Amaç: Etnik farklılıklar ve kromozomal anomalilerle ilişkisi bildirilen fetal nazal kemik uzunluğunun Türk popülasyonunda 18+0-23+6. gebelik haftaları arasındaki nomogramlarının oluşturulması.Materyal ve Metod: Çalışmada Ocak 2009 - Eylül 2014 tarihleri arasında, 18+0-23+6 gebelik haftalarında, US bulguları normal olan ve doğum sonrası anomali saptanmayan 2653 fetus retrospektif olarak değerlendirildi. Detaylı fetal anomali taraması yapılan her fetusun BPD, HC, AC, FL, NK uzunluğu ve ortalama GH kaydedildi. NK uzunlukları ile GH, BPD, HC, AC ve FL arasında regresyon analizi yapıldı. Her gebelik haftası için 5-10-25-50-75-90-95. persantilleri içeren referans değerler oluşturuldu.Bulgular:. Çalışmaya dahil edilen 2626 gebenin 27'sinda ikiz gebelik saptandı. Gebelerin yaşları 17-46 arasında olup ortalama yaş 30,02 ±5,78 idi. 18., 19., 20, 21., 22. ve 23. gebelik haftalarında sırasıyla 159, 214, 528, 599, 563 ve 583 fetus mevcuttu. Gebelik haftası 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23 olan fetuslarda ortalama nazal kemik uzunluğu sırasıyla 5.5 ±0.85, 6.3±0.83, 6.6±0.81, 6.9±1, 7.1±0.86,7.6±0.89 (minimum 4 mm ve maksimum 10.1 mm) olarak bulundu. Fetuslarda, 18+0- 23+6. gebelik haftalarında NK uzunlukları GH, BPD, HC, AC ve FL artışı ile lineer olarak arttı. Regresyon analizinde fetal nazal kemik uzunluğu gebelik haftası ile anlamlı korele bulundu [NK=1,618 +0,406 x GH, R=0,623, R2=0,40, p< 0,001]. Ayrıca nazal kemik uzunluğu BPD [NK=1,591 +0,402 x BPD, R=0,606, R2=0,39, p< 0,001], HC [NK=1,665 +0,406 x HC, R=0,620, R2=0,41, p< 0,001], AC [NK=1,796 +0,411 x AC, R=0,609, R2=0,40, p< 0,001] ve FL [NK=1,618 +0,406 x FL, R=0,608, R2=0,40, p< 0,001] ile de anlamlı korele bulundu. Sonuç: Çalışmamızda bölgemize ait 18+0-23+6. gebelik haftalarında sağlıklı fetuslarda nazal kemik uzunluğu nomogramları oluşturduk. Bu referans değerlerin, prenatal taramada nazal kemik hipoplazisi tanısında kullanılabileceğini düşünmekteyiz. Purpose: Ethnic differences and relationship between chromosomal abnormalities were reported in fetal nasal bone length. In this study, we aimed to establish the nomograms of fetal nasal bone length in the Turkish population between 18+0-23+6 gestational weeks.Materials and Methods: In this study, 2653 fetus who were in 18+0-23+6 gestational weeks, had normal US findings and had not postnatal anomaly were retrospectively evaluated between January 2009 and September 2014. After detailed fetal anomaly scan, biparietal diameter (BPD), head circumference (HC), abdominal circumference (AC), femur length (FL), nasal bone (NB) length and mean gestational weeks (GW) of each fetus were recorded.Regression analyses were performed between NB length and GW, BPD, HC, AC, FL. The reference values in 5-10-25-50-75-90-95. percentiles were established for each gestational week. Results: In this study, 27 twin pregnancies were detected in the 2626 pregnant women (age range, 17–46 years; mean age, 30,02 ±5,78 years) and 159, 214, 528, 599, 563, 583 fetuses were evaluated in 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23 gestational weeks, respectively. The mean nasal bone length was 5.5 ± 0.85, 6.3 ± 0.83, 6.6 ± 0.81, 6.9 ± 1, 7.1 ± 0.86, 7.6 ± 0.89 (minimum 4 mm and maximum 10.1 mm) in 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23 gestational weeks, respectively. NB length was increased linearly consistent with GH, BPD, HC, AC and FL during 18+0-23+6 gestational weeks. In regression analysis, the fetal NB length were significantly correlated with GW [NBL=1,618 +0,406 x GW, R=0,623, R2=0,40, p< 0,001]. Also, NB length were significantly correlated with BPD [NBL=1,591 +0,402 x BPD, R=0,606, R2=0,39, p< 0,001], HC [NBL=1,665 +0,406 x HC, R=0,620, R2=0,41, p< 0,001], AC [NBL=1,796 +0,411 x AC, R=0,609, R2=0,40, p< 0,001] and FL [NBL=1,618 +0,406 x FL, R=0,608, R2=0,40, p< 0,001].Result: In our study, we established the nasal bone length nomogram in healthy fetuses for our region between 18+0-23+6 gestational weeks. We think that this reference values can be used for diagnosis of nasal bone hypoplasia in prenatal screening. 64

Bu araştırmanın amacı: Çok Alanlı Sanat Eğitimi Yönteminin Eğitim Fakültesi Güzel Sanatlar Eğitimi Bölümü Resim-iş Eğitimi Anabilim Dalı, ''Temel Tasarım II'' dersi alan 1. sınıf öğrencilerinin, üç boyutlu tasarım uygulamasında tasarlama becerilerinde anlamlı bir fark oluşturup oluşturmadığını konu almaktadır.2014-2015 bahar dönemi eğitim ve öğretim yılında yapılan araştırma, Gazi Üniversitesi Eğitim Fakültesi Güzel Sanatlar Eğitimi Bölümü Resim-iş Eğitimi Anabilim Dalı 1. Sınıf öğrencileri arasından seçkisiz örnekleme yöntemiyle,2 şubeden 14öğrenciyle yürütülmüştür. Araştırmanın kavramsal boyutunda belge ve arşiv tarama yöntemi ile içerik oluşturulmuş, uygulama aşamasında seçilen 2 sınıfa deneysel yöntem uygulanmıştır. Deney ve kontrol grubu oluşturularak, bir gruba ÇASEY'e dayalı eğitim uygulamaları gerçekleştirilirken, diğer gruba ise geneksel eğitim yöntemi uygulanmıştır. Konu olarak da üç boyutlu çalışmalara örnek teşkil edebilecek olan 1960 sonrası sanat akımlarından Enstalasyon sanatı seçilmiştir. Uygulama öncesinde ve sonrasında öğrenci bilgi düzeylerindeki farklılıkları ölçmek amacıyla her iki gruba da dersin ilk beş dakikasında ön test ve son dersin ilk beş dakikasında ise son test uygulanmıştır. Üç boyutlu tasarlama kriter ölçeği, deney ve kontrol grubunun çalışmalarını değerlendirmek amacı ile 3 uzman eşliğinde puanlama yapılarak, puanların ortalaması alınmıştır. Üç uzmanın görüşünün tutarlı olduğu, non parametrik test Mann-whitney u sonucundan deneysel grupta anlamlı bir farklılık olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır.Araştırmada, ÇASEY'e dayalı eğitimin Üniversite 1.sınıf Temel Tasarım dersi müfredatına yansıtılması ve bu eğitimin üniversitenin her kademesinde uygulanması önerilmiştir. The aim of this research is to apply on three dimensions design Works with the method of CASEY (The Method of Multi FieldArtEducation) on Basic design II lessons. Participants (N=14) in this research are first-year college students in basicdesign II lessons during the 2013-2014 calendar year at the Department of Art Education at GaziUniversity.A program degisned for basic degisned education, which was particularly prepared for his research, is applied to the students in the experimental group through out two weeks where a students in the control group keep following the regular curriculum. Moreover, pretest and posttest are applied to both groups. İt is modeled on the Pretest-Posttest Control Group Degisn; students are assigned to two categories: the experimental group (n=7) and the contol group (n=7). However, groups are randomly divided into two categories with the equivalent skill levels. Test for paired samples of the experimental group and the control group.During the assessment process, two research tools are used: an achievement test and three dimension degisn inventory. The data that was gathered through the pretest and posttest are analyzed by Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test for paired samples of the experimental group anda the control group. Futhermore Mann Whitney U-Test is also used for in dependent samples of each individual group to determine which of the two has accomplished more compared to the other. As a result, students in the experimental group demonstrated considerable improvement in terms of achievement in their Basic Design II lessons. Furthermore, improvement that was accoplished by the experimental group is signficantly advanced compared to the students in the compared to the control group. 140
