Background: root-zone water transport is crucial in the water transformation from precipitation to groundwater, directly influencing soil moisture distribution and resource acquisition for wetland plants. Methods: This study investigated the movement mechanism of root-zone (0–80 cm) soil water in the Poyang Lake wetland, China, during a dry year. Hydrological observation and stable isotopes (δ18O and δD) were utilized. Results: The root-zone soil water content was low (2.9–12.6%) at the high site covered by Artemisia capillaris, while it remained high (25.2–30.2%) at the median and low sites covered by Phragmites australis and Carex cinerascens, respectively. The isotopic values of shallow soil water (0–40 cm) in the A. capillaris site followed the seasonal pattern of rainfall isotopes, indicating predominantly rainfall recharge. Rainfall was primarily transported by piston flow, with an infiltration depth of approximately 60 cm. Conversely, depleted water isotopes measured at certain depths in P. australis and C. cinerascens sites closely resembled those of rainfall, suggesting that preferential flow dominated. The average groundwater contribution proportions in root-zone soil water were 65.5% and 57.4% in P. australis and C. cinerascens sites, respectively, while no contribution was detected in A. capillaris site. Conclusions: Preferential flow and groundwater recharge occurred in the P. australis and C. cinerascens sites. They enhance the hydrological connection at the profile scale and are useful for maintaining a favorable root-zone moisture environment for wetland ecosystems in dry years. However, the hydrological connectivity between root-zone soil and groundwater was found to be obstructed in the A. capillaris site. Objective To explore the effects of the multiple shared decision-making mode using a decision aid manual in conjunction with online labor and delivery decision support on the delivery mode for pregnant women with a scarred uterus. Methods A total of 94 women with scarred uterus who received prenatal care at a tertiary hospital from September 2019 to October 2022 were enrolled and assigned to experimental and control groups using the random number table method. The control group received standard prenatal education, and the experimental group received multiple shared decision-making interventions in addition to standard prenatal education. The degree of conflict in decision-making for delivery, preference for delivery mode, postpartum decision regret, and the final delivery mode between the two groups were compared, respectively. Results Following the multiple shared decision intervention, decision conflict scores in the experimental group were significantly reduced (P < 0.001). In the survey on delivery mode preferences, there was a reduction in the number of individuals in the experimental group expressing "uncertainty", and an increase in those choosing vaginal delivery. Ultimately, in the experimental group, 30 women (68.2%) underwent cesarean sections, and 14 (31.8%) had vaginal deliveries. The level of post-decision regret in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.001). Conclusions Multiple shared decision-making for women pregnant with a scarred uterus could reduce the level of decision-making conflict, increase the willingness for vaginal delivery, and assist them in making rational and scientifically informed decisions regarding childbirth. Using a photocatalyst to convert solar energy into energy that can be used directly is a research direction in renewable clean energy. At present, in the field of photocatalysis, g-C3N4 is an important energy material for hydrogen and oxygen production by hydrolyzing. To further improve the photocatalysis effect of g-C3N4, chemical doping modification is an efficient improvement method. The Co element, due to its unique d-state, has played an outstanding role in changing the photocatalytic performance of graphitic carbon nitride (g-C3N4), but its doping position and modification contribution are still unclear. In this article, CASTEP first principle software is used to calculate the N position in g-C3N4 substituted by Co atom. By analyzing the density of states of Co atom, C atom and N atom in each doping position, it is found that the band gap in Co2 doping position decreases the most and the structure is the most stable, which can effectively prevent the recombination of photo-generated carriers and improve the photocatalytic performance better. The relationship between the solar absorption of Co2-g-C3N4 and the distance between the electron center and hole center has been explained from the point of view of electron hole distribution.
