Project description. This article is the result of the research project in the field of art of Heilongjiang Province "Research on the spread of non-material culture of Heilongjiang Province, bordering Russia, within the framework of the One Belt, One Road Initiative" (No. 20180028). With the rapid development of the economy, the preservation of national and local cultural heritage acquires new features. The era of new media provides new opportunities for the dissemination of the intangible cultural heritage of ethnic minorities. This article explores the strategy for disseminating the intangible cultural heritage of ethnic minorities in the era of new media from the point of view of the subjects of communication, the platform of communication and the content of communication, in order to transfer experience in the preservation, updating and promotion of the intangible cultural heritage to ethnic minority areas. Relevance. Nowadays in the era of globalization of all aspects of the life of countries and peoples, it is very important to preserve their national roots, not to lose their culture and identity. Therefore, intangible cultural heritage is a powerful evidence of the development of Chinese history. The task is to analyze the strategies for disseminating the intangible cultural heritage of ethnic minorities in the era of modern media. The scientific novelty of this work lies in the dissemination of intangible cultural heritage in the era of modern media and their transfer to the future generation. China and Russia have centuries-old history and excellent intangible cultural heritage. Each country has its own unique national culture. Cultural ties between Russia and China today have reached a new level, are actively developing, covering almost all areas: science, tourism, education, art, etc. Russians and Chinese have a growing interest in all spheres of life of each other's peoples. The fascination of Russian contemporaries (especially young people) with the cultural traditions of the Chinese is associated with the process of globalization of culture and the consequences of national identity.

The Ca2+-activated potassium (KCa) channels are involved in many cellular functions, but their roles in trophoblasts are unclear. This study aimed to clarify the effects of KCa channels on the biological behavior of trophoblasts. The localization and expression of the three types of KCa channels, including large-conductance KCa channels (BKCa), intermediate-conductance KCa channels (IKCa), and small-conductance KCa channels (SKCa), were detected in human chorionic villi taken from pregnant women between 5 and 8 weeks of gestation (n = 15) and HTR-8/SVneo cells. The effects of KCa channels on proliferation, apoptosis, and migration of HTR-8/SVneo cells were examined by using the activators or inhibitors of KCa channels. Results showed that KCa channels were mainly localized on the membrane and in the cytoplasm of trophoblasts in human chorionic villi and HTR-8/SVneo cells. The proliferation and migration of HTR-8/SVneo cells were inhibited by activating KCa channels. Apoptosis of trophoblasts was promoted through activating BKCa channels but was not affected by neither activating nor inhibiting IKCa and SKCa channels. This study substantiated the abovementioned biological roles of KCa channels in trophoblast cells, which is fundamental to further research on whether dysfunction of KCa channels is involved in the pathogenesis of pregnancy-related complications.

Background: Although many researches have shown a relationship between sleeping habits and the risk of developing colorectal cancer (CRC), there is a lack of data from randomized controlled trials (RCTs) to support this point. Hence, this study used Mendelian randomization (MR) to robustly assess whether five primary sleep characteristics are directly linked with the risk of CRC occurrence. Methods: In the performed study, the main Mendelian randomization analysis was conducted using approaches such as Inverse Variance Weighting (IVW), MR Egger, and weighted median method. To this end, five genetically independent variants associated with the sleep-related characteristics (chronotype, sleep duration, insomnia, daytime napping, and daytime fatigue) were identified and used as instrumental variables. Publicly accessible GWAS (Genome-Wide Association Study) data were used to identify these variants to investigate the putative causal relationships between sleep traits and CRC. Additionally, we conducted sensitivity analyses to minimize possible biases and verify the consistency of our results. Results: Mendelian randomization analyses showed that an morning chronotype reduces the risk of CRC with the IVW method, hence, odds ratio (OR) of 1.21 and 95% confidence interval (CI) of 0.67-0.93, which is statistically significant at P = 5.74E-03. Conversely, no significant evidence was found to suggest that sleep duration, insomnia, daytime napping, or daytime sleepiness have a direct causal impact on CRC risk according to the IVW analysis. Conclusions: Findings from our Mendelian randomization analyses suggest that an individual's chronotype may contribute to an increased risk of CRC. This paper deals with a two-machine flow shop problem with shortening jobs. A shortening job means that the job's processing time is a decreasing function of its starting time. The aim is to find a sequence that minimizes the makespan of all the jobs. several dominance properties, some lower bounds, and an initial upper bound are derived, which are applied to propose a branch-and-bound algorithm to solve the problem. We employed the Monte Carlo (MC) method and constructed the mixed-spin (5/2, 1/2) ferrimagnetic Ising model for the purpose of investigating the influences of various parameters such as crystal field D, exchange couplings Jab and Jb, the amplitude of the time-oscillating magnetic field h0, bias field hb, and angular frequency of time-oscillating magnetic field ω on the dynamic magnetic characteristics and magnetocaloric effects of the metal-coordinated polymer [Dy2Cu2]n. It was found that the decrease of |D|, |Jab|, Jb, and h0 or the increase of ω would lead to the increase of the compensation temperature Tcomp. For example, when Jab = −0.1, Tcomp = 0.1 is found in the system. Interestingly, the double compensation temperatures occur under certain physical parameters. When Jb = 1.1, the double compensation points are observed. Small values of |D|, |Jab|, Jb, and ω, or large values of h0 and hb can improve the relative cooling power (RCP) of the system. For instance, when Jb increases progressively from 0.1 to 4, the RCP decreases from 0.668 to 0.545. Similarly, as h0 ascends gradually from 0.1 to 2, the value of RCP rises from 0.043 to 1.08. This article addresses two scheduling problems with resource allocations and learning effects on a single machine, meaning the actual processing time of a job is a nonincreasing and continuous function of the total job parameter relating to the processed jobs and the amount of resource allocation. Our first problem is to find a job sequence and resource allocations that lead to a minimization of the weighted sum of total completion-time cost and total resource-consumption cost. The second problem is to minimize the total completion-time cost subject to the total resource-consumption cost is bounded. For a special case, we prove that both these problems are polynomially solvable. Generally, we propose some heuristic algorithms and a branch-and-bound algorithm to solve the problems. The study aimed to investigate the relationship between the respiratory quotient (RQ), measured by the central venous-arterial carbon dioxide partial pressure difference/arterial-venous oxygenation difference ratio, and the early remission of multi-organ failure (MOF) in sepsis patients with hyperlactatemia. The study observed 49 septic patients with hyperlactatemia in the ICU, obtaining blood samples before and after resuscitation, and dividing the patients into two groups depending on whether the modified Sequential Organ Failure Assessment score improved after 24 hours of treatment. Results showed that lactate clearance was faster and the rate of change in RQ was higher in the improved group than in the unimproved group. Further analysis showed that an RQ ≤0.198 mmHg/mL/L or a change of ≥30.71% in RQ after 24 hours of resuscitation was associated with early improvement in MOF. In conclusion, changes in RQ were associated with early improvement in MOF in septic patients with hyperlactatemia, suggesting that RQ could be used as a potential marker for predicting early remission and guiding clinical interventions. The phenomenon of deterioration effects can reduce production efficiency caused by extended start time or other factors. Based on it, this paper considers the scheduling situations of the common due date assignment in a no-idle flow shop scheduling environment. Under the given four dominating relationships (i.e., increasing, decreasing, increasing-decreasing and decreasing-increasing dominating machines, correspondingly expressed as idm, ddm, idm–ddm and ddm–idm) between machines, the objective functions are, respectively, to minimize (1) the weighted sum of common due date and total earliness; and (2) the weighted sum of common due date, total earliness and total penalty factors of tardy jobs.
