTs, respectively. The DDD/DDE ratios indicated a dehydrochlorination of DDT to DDE under aerobic conditions at most sampling sites. The ratios of (p,p'-DDE+p,p'-DDD)/p,p'-DDT and o,p'-DDT/p,p'-DDT indicating the DDT in the field were mainly introduced via industrial DDT and dicofol, including historical residue and fresh input. The health risk assessment showed that DDT-contaminated sites do not pose a non-carcinogenic risk to humans, and pose a very low risk of cancer to children and a low risk of cancer to adults. Firstly, a novel six-dimensional (6D) hyperchaotic particle motion system is formulated. The equilibrium points and their characteristics, Poincaré sections, Lyapunov exponents, bifurcations and multi-periodic windows are studied. Secondly, we present two nonholonomic constrained systems. In order to analyze the particle motion trajectories under constraints, the explicit equations for constrained systems are given. Based on Lyapunov exponents, Poincaré maps and bifurcations, we can see that the different hyperchaotic phenomena of the particle motion can be generated by introducing nonholonomic constraints. Finally, the stability control of the 6D hyperchaotic particle motion system is realized by separately using constraint control method and linear feedback control method. Numerical simulations of the dynamical behaviors of the six-dimensional hyperchaotic particle motion system are carried out in order to illustrate the complex phenomena of the systems and verify the analysis results.
