Diabetic kidney disease (DKD) is a main complication of diabetes mellitus. experimental in vitro validation and Network pharmacology were used in this study to explore the potential mechanism of Huangkui capsules (HKC) in treating DKD. First, we used CCK8 to analyze the optimal drug concentration of HKC. Next, we used flow cytometry, ELISA, Scratch test, and immunofluorescence to examine the apoptosis, oxidative stress, inflammatory factors, and fibrotic factors (FN and α-SMA) expression in HK-2 cells. Thereafter, in order to determine the potential molecular mechanisms underlying the therapeutic effect of HKC in DKD. Compounds contained in HKC were explored by UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS. SwissTargetPrediction was utilized for predicting potential gene targets of these compounds. OMIM, DisGeNet and GeneCards databases were employed to identify DKD-related genes. Meanwhile, the association of compounds with DKD genes was examined by protein-protein interaction, GO and KEGG analysis. Finally, molecular docking and molecular dynamics simulation were adopted for further validation. The results showed that HKC had 40 active ingredients, 1051 possible gene targets, and 133 DKD-HKC intersection genes. IL6, TNF, GAPDH, AKT1, PPARG, and TP53 were candidate hub genes by which HKC exerted its anti-DKD function based on molecular docking, molecular dynamics simulation and experimental results. Precise positioning has become a key technology in the intelligent development of underground mines. To improve the positioning accuracy of mining vehicles, this paper proposes an intelligent underground mining vehicle positioning and tracking method based on the fusion of the YOLOv5 and laser sensor technology. The system utilizes a camera and the YOLOv5 algorithm for real-time identification and precise tracking of mining vehicles, while the laser sensor is used to accurately measure the straight-line distance between the vehicle and the positioning device. By combining the strengths of both vision and laser sensors, the system can efficiently identify mining vehicles in complex environments and accurately calculate their position using geometric principles based on laser distance measurements. Experimental results show that the YOLOv5 algorithm can efficiently identify and track mining vehicles in real time. When integrated with the laser sensor's distance measurement, the system achieves high-precision positioning, with horizontal and vertical positioning errors of 1.66 cm and 1.96 cm, respectively, achieving centimeter-level accuracy overall. This system significantly improves the accuracy and real-time performance of mining vehicle positioning, effectively reducing operational errors and safety risks, providing essential technical support for the intelligent development of underground mining transportation systems. Introduction: Cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs) are a diverse group of cells that significantly contribute to reshaping the tumor microenvironment (TME), and no research has systematically explored the molecular landscapes of senescence related CAFs (senes CAF) in NB. Methods: We utilized pan-cancer single cell and spatial transcriptomics analysis to identify the subpopulation of senes CAFs via senescence related genes, exploring its spatial distribution characteristics. Harnessing the maker genes with prognostic significance, we delineated the molecular landscapes of senes CAFs in bulk-seq data. We established the senes CAFs related signature (SCRS) by amalgamating 12 and 10 distinct machine learning (ML) algorithms to precisely diagnose stage 4 NB and to predict prognosis in NB. Based on risk scores calculated by prognostic SCRS, patients were categorized into high and low risk groups according to median risk score. We conducted comprehensive analysis between two risk groups, in terms of clinical applications, immune microenvironment, somatic mutations, immunotherapy, chemotherapy and single cell level. Ultimately, we explore the biological function of the hub gene JAK1 in pan-cancer multi-omics landscape. Results: Through integrated analysis of pan-cancer spatial and single-cell transcriptomics data, we identified distinct functional subgroups of CAFs and characterized their spatial distribution patterns. With marker genes of senes CAF and leave-one-out cross-validation, we selected RF algorithm to establish diagnostic SCRS, and SuperPC algorithm to develop prognostic SCRS. SCRS demonstrated a stable predictive capability, outperforming the previously published NB signatures and clinic variables. We stratified NB patients into high and low risk group, which showed the low-risk group with a superior survival outcome, an abundant immune infiltration, a different mutation landscape, and an enhanced sensitivity to immunotherapy. Single cell analysis reveals biologically cellular variations underlying model genes of SCRS. Spatial transcriptomics delineated the molecular variant expressions of hub gene JAK1 in malignant cells across cancers, while immunohistochemistry validated the differential protein levels of JAK1 in NB. Conclusion: Based on multi-omics analysis and ML algorithms, we successfully developed the SCRS to enable accurate diagnosis and prognostic stratification in NB, which shed light on molecular landscapes of senes CAF and clinical utilization of SCRS. Simple Summary: Artemisia annua residue (AR), as the byproduct of the industrial extraction of artemisinin, contains rich nutrients and active ingredients, which have the potential to replace dietary corn or soybean meal and improve the production performance and intestinal health of livestock. This study found that dietary AR supplementation could increase serum antioxidant capacity, immunity, and intestinal barrier function to improve the growth performance of weaned piglets. Additionally, AR at an appropriate amount of 2.08~4.24% also improved the intestinal microbial structure, metabolic phenotypes, and short-chain fatty acid (SCFA) production, which benefits piglets by improving intestinal status and alleviating weaning stress. This contribution is theoretically and practically relevant because these findings can be applied in the livestock industry to alleviate weaning stress and improve intestinal health. Moreover, developing AR as a new feed material can broaden the comprehensive exploitation and utilization of Artemisia annua resources, improve the economic benefits, and relieve the shortage of feed resources and environmental pollution. This study was conducted to determine the effects of AR as an unconventional feed material on growth performance, immunity, and intestinal health in weaned piglets. Thirty-two piglets weaned at 21 days (7.53 ± 0.31 kg average BW) were fed with a corn–soybean basal diet (BD) and a basal diet with 1% (LAR), 2% (MAR), and 4% (HAR) AR diets for 28 days. AR diets increased the serum IgA and complement component 3 levels, superoxide dismutase activity, and villus height in the duodenum (p < 0.05). The MAR group increased the ADG, serum total protein, and mRNA expression levels of Claudin-1 in the duodenum and zonula occludens-1 (ZO-1) and the mucin 2 (MUC2) in the colon, as well as colonic Romboutsia and Anaerostipes abundances, and decreased the Proteobacteria abundance (p < 0.05). To sum up, dietary AR supplementation may enhance growth performance by improving serum immunoglobulin and antioxidant enzyme activity, intestinal morphology, tight junction protein expression, and gut microbiota of weaned piglets. Regression analysis showed that the optimal AR supplemental level for growth performance, immunity, antioxidant ability, and intestinal health of weaned piglets was 2.08% to 4.24%. Immobilization methods for cellulase entrapped into alginate beads with glutaraldehyde (GA) cross-linking were investigated. Cellulase entrapped into alginate-polyethylene glycol beads with glutaraldehyde cross-linking (SA-PEG-E) showed more superiority both in terms of catalytic performance and reusability than other methods. Several conditions during SA-PEG-E immobilization such as cellulase concentration, GA amount, pH of immobilization, cross-linking time and hardening temperature were evaluated to study their effect on immobilized enzyme activity, immobilization yield and immobilization efficiency. Based on the results, GA amount, pH of immobilization and hardening temperature were selected for process optimization of SA-PEG-E using the Box-Behnken design of response surface methodology. The results showed that the optimum immobilized conditions were obtained with a GA amount of 0.8 mL, pH of immobilization 4.7, and hardening temperature of 47.5 °C when the cellulase concentration was 7.5 mg/mL and cross-linking time was 2 h. Then, the characterization of SA-PEG-E was studied. The optimum pH of SA-PEG-E was observed to be 4, 1 unit lower than that of the free enzyme (pH 5). We review the current status of quantum chromodynamics (QCD) properties in strong magnetic fields from lattice QCD. After a general introduction, we briefly present the implementation of a background magnetic field onto a lattice and discuss the recent progress on QCD properties at zero temperature, QCD transition temperature and inverse magnetic catalysis, and QCD phase structure in strong magnetic fields. Finally, we summarize this study.

In response to the widespread use of and ever-changing nature of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), various investigations were carried out regarding attitudes toward ICT. This paper attempted to investigate college non-English majors' attitudes toward the integration of Information and Communication Technologies into English learning and factors contributing to their attitudes so as to provide some constructive information and suggestions for the adoption of technology in foreign language education.
