Abstract

Heating-cooling combined mold (HCCM) horizontal continuous casting was used to produce Ф70 mm × 3.5 mm CuNi10Fe1.8Mn1 alloy tubes. The as-cast tube had good surface quality, strong axial columnar grains and high elongation to failure of 45%, and can be directly drawn without surface treatment. 68. Research on dynamic bidirectional security authentication of user identity in wireless sensor network based on improved DES algorithm

Abstract

In order to overcome the problems of time-consuming and weak attack defence of traditional authentication methods, this paper proposes a new dynamic bidirectional authentication method for user identity in wireless sensor network based on DES algorithm. This method uses DES algorithm to complete the user identity information encryption at the client-side through three steps: initial transposition, encryption operation and final transposition of identity information. In view of the server transmission to obtain the challenge value, combined with the one-time password DES to distinguish the authenticity of the server, the user identity authenticity verification is completed. Through the client-side and server-side legitimacy verification, the dynamic bidirectional security authentication of user identity is realised. The experimental results show that the proposed method is efficient, and the security of identity authentication is stronger, which provides theoretical support for the research of related fields.

69. Potential value of circulating tumor DNA in gynecological tumors

Abstract

Though the survival of patients with gynecological tumors has been significantly prolonged by radiotherapy, chemotherapy, targeted therapy and other treatments, the way to improve the patients' life quality still needs investigation. Circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA), which contains tumor genetic information, has the potential in early diagnosis of malignancies due to its high consistency with tumor tissues. Using the key words including "digital PCR", "ctDNA", "technology of digital PCR", and "detection method", "gynecological tumor", we retrieved the original articles and reviews in PubMed and WEB OF SCI database published before May 10, 2019 and performed a thorough review of them. The analysis of ctDNA could provide a comprehensive description of tumor genome, overcome the heterogeneity of tissue biopsy, and supplement the missing mutations in tissue samples. Furthermore, ctDNA could be used as a target of liquid biopsy. Our study also showed that digital PCR technology has a good potential to detect ctDNA in gynecological tumors.

Abstract

Long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) is a group of RNAs with broad biogenesis, which are longer than 200 nt and highly conserved in their secondary and tertiary structures. lncRNA that broadly participates in varied physiological processes in organisms has abundant biological function and can regulate expression of target genes at transcriptional, post-transcriptional and epigenetic levels. LncRNAs can also affect the development of diseases, and therefore be used to diagnose and treat diseases. With new sequencing and microarray techniques, hundreds of lncRNAs involved in reproductive disorders have been identified, but their functions in these disorders are undefined. In this paper, we reviewed the studies on how lncRNAs participate in the development of reproductive disorders, hoping our outcome can instruct the future study and provide new biomarkers and therapies for reproductive disorders.
