The organic photoelectrochemical transistor (OPECT) biosensing relies solely on a singular signal readout inherently, which restrains the precision and dependability nestled within pertinent biological measurements. Herein, a high‐precision magnetic assisted OPECT and smartphone colorimetric (SCL) dual‐mode biosensing platform is first established for detecting harmful algal toxin okadaic acid (OA) by biocatalytic reaction. MXene@SnO2‐Ce‐MOF (MXSnO/Ce‐MOF) Z‐scheme heterojunctions with abundant oxygen vacancies are prepared as photoactive materials. Initially, in the presence of OA, the coupling of trigger DNA (tDNA) to magnetic beads (MBs) via anchor DNA (aDNA) is released through the interaction of the target analyte with the aptamer. Subsequently, the carried tDNA triggers HCR between the two hairpin sequences, producing long double helix chains to capture glucose oxidase (GOx). The obtained GOx supernatant catalyzes glucose to produce H2O2, which can oxidize Ce‐MOF, leading to the alteration of electrode color and a significant decrease in the overall photocurrent of MXSnO/Ce‐MOF. Crucially, the novel OPECT‐SCL biosensor exhibits excellent sensitivity and precision, boasting detection thresholds as low as 42.9 pM and 1.2 nM, respectively, and accomplishes the automated detection of OA within real samples. The proposed OPECT‐SCL dual‐signal measurement model constitutes a sensitive, portable, and precise platform for the quantification of marine toxins. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Faradaic‐mode organic electrochemical transistors (OECT) are promising but usually need hundreds of millivolts to sustain redox reactions. Decrease or even removal of the voltage penalty is highly desirable. Herein, the Faradic regime of the OECT is broadened toward zero bias by integrating a p‐n heterojunction of Cu2S‐diethylenetriamine (DETA)‐CdS for efficient photogating of poly(3,4‐ethylenedioxythiophene): poly(styrene sulfonate) channel. Upon light illumination, it is found that an obvious Faradaic process is evolved at the gate/electrolyte interface under zero gate bias, suggesting the potential of sensitive amperometric biodetection with enhanced signal resolution. At the Cu2S‐DETA‐CdS/liquid interface, a biosensing process is introduced, combining with a DNA walker and enzymatic biocatalytic precipitation to produce a target‐dependent diffusion barrier, modulating the amperometric output with enhanced signal variations under light irradiation compared to that in the dark. The proposed system achieves the desired analytical performance for representative target miRNA‐10b with a low detection limit of 0.21 fM. This work features a light‐mediated OECT device with enhanced signal resolution and provides new operational paradigms and insights for novel optoelectronics interfacing with biological systems. Dispersive soil is susceptible to water erosion and could cause damage in geotechnical engineering or hydraulic engineering projects. Recycled clay brick powder (RCBP) was used as a modifier to improve the dispersivity and water stability of dispersive soil in this study. Pinhole tests, crumb tests, disintegration tests, particle analysis tests, exchangeable sodium percentage (ESP) tests, pH tests, conductivity tests, and X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) analyses were conducted to explore the modification effects and corresponding mechanisms of RCBP on dispersive soil. The results revealed that the dispersivity of the soil significantly weakened as the RCBP content increased and curing time extended. Specifically, adding 4% RCBP to the soil and curing for 7 days effectively transformed dispersive soil into nondispersive soil. Furthermore, the final disintegration time of the soil sample with 10% RCBP cured for 28 days was 273% longer than that of the soil sample without curing. Moreover, the treatment led to decreased fines content, ESP value, and pH value in the soil samples. The decrease in ESP value indicated the replacement of sodium ions adsorbed on the soil particle surfaces with calcium ions, resulting in a reduction in the thickness of the diffuse electric double layer of soil particles, and subsequently reduced soil dispersivity. Additionally, the decrease in pH also contributed to the reduction of the diffuse electric double-layer thickness. XRD and SEM analyses confirmed the formation of cementing materials between soil particles due to the modification, which filled gaps and cemented particles to create a waterproof barrier between soil particles. In conclusion, the utilization of RCBP as a modifier for dispersive soil could be a win–win measure with promising outcomes. In this study, we focus on the interactions and interrelated effects among the transient luminous events (TLEs) recorded at the Luoding ground station (22.76° N, 111.57° E), the lightning activities observed by the World Wide Lightning Location Network, and the ionospheric electric field deduced from the China Seismo-Electromagnetic Satellite (CSES). The results show that on 25 September 2021, the signal-to-noise ratio of the Schumann resonance at the first mode of 6.5 Hz and the second mode of 13 Hz dropped below 2.5 during the TLEs. A significant enhancement in the energy in extremely low frequencies (ELFs) occurred, and the power spectral density increased substantially. Distinct lightning whistler waves were found in the very low frequency (VLF) band, further indicating that the energy could possibly have been excited by the lightning. Our results suggest that the observations of the electric field from the satellite could possibly be utilised to monitor the lower-atmospheric lightning and its impact on the space environment.
