The Lanzhou City construction space and transportation network have obviously changed. Lanzhou city’s terrain is that the Yellow River crossing two mountains caused the valley very long and narrow. So with the subsequent traffic congestion, effective measures should be taken to expand city spaces and to improve traffic network. Only with this, Lanzhou City could be developed fast and shape a unique city identity. Through analysis of the city topographic features and spatial layout, this paper outlines several ideas on city planning of Lanzhou.

In the design of the asphalt pavement or asphalt overlay, consider about the viscoelastic fracture mechanics behavior of asphalt mixture is significant in researching the asphalt pavement craze or the extending behavior of reflective crack. This paper employs nonlinear finite element software ABAQUS to analysis about the viscoelastic of asphalt mixture in the basis of the vicoelastic breaking theory, analyze the Traffic dynamic loading different speeds, different grassroots modulus to contain crack pavement structure system of the displacement field and stress field of influence.The calculation results show that the curve of the stress intensity factor in the crack tip moves as the increase of the speed, but the maximum is virtually unchanged; and it is proportional to the grassroots modulus variations, that is the stress intensity factor increases as the increase of grassroots modulus. With the effect of partial load, the stress intensity factor is formed by KⅠ、KⅡ. It is mainly assumed by KⅡ when grassroots modulus is low, and as the grassroots modulus increases, the KⅠ is increases, But KⅡ changes little.

Quick lime has been widely applied for improving strength and water stability of loess due to its lower costs and better effect on subgrade construction. Taking collapsible loess of Dingxi section of Luoding Freeway in Gansu province as investigation object, CBR were done in cases of different quick lime contents, water contents and compaction times as well as immersion times. The results indicated that compaction degree of lime soil would be lower than that of loess as subjected to the same compaction times. The strength and water stability of loess mixed with quick lime would obviously improve. The optimal quick lime contents were equal to 3%. A dual linear regression equation of CBR was put forward and applied in six test sections of Luoding and Baotian freeways.

Sodium aide has rarely been studied in gas phase or in the form of cluster ions and as a model of solid energetic substances and inorganic azide salt was ionized by electrospray ionization (ESI) and studied by high resolution Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance (FT-ICR) mass spectrometry (MS) systematically. This paper highlights the effects of experimental conditions on the formation of salt cluster and the collision activation dissociation pathways of cluster ions to develop a microscopic understanding of inorganic azide salt clusters.

A novel class of chemically modified iodo-containing resins with isotope-labeled tagging for mass spectrometry-based proteome analysis is described. This iodo-containing resin contains a thiol-reactive group that is used to capture the cysteine (Cys)-containing peptides from peptide mixtures, one 'tag' amino acid, and an aminomethyl polystyrene resin with Rink Amide Linker. The 'tag' amino acid is synthesized in both heavy and light isotope-coded forms and therefore permits the direct relative quantification of peptides/proteins through mass spectrometric analysis. In the iodo-containing resin strategy, the Cys-containing peptides of two samples covalently captured by either light or heavy iodo-containing resin were mixed and washed extensively under stringent conditions. Then the Cys-containing peptides were retrieved by acid-catalyzed elution. Finally, the eluted peptides were directly analyzed by micro liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry for identification and relative quantification. The iodo-containing resins were synthesized by a simple but effective method. Their abilities to identify and quantify the Cys-containing part in two samples were proved by the analysis of mixtures of amino acids, peptides and proteins.

To establish HPLC fingerprint of Ophiopogonis Radix of Sichuan and simultaneously determine two homoisoflavonoids (methylophiopogonanones A and B).Full-quantified HPLC fingerprint was used to establish the HPLC fingerprint and determine the active ingredients of the daodi medicinal material Ophiopogonis Radix of Sichuan in Shengmai injection. Chromatographic condition was as follows: The analytical column was Waters symmetry shield RP 18 (4.6 mm x 250 mm, 5 microm) with a pre-column of symmetry shield RP 18. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water (containing 0.1% phosphoric acid) with gradient elution. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, the detection wavelength was set at 280 nm and the column temperature was maintained at 30 degrees C.The HPLC fingerprint of Ophiopogonis Radix of Sichuan was established with good separation and repeatability. 24 common peaks were defined in the HPLC fingerprint. The similarity among batches was more than 0.98. Compared with standard reference substances, No. 14 peak was methylophiopogonanone A and No. 15 peak was methylophiopogonanone B. Similarity determine system was applied to evaluate them.This analytical method is highly sensitive with strong specificity, which can be used efficiently in the quality control of Ophiopogonis Radix of Sichuan in Shengmai injection.

To Set up a method for determining the contents of the five flavonoids simultaneously in the HuangKui capsule and analyze their specific chromatograms.HPLC method was used. The analytical column was Thermo scientific Hypersil GOLD (250 mm x 4.6 mm, 5 microm). The mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile (A) and 0.2% orthophosphoric acid (B) with gradient elution. The flow rate was 0.8 mL/min and detection wavelength was 360 nm. The column temperature was maintained at 30 degrees C.Contents of the five flavonoids (Rutin, Hyperoside, Isoquercitrin, Myricetin, Quercitrin) had good resolution with the correlation coefficients exceed 0.9999 and the average percent recovery lied in 98.46% to 100.33%. The chromatograms of the HuangKui capsule shared 15 common peaks in which 5 of them were recognized by the reference standard. Chromatograms of 10 lots of HuangKui capsule were analyzed with the similarities over 0.95.The proposed method of contents determination and chromatogram analysis has strong characteristic and specificity. This method is fast, easy and reliable, and can be applied for quality control of the preparation.

This study aimed to investigate the effects of concentration, intestinal section and borneol on the intestinal absorption of salvianolic acids. The experiment not only studied the intestinal absorption properties of three concentrations of rosmarinic acid, salvianolic acid B and salvianolic acid A at duodenum, jejunum and ileum, but also of salvianolic acids compatible with borneol at different concentrations using single-pass intestinal perfusion model in rat with phenol red as the marker. The results showed that salvianolic acids was stable under weak-acid condition and affected by metabolism enzyme; The Peff and Ka significantly different among three concentrations of rosmarinic acid and salvianolic acid B, whose intestinal absorption were saturated in high concentration, suggesting that the transport mechanisms of rosmarinic acid and salvianolic acid B were similar to active transport or facilitated diffusion; However, there was inconspicuousness in the Peff and Ka of salvianolic acid A at different concentrations, whose absorption was not saturated in high concentration, indicating that the transport mechanisms of salvianolic acid A was passive diffusion; The Peff and Ka in the ileum obviously higher than those in the duodenum and jejunum, namely the ileum was the best absorption section; When concentration of borneol increased, the enhancing effect of intestinal absorption of salvianolic acids increased, but significantly decreased when borneol increased to some degree. The enhancing effect of medium borneol concentration was the optimum. This implied that borneol can enhance the intestinal absorption of salvianolic acids, and the capacity of enhancing effect was influenced by the concentration of borneol.

In this study a new anti-rutting agent ( ARK-1 ) was introduced to analyze effect on pavement performance of asphalt mixture. Taken three gradations of AC-13 mixture with ARK-1 and without ARK-1 as investigation objects, high-temperature and water stability as well as cracking resistance at low-temperature were measured respectively. The results of tests show that the ARK-1 is feasible to improve pavement performance of asphalt mixture and its influence on high-temperature stability of asphalt mixture is obviously superior to that on water stability and cracking resistance at low-temperature. A project example of Louding freeway between stations 35+450 and 36+450 was proved that the costs of pavement with the ARK-1 would be more economical than that of pavement with SBS-modified asphalt binder.
