Also for the sake of caution that must be examined regarding physical evidence in court so that this evidence gains strength and validity according to the law as an update in court administration to overcome obstacles in the process of conducting an effective and efficient trial. The nature of this research is an analytical perspective and modernly the Supreme Court with Permanya Number 1 of 2019 regarding trials in court electronically implemented for the sake of legal certainty. To obtain a better understanding of the biology behind life‐threatening fungal infections caused by Candida albicans, we recently conducted an in silico screening for fungal and host protein interaction partners. We report here that the extracellular domain of human CD4 binds to the moonlighting protein enolase 1 (Eno1) of C. albicans as predicted bioinformatically. By using different anti‐CD4 monoclonal antibodies, we determined that C. albicans Eno1 (CaEno1) primarily binds to the extracellular domain 3 of CD4. Functionally, we observed that CaEno1 binding to CD4 activated lymphocyte‐specific protein tyrosine kinase (LCK), which was also the case for anti‐CD4 monoclonal antibodies tested in parallel. CaEno1 binding to naïve human CD4+ T cells skewed cytokine secretion toward a Th2 profile indicative of poor fungal control. Moreover, CaEno1 inhibited human memory CD4+ T‐cell recall responses. Therapeutically, CD4+ T cells transduced with a p41/Crf1‐specific T‐cell receptor developed for adoptive T‐cell therapy were not inhibited by CaEno1 in vitro. Together, the interaction of human CD4+ T cells with CaEno1 modulated host CD4+ T‐cell responses in favor of the fungus. Thus, CaEno1 mediates not only immune evasion through its interference with complement regulators but also through the direct modulation of CD4+ T‐cell responses. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

All schools worldwide are rapidly entering the remote education process due to the Covid-19 outbreak. In this process, the math teacher becomes a remote math teaching partner. The teacher's experience in the remote teaching process of this mathematics subject, which is a compulsory subject in all senior secondary schools. This study aimed to see teachers' difficulties, such as problem-solving, class discussions, teaching aids, and appropriate learning methods. The participants of this study which was designed as a complex study were 15 experienced mathematics teachers in various schools in Banda Aceh. This research contributes to knowing the difficulties of mathematics teachers in teaching remotely to improve the quality of distance learning which the government is echoing in the present and future. The study results show that teachers have difficulties in remote math lessons. According to the findings of the research conducted by the participating teachers, mathematics classes should not be taught using applications for distance education; teachers have trouble interacting and communicating with students because there is limited interaction and a lack of direct feedback, and some students do not attend classes; there is a lack of information about the use of the internet and technological tools; there is a significant lack of sufficiency across the curriculum; there are some students who do not attend classes; there is a shortage of information about the use of technological tools. Background: The contrast-induced nephropathy (CIN) is a common complication of primary percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) it has been reported to be associated with an increased risk of mortality. The study reported the in-hospital mortality among patients who developed CIN after primary PCI. Methods: This descriptive cross-sectional study was conducted on a sample of consecutive who developed CIN after primary PCI at a tertiary care cardiac hospital in Karachi, Pakistan. The CIN was defined as either a relative increase of 25% or an absolute increase of 0.5 mg/dL in post-procedure serum creatinine within 72 hours. The in-hospital mortality status was recorded and clinical and demographic predictors of in-hospital mortality were identified with the help of binary logistic regression analysis. Results: In the study sample of 402 patients, 74.1% (298) were male and the mean age of the study sample was 59.4±11.5 years. The in-hospital mortality rate was 9.7% (39). On multivar iable analysis, an increased risk of mortality was found to be independently associated with inferior wall myocardial infarction (IWMI) with right ventricular (RV) infarction, intra-procedure arrhythmias, and pump failure with an adjusted odds ratio of 3.63 [95% CI: 1.31-10.08; p=0.013], 5.53 [95% CI: 1.39-22.06; p=0.015], and 8.94 [95% CI: 3.99-20.02; p<0.001], respectively. Conclusion: In conclusion, there is a high rate of mortality for patients who develop CIN after primary PCI, and the risk of mortality is further aggravated by the presence of IWMI with RV infarction, intra-procedure arrhythmias, and pump failure. Aceh Singkil has been developed as a tourist destination that has great potential to bring in foreign exchange. Currently, electricity consumption in this area is only supplied by diesel power plants. Therefore, the development of renewable energy sources as a source of electricity is urgently needed. Based on the availability of sources and small environmental impact, Wind Power Plants (WPP) have great energy potential to be explored. This study will discuss the economic analysis and the potential of energy resources in the archipelago. The method used in this study is a quantitative type with data processing and a descriptive approach. The results of this study have showed that the average wind speed has been 7.93 m/s (50 meters high) with an estimated energy output of 31.165 kWh/year and an hourly production of 3.36 kWh. The maximum production scale is 12.0 kW/h and production is 0.277 $/kWh. The total energy cost per kWh is $1.86, the total initial investment for this WPP system is $78,336.36. The overall NPV of this system is $98,582.07 and operating costs are $1,566.09. This shows that wind energy in the area can be utilized as an alternative energy with the classification of small wind turbines (class III). [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
