Pneumonia is a life-threatening disease and at present, a large population of humans is affected by pneumonia worldwide. It is a serious issue causing complications of acquired immune deficiency syndrome infection. Most people are affected in low-and middle-income countries. Until now pneumonia is mainly diagnosed by smear microscopy and is not easily available in the area of low-income settings. This research was conducted with a sensing strategy on interdigitated microelectrode (IDME) to identify the lower level of the target, ‘procalcitonin’. In addition, procalcitonin can distinguish the community-acquired viral pathogens, which helps to provide a suitable treatment. IDME was physically modified by a silver nanoparticle, and an anti-procalcitonin antibody was attached to a silver nanoparticle with amine and aldehyde linkers. On this IDME, procalcitonin was quantified in a dose-dependent manner (10–320 ng/mL) and calculated the detection limit to 10 ng/mL on a linear coefficient regression analysis [y = 2.2821×−2.6871; R2 = 0.9904]. Specific performances with control proteins that did not increase the current were revealed the specific identification of procalcitonin. This experiment created a sensing strategy to identify procalcitonin as a suitable biomarker.

However, due to the limitation of management concepts and conditions, there are many problems in laboratory safety management, which seriously affect the safety of campus and the life and health of teachers and students. Aiming at various problems in the laboratory safety management, this article is based on the connotation of the laboratory safety management system in colleges and universities, combined with the specific practical experience of the laboratory safety management of Youjiang Medical University for Nationalities, from the four aspects of improving the organizational structure and responsibility system of laboratory safety management, strengthening the construction of laboratory safety management system, standardizing laboratory safety education and training, implementing laboratory routine inspection and hidden danger rectification, build a sound laboratory safety management system for medical colleges, and improve the science of laboratory safety management level.

Aiming at the problem that there is a strong eardrum pressure in the passenger car during the closing process, two analysis and prediction methods, fast formula prediction and CFD simulation based on accurate models, are proposed. The regression model of ear pressure comfort was established by DOE method and multiple linear regression; The simulation software star-CCM+ is applied to simulate and analyze the dynamic characteristics of the flow field in the cockpit during the closing process by using the overlapping grid technology, and the pressure change curve near the ear is obtained. Finally, the CFD numerical simulation model is established by comparing and analyzing the regression prediction analysis results and the real vehicle test data. The results show that the effects of closing speed, effective opening area of pressure relief valve and air tightness of the whole vehicle on the pressure of passengers’ eardrums decrease in turn, and the prediction error of multiple linear regression equation is 17 %; The analysis error of the internal flow field dynamic characteristic model based on refined modeling is 8 %. This study provides a theoretical basis for solving the problem of rapid prediction of eardrum pressure and optimization of engineering structure.

It is the fundamental requirement for foster character and civic virtue, and it is also the need to promote the professional development of counselors. It is also an important measure to strengthen and improve the ideological and political work of college students. To improve the core literacy of college counselors, we should start from improving the counselors' awareness of self-development, building a three-dimensional training system, optimizing the assessment and evaluation mechanism for counselors, and improving the incentive mechanism for counselors, so as to better implement the fundamental task of foster character and civic virtue.

Lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) carrying therapeutic mRNAs hold great promise in treating lung-associated diseases like viral infections, tumors, and genetic disorders. However, because of their thermodynamically unstable nature, traditional LNPs carrying mRNAs need to be stored at low temperatures, which hinders their prevalence. Herein, an efficient lung-specific mRNA delivery platform named five-element nanoparticles (FNPs) is developed in which helper-polymer poly(β-amino esters) (PBAEs) and DOTAP are used in combination. The new strategy endows FNPs with high stability by increasing the charge repulsion between nanoparticles and the binding force of the aliphatic chains within the nanoparticles. The structure-activity relationship (SAR) shows that PBAEs with E1 end-caps, higher degrees of polymerization, and longer alkyl side chains exhibit higher hit rates. Lyophilized FNP formulations can be stably stored at 4 °C for at least 6 months. Overall, a novel delivery platform with high efficiency, specificity, and stability was developed for advancing mRNA-based therapies for lung-associated diseases.
