61. Defect Identification Method of CMC Bonding Structure based on Dynamic Time Warping and Simulation Analysis

Abstract

In this work, a new defect identification method has been proposed in an attempt to detect the bonding quality of ceramic matrix composites. The method is based entirely on dynamic time warping (DTW) and simulation analysis. Aiming at two different characteristic defects of the glue layer (I) and glue layer (II) of CMC, the transfer matrix method is employed to model and simulate the defects in the bonding structure. On the basis of this, a dynamic time warping algorithm is used to regularize the simulation waveform and the actual waveform in time sequence, and the correlation coefficient is employed for the estimation of waveform similarity after regularization. In comparison with the traditional similarity evaluation standard of the DTW algorithm, the improved DTW algorithm has better waveform classification ability for the glue layer (I) and glue layer (II). The classification accuracy of debonding defects of the glue layer (I) is more than 95%, and that of the glue layer (II) exceeds 90%. Additionally, compared with the conventional terahertz imaging method, correlation imaging is appropriate for different characteristics of defect signals and has an improved defect-recognition effect.

Abstract

Liquid helium (LHe) at 4.2 K was electronically excited using a corona discharge for both negative and positive high voltages. The experiments were carried out for different pressures in the range from 0.1 to 10 MPa at constant temperature. The light emitted from the zone close to the tip was spectroscopically analyzed showing features from atoms and excimer helium. The shifts and widths of the observed lines and bands were found to depend on the applied hydrostatic pressure and on the tip polarity. Our analysis showed that classic pressure broadening theory cannot account for the observed widths and shifts rather than the presence of bubbles which surround single excited atoms and molecules. For positive tip polarities red shifted features distinct from pure He and [He.sub.2]* were observed and tentatively assigned to 'red satellites'. Abstract

In view of photodegradation of antibiotics based on SnS2, larger specific surface area SnS2 microcubes remain rare. In this paper, shape-controlled SnS2 microcubes with defects were successfully prepared via a simple template-engaged strategy. The obtained microcubes manifested high specific surface area (43.80 m2 g−1). The degradation performance for Rhodamine B (RhB) was investigated in detail, including the effect of parameters, like different photocatalysts, pH, and catalyst dosage. The results indicated that degradation efficiency was 99.90% under visible light within 80 min. Moreover, the degradation efficiency was 79% after the four successive cycles. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

85. A Diffusion Prevention and Recovery Scheme for Spilled Oil on Land

Abstract

A set of quick response vehicle group and scheme was investigated to solve the current diffusion and recovery problems of spilled oil on land. A spilled oil recovery plant was simulated via FLUENT, the simulation result was verified by a control test, and it appeared that this plant could reach the recovery rate of above 50 m3/h and diffusion prevention scope of 4,000 m2. Hence, it can, to some extent, guarantee the quick response on the field, so as to reduce secondary disasters and protect the field environment.
