The ability to selectively target disease-related tissues with molecules is critical to the design of effective therapeutic and diagnostic reagents. Recognizing the differences between the in vivo environment and in vitro conditions, we employed an in vivo selection strategy to identify RNA aptamers (targeting motifs) that could localize to tumor in situ. One of the selected molecules is an aptamer that binds to the protein DHX9, an RNA helicase that is known to be upregulated in colorectal cancer. Upon systemic administration, the aptamer preferentially localized to the nucleus of cancer cells in vivo and thus has the potential to be used for targeted delivery.

Objective To assess the accuracy and reliability of the two 3D measuring methods, structured-light scanning and single-camera photogrammetry in forensic body surface damage and scar measurement. Methods The measuring results of 86 injuries by the ruler method, structured-light scanning and single-camera photogrammetry were compared and evaluated. The area measuring results of 13 simulated scars by the structured-light scanning, single-camera photogrammetry, Photoshop lasso pixel method and PDF reading software were compared and evaluated. The time consumed was recorded. The known specification information of the stickers was used as the standard value to compare the measuring accuracy of the ruler method, structural-light scanning and single-camera photogrammetry, and to calculate the root mean square error （RMSE）. The consistency evaluation of intraclass correlation coefficient （ICC） for the repeatability of 3 measuring results obtained by different operators and the same operator. Results The differences in results of the two 3D measuring methods and the ruler method had no statistical significance; the differences between measuring results made by the structured-light scanning, single-camera photogrammetry and PDF reading software and that of the Photoshop lasso pixel method had no statistical significance. The post-processing of the single-camera photogrammetry consumed more time than that of other methods. When the long-distance group （10-40 cm） was measured, the results obtained by the ruler method were shorter than the standard value. The RMSE value results were structured-light scanning < single-camera photogrammetry < ruler method. The ICC value intragroup and intergroup were greater than 0.99. Conclusion Both structured-light scanning and single-camera photogrammetry can be applied in recording and measuring forensic body surface damage. The former has better performance in measurement accuracy and stability, while the latter has better color performance but longer post-processing time.

In the future, we should focus on three aspects: Strengthening organizational guarantee, improving factor guarantee system and accelerating brand building, so as to lead the high-quality development of the entire livestock and poultry industry chain and provide strong support for driving rural comprehensive revitalization. A series of novel quinoline-O-carbamate derivatives was rationally designed for treating Alzheimer's disease (AD) by multi-target-directed ligands (MTDLs) strategy. The target compounds were synthesised and evaluated by AChE/BuChE inhibition and anti-inflammatory property. The in vitro activities showed that compound 3f was a reversible dual eeAChE/eqBuChE inhibitor with IC50 values of 1.3 µM and 0.81 µM, respectively. Moreover, compound 3f displayed good anti-inflammatory property by decreasing the production of IL-6, IL-1β and NO. In addition, compound 3f presented significant neuroprotective effect on Aβ25-35-induced PC12 cell injury. Furthermore, compound 3f presented good stabilities in artificial gastrointestinal fluids, liver microsomes in vitro and plasma. Furthermore, compound 3f could improve AlCl3-induced zebrafish AD model by increasing the level of ACh. Therefore, compound 3f was a promising multifunctional agent for the treatment of AD. The effect of depositing 8YSZ between serving as an intermediate layer of the P92/Al2O3 was analyzed via finite element analysis. The result shows that depositing an 8YSZ buffer coat beneath the Al2O3 will dramatically decrease the maximum principal stress in the coating system in thermal shock. The stress intensity factor, KI, and J-integral are also decreased which indicates the crack propagation resistance is improved. Inserting a 100 nm 8YSZ buffer layer could reduce the KI and J-integral by 2 orders of magnitude. Thus, cracks are less likely to initiate and propagate. Moreover, coating an 8YSZ layer between the P92/Al2O3 can significantly change the stress distribution pattern in the Al2O3 coating. The 8YSZ with a proper coefficient of thermal expansion between that of the Al2O3 and P92 and good deformability is an ideal buffer layer to improve the thermal cycle endurance and prolong the service life of the Al2O3 coating. This study systematically reviewed and quantified the scientific literature on the effects of integrative neuromuscular training (INT) on change of direction (COD) performance among court-based sports players. A comprehensive keyword search was conducted on December 15, 2022, across six electronic bibliographic databases: SPORTDiscus, PubMed, Web of Science, Academic Search Ultra, Scopus, and Google Scholar. Following the application of eligibility criteria, a total of 23 studies with 901 participants were included in this review. Meta-analysis was employed to estimate the pooled effect size of INT interventions on COD performance. The findings demonstrated that INT interventions resulted in a significant reduction in COD task completion time for court-based sports players, compared to control groups (standard deviation [SD] = 0.38, 95% CI = 0.27, 0.49; I^2 = 98.76%). However, it was observed that the efficacy of INT on COD performance was influenced by factors such as gender, sport type, and specific metrics of COD task measures. Consequently, it is imperative to consider these potential variations when interpreting the results and planning future research. In conclusion, INT exhibited superior effectiveness in improving COD performance compared to control groups among court-based sports players. We recommend that strength and conditioning professionals incorporate INT into their comprehensive conditioning programs. However, it is important to acknowledge the potential variations in outcomes attributable to participant-specific characteristics, including gender, sport type, and the nature of COD tasks.
