Nanotechnology is an emerging field with a multitude of applications in medicine, agriculture, and engineering. To date, several methods are used for the synthesis of metallic nanoparticles including chemical, physical, and green methods. The later method is preferred for the synthesis of NPs due to its safe nature, efficiency, and minimal toxicity. Recently, gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) have been attracting attention due to their excellent biocompatibility and diverse medical applications. A diverse group of microorganisms or their metabolites (bacteria, fungi, and yeast) have been utilized to synthesize AuNPs from their respective bulk salts. This review focuses on the resources exploited for biosynthesis of AuNPs, the current understanding about their synthesis, and the emerging trends, along with their mechanistic antimicrobial and anticancer applications. A significant amount of pollutants containing organics, toxic elements, and heavy metals are discharged daily from the textile and pharmaceutical industries into clean water leading to various diseases worldwide. In the present work, sunlight-mediated yttrium (Y)-praseodymium (Pr) co-doped ZnO photocatalysts anchored on reduced graphene (rGO) and conducting polymer (PANI) were synthesized via co-precipitation and ultrasonication approach for the photodegradation of synthetic dyes. The as-synthesized catalysts were characterized through XRD, FTIR, Raman, FE-SEM, UV–Vis, and PL for structural, morphological, and optical studies. The XRD diffraction peaks have confirmed the successful doping of Y and Pr without altering the basic hexagonal structure of ZnO and anchoring of rGO and PANI. FTIR demonstrated the Zn–O bond vibration, and Raman exhibited the peaks related to optical phonon modes of ZnO in all grown samples with a small shift. Roughly spherical particles anchored on PANI and rGO were confirmed by FE-SEM images. The optical energy bandgap has shifted towards the visible region for grown samples, evident from UV–Visible spectra. PL spectra exhibited lower recombination of charge carriers in rGO and PANI-based catalysts. The photocatalytic degradation experiment against methylene blue (MB) and methyl orange (MO) dyes under solar light demonstrated that rGO anchored catalyst completely degraded both dyes under 40 min solar light irradiation with an observed rate constant 0.1403 min−1, and 0.1402 min−1, respectively, and has higher reusability up to 6th cycle towards MB dye. The enhanced photodegradation efficiency is because of lower recombination of charge carriers in rGO-based composites than others, electron acceptor nature, fast electron mobility, massive surface area, and higher generation of reactive species such as superoxide and hydroxyl radicals (confirmed by scavengers tests). In localization, some specific nodes (beacon set) are selected to locate all nodes of a network, and if an arbitrary node stops working and still selected nodes remain in the beacon set, then the chosen nodes are called fault‐tolerant beacon set. Due to the variety of metric dimension applications in different areas of sciences, many generalizations were proposed, fault‐tolerant metric dimension is one of them. A resolving (beacon) set Bf$$ {B}_f $$ is fault tolerant, if Bf\ν$$ {B}_f\backslash \nu $$ for each ν∈Bf$$ \nu \in {B}_f $$ is also a resolving set; it is also known as a fault‐tolerant beacon set; the minimum cardinality of such a beacon set is known as the fault‐tolerant metric dimension of a graph G$$ G $$. Shannon entropy, also known as information entropy or entropy, measures the uncertainty or randomness of probability distribution. Entropy is measured in bits, quantifying the average amount of information required to identify an event from the distribution. Shannon's entropy theory initiates graph entropies and develops information-theoretic magnitudes for structural computational evidence of organic graphs and complex networks. Graph entropy measurements are valuable in several scientific fields, such as computing, chemistry, biology, and discrete mathematics. Nanofluids are advanced class of heat transfer fluids that are in trend due to their high thermophysical properties over the past two decades. However, there are some limitations and restrictions that are needed to be removed before nanofluids can be commercialized. The main issues are the low stability and shelf life of such fluids which mask the potential usage of nanofluids in applications such as oil recovery, heat exchangers, drug delivery and lubricant. Hence, challenging task of stabilizing the nanofluid is key concern in capitalizing the nanofluids. The commonly occurring haemoparasites in pigeons include Plasmodium, Leucocytozoon and Haemoproteus which cause decrease in production and performance of the birds. Due to the dearth of knowledge on prevalence of these parasites in pigeons in Pakistan, current survey-based study was planned to assess the prevalence of above-mentioned parasites in pigeons in selected rural areas of District Faisalabad, Punjab, Pakistan. The morphological identification of parasites was done under microscope by comparing it with standard keys. Out of 384 samples, 56.51% were found positive for haemoparasites. According to town-wise distribution, Jinnah town, Iqbal town, Madina town and Lyallpur town prevalence was 61.24, 48.86, 55.56, and 59.26%, respectively. According to genus-wise distribution, 48.14, 48.21, and 64.92% prevalence of mixed infection, genera Plasmodium/Haemoproteus and Leucocytozoon were observed, respectively. The prevalence was found high in female birds (65.9%) as compared to male birds (51.18%). The prevalence was higher in Cheena (69.02%) and Golden breeds (76.57%) as compared to Sialkoti (32.89%) and Dub wali (37.17%). The prevalence was found higher in squabs (74.15%) as compared to adults (49.6%) and growers (52.56%), in scavengers feeding pattern (77.31%) as compared to feeders (35.78%), and in open coop type (76.68%) as compared to closed coop type (36.12%). The values of Hb, PCV, and RBC's count were lower, while WBC's counts were higher in infected pigeons. The values of uric acid, creatinine, albumin and bilirubin were lower while gamma-glutamyl transferase (GGT), alanine transaminase (ALT), aspartate transaminase (AST) and glucose were higher in infested birds as compared to non- infected birds. The study indicated the impact of haemoparasites on the hematological parameters of the birds and the data generated could help in formulating effective control strategies against haemoparasites particularly Plasmodium, Leucocytozoon and Haemoproteus. Background: Acute food bolus impaction is an emergency causing absolute dysphagia and is managed surgically by endoscopic removal. However certain conservative measures have been reported to serve the purpose and relieve the impaction. Objective: To assess the efficacy of conservative (non pharmacological/pharmacological) management of acute esophageal food bolus impaction before proceeding to definitive endoscopic treatment. Study design: Hospital based cross sectional Place and duration of study: Departments of Otorhinolaryngology Nishtar Medical University, Multan and Bahawal Victoria Hospital, Bahawalpur, from 1st January, 2022 to 30th June, 2022. Material and Methods: A total of 45 patients with confirmed food bolus impaction were included in the study after informed verbal consent of the participants. Conservative management was initiated before endoscopy. Endoscopy was performed in all the patients who were fit for general anesthesia. Age, gender, effects of non-pharmacological (carbonated beverages), pharmacological (calcium channel blockers, nitrates) agents and endoscopic procedure with associated pathology were documented. Data was put in SPSS 23 and analyzed. Mean, standard deviation and range were calculated for age. Percentages were calculated for gender, pharmacological and non-pharmacological agents, endoscopic procedure and underlying pathology. Results: Carbonated beverages (Cola drink), Calcium channel blocker (Nifedipine) and nitrate (Isosorbide dinitrate) could be given to 37.8%, 17.8%, 20% patients respectively with success rate in 35.2% (12) patients. With endoscopy food bolus was pulled with polypectomy snares, dormia basket, retrieval forceps and roth net in 18.1% (6), 24.2% (8), 27.2% (9), 9% (3) patients respectively. Food bolus was pushed intact into the stomach in 6% (2) patients and pushed after the fragmentation in 15.1% (5) patients. Schatzki ring, esophageal stricture, achalasia and hiatal hernia were present in 8.9% (4), 28.9% (13), 15.5% (7) and 20% (9) patients respectively. Conclusion: Acute food bolus impaction can be treated conservatively with non pharmacological/pharmacological agents in certain cases before doing definitive endoscopic relieve of the obstruction. This paper deals with the study of fractional Kundu-Eckhaus equation (FKEE) and fractional massive Thirring problem (FMTP) that appear in the quantum field theory, weakly nonlinear dispersive water waves, and nonlinear optics. Since the variational iteration method involves integration, the Laplace transform involves convolution theorem in recurrence relation to derive the series solution. To avoid some assumptions and hypothesis, we apply a two-scale approach for such a nonlinear complex model. The fractional differential equation may be transformed into its partner equation using He's fractional complex transform, and then, the nonlinear elements can be readily handled using the homotopy perturbation method (HPM). Numerical results are derived in a rapid converge series form to improve the accuracy of the scheme greatly. Counting Polynomial is the mathematical function that was initially introduced for application in chemistry in 1936 by G. Polya. Partitioning of graphs can be seen in the coefficients of these mathematical functions, which also reveal the frequency with which these partitions happen. We developed a novel and efficient method for constructing the necessary counting polynomials for a zigzag-edge coronoid formed by the fusion of a Starphene graph and a Kekulenes graph. In this paper, Mohand homotopy transform scheme is introduced to obtain the numerical solution of fractional Kundu–Eckhaus and coupled fractional Massive Thirring equations. The massive Thirring model consists of a system of two nonlinear complex differential equations, and it plays a dynamic role in quantum field theory. We combine Mohand transform with homotopy perturbation scheme and show the results in the form of easy convergence. The accuracy of the scheme is considerably increased by deriving numerical results in the form of a quick converge series. The current research examines the role of chemical reaction, nonlinear thermal radiation and slippage impact on magnetic second-grade fluid flow with diluted dispersion of nanoparticles using a theoretical bioconvection model over an exponentially stretched sheet. There are also new characteristics such as Brownian motion and thermophoresis. In the problem formulation, the boundary layer approximation is used. Using the suitable transformations, the energy, momentum, micro-organisms and concentration equations are generated into nonlinear ordinary differential equations (ODEs). The solution to the resultant problems was calculated via the Homotopy analysis method (HAM). Environmental parameters' effects on velocity, temperature, microbes and concentration profiles are graphically displayed. When comparing the current results to the previous literature, there was also a satisfactory level of agreement. In comparison with a flow based on constant characteristics, the flow with variable thermal conductivity is shown to be significantly different and realistic. The temperature and motile density of the fluid grew in direct proportion to the thermophoresis motion, buoyancy ratio and Brownian motion parameters. Also, the motile density profile decreases down for Pe and Lb while increasing when bioconvection Rayleigh number and buoyancy ratio. The molecular graph theory is one of the essential tools for developing and constructing molecular structure. In particular, using topological invariant, which is a numerical descriptor of molecular graph, has become widespread in predicting physical properties. Topological indices provide knowledge about the overall form of molecular graphs, particularly various degree-based topological indices. This research paper focuses on the first and second Zagreb index and their coindices for the line graph of a transition metal-organic network. The network, denoted by L (TM − TCNB) , comprises the transition metals Ti, V, Cr, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu or Zn, and the TCNB ligand. The line graph of a network is a graph that represents the connections between the edges of the original network. The Zagreb indices are widely used to describe the molecular graph's shape and structure. The paper highlights the importance of these indices in modelling the chemical properties of the transition metal-organic network. The study results show that the Zagreb indices and their coindices strongly correlate with several physical characteristics, for instance the boiling points, melting points, and density of the network. The task of analyzing sentiment has been extensively researched for a variety of languages. However, due to a dearth of readily available Natural Language Processing methods, Urdu sentiment analysis still necessitates additional study by academics. When it comes to text processing, Urdu has a lot to offer because of its rich morphological structure. The most difficult aspect is determining the optimal classifier. Several studies have incorporated ensemble learning into their methodology to boost performance by decreasing error rates and preventing overfitting. However, the baseline classifiers and the fusion procedure limit the performance of the ensemble approaches. This research made several contributions to incorporate the symmetries concept into the deep learning model and architecture: firstly, it presents a new meta-learning ensemble method for fusing basic machine learning and deep learning models utilizing two tiers of meta-classifiers for Urdu. The proposed ensemble technique combines the predictions of both the inter- and intra-committee classifiers on two separate levels. Secondly, a comparison is made between the performance of various committees of deep baseline classifiers and the performance of the suggested ensemble Model. Finally, the study's findings are expanded upon by contrasting the proposed ensemble approach efficiency with that of other, more advanced ensemble techniques. Additionally, the proposed model reduces complexity, and overfitting in the training process. This research investigated the best economically viable power source with the least environmental impact and socially acceptable for the maize crop. Maize is one of the key economic crops in Pakistan. Solar-, electric-, and diesel-powered drip irrigation systems (DIS) were considered for comparative study. We selected 45 sites of maize crop to collect the data, with an area of 1–3 ha, from three divisions. For economic viability, the benefit:cost ratio, life cycle cost, and payback period were calculated, and CO2 emissions were calculated to assess the environmental impact. The SPSS model was used for one-way ANOVA followed by post hoc and chi-squared tests to check the significance level between all power sources. It was found that the B-C of electric power, solar, and diesel drip irrigation systems was 1.65, 1.52, and 1.44, respectively. Solar, diesel, and electricity power DIS have CO2 emissions of 0.02, 0.730, and 1.106 tons/ha, respectively. The research concludes that solar power and electric power are the best sources for the environment and economically, respectively. It is recommended that solar power DIS be subsidized, which will help to lower CO2 emissions and reduce the electricity shortfall in Pakistan. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The main goal of this paper is to introduce a new scheme for the approximate solution of 1D, 2D, and 3D wave equations. The recurrence relation is very important to deal with the approximate solution of differential problems. We construct a scheme with the help of the Laplace-Carson integral transform ( L c IT) and the homotopy perturbation method (HPM), called Laplace-Carson homotopy integral transform method ( L c HITM). L c IT produces the recurrence relation and destructs the restriction of variables whereas HPM gives the successive iteration of the relation using the initial conditions. The convergence analysis is provided to study the wave equation with multiple dimensions. Some numerical examples are considered to show the efficiency of this scheme. News media agencies are known to publish misinformation, disinformation, and propaganda for the sake of money, higher news propagation, political influence, or other unfair reasons. The exponential increase in the use of social media has also contributed to the frequent spread of fake news. This study extends the concept of symmetry into deep learning approaches for advanced natural language processing, thereby improving the identification of fake news and propaganda. A hybrid HyproBert model for automatic fake news detection is proposed in this paper. To begin, the proposed HyproBert model uses DistilBERT for tokenization and word embeddings. The embeddings are provided as input to the convolution layer to highlight and extract the spatial features. Subsequently, the output is provided to BiGRU to extract the contextual features. The CapsNet, along with the self-attention layer, proceeds to the output of BiGRU to model the hierarchy relationship among the spatial features. Finally, a dense layer is implemented to combine all the features for classification. The proposed HyproBert model is evaluated using two fake news datasets (ISOT and FA-KES). Ammonia (NH3) volatilization from paddy fields is a major issue which leads to poor fertilizer use efficiency and is considered a severe threat to the atmosphere. The previous research studies gave importance to the use of nitrogen fertilizers to mitigate NH3 volatilization, while very little emphasis was given to the role of other fertilizers, such as phosphorus (P), for the alleviation of NH3 volatilization in rice fields. Considering P importance herein, we conducted two consecutive field experiments using an innovative, controlled-release, phosphorus-blended fertilizer (CRPBF, with levels CRP0, CRP1, and CRP2). We compared CP0 (in which no fertilizer was applied), CP1 (112.5 kg P ha−1 P of locally recommended fertilizers), and CP2: (P and K blended fertilizers) to determine the best possible way to reduce NH3 volatilization without affecting the yield and quality of rice. The results of the study suggested that the yield of rice increased significantly with the application of CRP1 (11.11 t ha−1) and CRP2 (11.99 t ha−1). The addition of CRP1 and CRP2 to the rice field also enhanced yield-related components, i.e., panicle weight, total spikelets per unit area, spikelets per panicle, and above-ground biomass. CRP0 showed a lower yield and related components when compared to CP2. The addition of CRP1 and CRP2 demonstrated lower protein contents when compared to other treatments. The CRPBF application improved starch content and taste scores, and reduced the chalkiness of the rice grain during both years. The results showed a decreasing trend in NH3 volatilization from CRPBF amendments by improving the nitrogen use efficiency traits when compared to other treatments: CRP2, CRP1, and CRP0 reduced NH3 volatilization by 45%, 35%, and 15%, respectively. The results of this study indicate that, due to the episodic nature of NH3 volatilization, CRPBFs with 50% P and 100% P can markedly reduce NH3 volatilization from paddy fields without compromising the yield and quality of the crop, and could be a promising alternative to the ordinary commercial fertilizers used in rice fields. The ground validation of satellite-based precipitation products (SPPs) is very important for their hydroclimatic application. This study evaluated the performance assessment of four soil moisture-based SPPs (SM2Rain, SM2Rain- ASCAT, SM2Rain-CCI, and GPM-SM2Rain). All data of SPPs were compared with 64 weather stations in Pakistan from January 2005 to December 2020. All SPPs estimations were evaluated on daily, monthly, seasonal, and yearly scales, over the whole spatial domain, and at point-to-pixel scale. Widely used evaluation indices (root mean square error (RMSE), correlation coefficient (CC), bias, and relative bias (rBias)) along with categorical indices (false alarm ratio (FAR), probability of detection (POD), success ratio (SR), and critical success index (CSI) were evaluated for performance analysis. The results of our study signposted that: (1) On a monthly scale, all SPPs estimations were in better agreement with gauge estimations as compared to daily scales. Moreover, SM2Rain and GPM-SM2Rain products accurately traced the spatio-temporal variability with CC >0.7 and rBIAS within the acceptable range (±10) of the whole country. (2) On a seasonal scale (spring, summer, winter, and autumn), GPM-SM2Rain performed more satisfactorily as compared to all other SPPs. (3) All SPPs performed better at capturing light precipitation events, as indicated by the Probability Density Function (PDF); however, in the summer season, all SPPs displayed considerable over/underestimates with respect to PDF (%). Moreover, GPM-SM2RAIN beat all other SPPs in terms of probability of detection. Non-thermal processing has been developed to increase the quality and storage life of fruit juices in response to consumer desire. Ozonation is a recently developed method that generates volatile oxygen atoms that can eliminate a broad spectrum of microbes and extend the shelf stability of food products. The present research was intended to investigate the ozone processing on the physicochemical characteristics, microbiological quality, sensory attributes, and antioxidant potential of Kinnow juice. In this study, Kinnow juice was processed to 150 mg/h of ozone gas at a constant concentration for 5, 10, and 15 min. The sample was then taken in a plastic container and stored at 35°C ± 2 for three months. The results revealed that ozone processing had a significant (p˂0.05) effect on the total phenolics (TP) contents, total flavonoids (TF) contents, total soluble solids (TSS), acidity, total antioxidant activity (TAA) and DDPH radical scavenging activity of Kinnow juice. In addition, the ozonation application also significantly (p˂0.05) decreased the population of the microbes when the ozone time was increased from 5–15 min. Among the treatments, it was observed that T3 had the highest TSS, acidity, TF contents, TAA, and DDPH radical scavenging activity values and the lowest mold and plate counts. Regarding sensory qualities, T0+ showed the highest sensory score during storage. Thus, it may be concluded from the findings of our study that ozone application improved the quality of Kinnow juice by increasing TSS, phytochemicals and decreasing the microbial population, thereby prolonging their shelf life. Plums are the ubiquitous fruit belonging to genus Prunus, subgenus Prunus, consumed as food and have many health benefits and medicinal effect in the treatment of many diseases. Pulp from plums is also used in different beverages. Plums are the potential source of polyphenolic compounds and bioactive compounds such as phenolic, anthocyanins, and carotenoids and many organic acids such as citric acid and malic acid. Plums are also the abundant sources of many minerals such as calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, and vitamins A, B, K, and C. Plums are the abundant sources of predominant antioxidants and phenolic compounds such as caffeic acid, chlorogenic acid, crypto-chlorogenic acid, and neo-chlorogenic acid. These antioxidants and bioactive compounds are effective in the treatment and prevention of gastrointestinal diseases, bone heath, and cardiovascular diseases and in maintaining the blood glucose level. Plums helps in the heart diseases prevention, as it is low in fat content and high in dietary fiber. It is also effective in the treatment of lung and oral cancer. The consumption of plums boosts human health and prevents many diseases. The review discusses the importance, production, different varieties of plums along with its nutritional profile, availability of bioactive compounds, phytochemical composition, and antioxidants mainly phenolic and flavonoid compounds. Lactoferrin is the part of whey proteins, which does not become the part of curd and is lost in the whey. The objective of the current investigation was to develop lactoferrin-supplemented cheddar cheese. Cheddar cheese was supplemented with lactoferrin at 5, 10, 15, 20, and 0 mg/100 g concentrations (T1, T2, T3, T4, and control) and matured for 90 days. The supplementation of lactoferrin at all four concentrations did not affect the compositional attributes of cheddar cheese. In mature cheddar cheese, values of log-colony forming units in T1, T2, T3, T4, and control per mL were 7.82, 7.77, 6.51, 6.21, and 7.95, respectively. Lactoferrin contents of T1, T2, T3, T4, and control were 4.98, 9.89, 14.91, 19.88, and 0.11 mg/100 g cheese. In vitro total antioxidant capacity of mature T1, T2, T3, T4, and control were 32.47%, 47.68%, 65.37%, 78.82%, and 45.79%. High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) analysis revealed that concentrations of citric acid, lactic acid, acetic acid, and propionic acid in mature T4 were 2389, 16,468, 126, and 141 mg/kg. Analysis of cheese samples on gas chromatography–mass spectrometry (GC-MS) showed that fatty acids composition was not influenced by the supplementation of lactoferrin. Peroxide value of matured T1, T2, T3, T4, and control was 0.31, 0.30, 0.28, 0.35, and 0.28 (meqO2/kg) with no variation in color, flavor and texture score. The study was conducted at Institute of Soil and Environmental Sciences, University of Agriculture, Faisalabad, Pakistan to monitor the impact assessment of tillage systems on soil health indicators by integrating organic and inorganic resources to sustain wheat production in arid and semi-arid conditions i.e. high temperature and low rainfall. The field experiment was conducted in 2019-20 and carried out in alkaline soil (pH 8.2) with low organic matter (0.45%) to grow wheat after rice and treatments were arranged in randomized complete block design. Farmyard manure (FYM 20.5 Mg/ha), rice crop residues application (CRA 100%) and chemical fertilizers (CF) N-P-K 100-80-60 kg/ha, respectively were used under conventional and conservation tillage systems. During this research different growth and yield parameters were noted and evaluated the level of N, P, K and organic matter contents from soil and plant at the harvest. The results indicated that the combined application of FYM and CRA with CF improved the chlorophyll contents (20% in conventional tillage and 39% in conservation tillage) which helped in nutrient translocation (N, P, K) and increased growth, biological and grain yield by improving soil organic carbon (SOC) and organic matter contents in soil. Growth parameter i.e. germination percentage upto 64%, plant height 27% and spike length upto 35% were increased by T7. The conservation tillage method was the best where we used T7 i.e. CF + 25% FYM + 50% CRA, and CF + 50% FYM + 25% CRA by conserving moisture and built OM (0.90%), soil organic carbon (0.49%) and mineral nutrition in soil as well as in wheat leaves. It is concluded that the integrated use of organic and inorganic resources are helpful for sustainable wheat production by enhancing fertilizer use efficiency (FUE) to improve soil health especially in arid to semi-arid climate conditions in alkaline soil. Anaerobic liquid dairy digestate is a by-product of dairy waste anaerobic digestion from dairy operations and is associated with environmental risks if not handled properly, particularly nutrient leaching losses, water contaminations, and greenhouse gas emissions. We tested the applications of anerobic digestate (AD) as a biofertilizer and water source in greenhouse vegetable production to integrate food production and industry waste management for sustainable environments. We used a deep water culture system to assess the effects of AD effluent alone, inorganic nutrient solution (NS), and a combination of AD and NS on the growth, yield, and phytonutrient profile and heavy metal contamination assessment of hydroponically produced lettuce. Lettuce produced in AD had a lower leaf area, total chlorophyll content, and fresh biomass; however, it displayed significantly higher chicoric acid (200%), chlorogenic acid (67%), luteolin (800%), quercetin-3-O-β-d-glucuronide (378%), quercetin-3-glucoside (200%), quercetin-3-O-(6″-O-malonyl)-β-D-glucoside (1077%), folate (248%), pantothenic acid (200%), total phenolics (111%), total antioxidants (44%), and soluble sugars (253%) compared to control (inorganic feed). The AD-produced lettuce also showed significantly lower heavy metal bioaccumulation risks associated with the human consumption. Based on various results, we may conclude that AD utilization in hydroponics can offer a sustainable solution to harvest a better lettuce yield, higher phytonutrients, and environmental benefits. In developing countries, cold chain facilities are not present in all areas. Ultra-high temperature (UHT) milk is usually manufactured in these countries for catering the needs of all areas. In UHT treatment, sterile milk is filled in sterile packages in a sterilized environment. The operation is usually performed at 140 °C to destroy vegetative forms of bacteria. Shelf life of UHT milk very high as compared to raw milk at room temperature without the need of cold storage. However, UHT treatment and subsequent storage lead to several undesirable biochemical reactions such as alteration in the structure of whey proteins, formation of Maillard reaction products and lipid oxidations etc. Proteolytic events in milk consequences in the production of bitter flavour and age gelation, which is led to limit the life of UHT treated milk. Alkaline proteinase, plasmin are the proteolytic enzymes of milk origin, while psychrotrophic bacteria also produce extracellular proteinases which causes breakdown of protein in ultra-high temperature milk. In UHT milk, sedimentation can happen right after thermal treatment or it takes place during the storage time. Sediment is composed of denatured protein, minerals, lactose and lipids with wide variation in composition. Consumer demand for higher-quality fruit juices has resulted in the development of non-thermal processing to extend the shelf life of fruit juices. Ozonation is a novel technique, involving the production of volatile oxygen atoms capable of destroying an extensive range of microorganisms and lengthening the shelf stability of fruit juices. The purpose of this research was to examine the influence of ozonation on the physicochemical, bioactive components, and microbial properties of kinnow juice. Kinnow juice was exposed to ozone gas with fixed concentration 150 mg/h for 5, 10, and 15 minutes. Then, kinnow juice was filled in a plastic bottle and kept at 4 ± 2°C for 3 months. The mentioned parameters were examined after 30 days, 60 days, and 90 days. It was found that ozonation had shown a significant influence on nutritional characteristics of kinnow juice as it increased (p ≤.05) the acidity, total soluble content, total phenolics content, flavonoids content, and antioxidant potential of kinnow juice and diminished the microbial activity, increasing ozone time from 5 to 15 minutes. OZ-15 (15 minutes of ozonation) showed the maximum value of total soluble content (14.70 ± 0.10 °Brix), titrable acidity (0.179 ± 0.10%), total flavonoid content (244.44 ± 3.70 mg equivalent of catechin/100 mL), and total antioxidant activity (305.95 ± 2.70 µg/g equivalent of ascorbic acid of juice), but it presented the least total mold counts (1.49 ± 0.02 colony forming unit/mL) and plate counts (1.53 ± 0.03 colony forming unit/mL). It was suggested that the ozonation could be used as an alternative to the traditional pasteurization and chemical preservatives on kinnow juice to retain quality characteristics. The main goal of this paper is to introduce a new scheme, known as the Aboodh homotopy integral transform method ( A HITM), for the approximate solution of wave problems in multi-dimensional orders. The Aboodh integral transform ( A IT) removes the restriction of variables in the recurrence relation, whereas the homotopy perturbation method (HPM) derives the successive iterations using the initial conditions. The convergence analysis is provided to study a wave equation with multiple dimensions. Some computational applications are considered to show the efficiency of this scheme. In this study, ice creams were produced from cow and buffalo milk using 15% sugar, 13% fat, 11% milk solids not fat, and 0.5% cremodan (TS 39.5%). Triglycerides from C26 to C36 were significantly higher in buffalo milk ice cream than cow milk ice cream. Milk type and storage both affected the fatty acid composition of ice cream samples. Concentrations of unsaturated fatty acids in cow and buffalo milk ice cream samples were 24.4% and 29.9%, respectively. Total antioxidant capacity of buffalo milk ice cream was 18% higher than cow milk ice cream. Concentrations of vitamin A and E were significantly higher in buffalo milk ice cream samples. Buffalo milk ice cream had lower peroxide value and higher oxidative stability than cow milk ice cream. Induction period of cow and buffalo milk ice cream was 8.55 h and 10.79 h with no difference in sensory properties of both types of ice creams. Practical applications: Buffalo milk is widely used for the production of several value‐added dairy products and is the major source of milk in some Asian countries. However, due to limited research work, buffalo milk processing industry could not develop, and buffalo milk based dairy products are not available in markets of these countries. The structural, magnetic, and dielectric properties of Yb ions substituted Ca-hexaferrites (Ca-HFs) synthesized using the citrate sol–gel method were studied. XRD and SEM, techniques were used to evaluate the size and shape of the samples. X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) patterns of prepared samples revealed the production of a single M-type single phase hexagonal ferrite with space group 167: R-3c, hexagonal of P63/mmc for structural characterization. Using a scanning electron microscope, the surface morphology of the particle was investigated, and the particle size was determined (SEM). FTIR spectra confirmed the iron–oxygen bands of X-type hexagonal ferrites at tetrahedral and octahedral sites. The high influence of Yb+3 substitutions on the FTIR spectra further confirmed that the dopants play a significant role in these ferrites. The electrical and dielectric properties of Yb substituted Ca-HFs were investigated using the complex impedance spectroscopy technique at various temperatures, frequencies, and substitution ratios. Yb substitution was discovered to have a significant impact on dielectric loss, dielectric constant, Ac conductivity, and dissipation factor. It was fascinating to see how Ytterbium replacement resulted in a significant improvement in magnetic characteristics. With a given substitution ratio, activation energy levels can be altered to a certain level. The Verway Hopping Model, Maxwell Wagner Model, and Koop's theory were used to describe the conduction and polarization mechanisms. The trend was also influenced by the substitution of Yb. Objective: To determine the impact of the information seminar on breast cancer awareness among the medical and nursing students of CMH institute of Medical Sciences (CIMS) Multan Pakistan. Study Design: Prospective Comparative Study. Place and Duration of Study: One-day seminar at CMH Institute of Medical Sciences (CIMS) Multan Pakistan. Methodology: A one-day seminar on breast cancer awareness was arranged at CMH Institute of Medical Sciences Multan Pakistan for 3rd and 4th-year MBBS and 3rd-year BSc Nursing students. A total of 137 participants were recruited. Participants were selected by non-probability consecutive sampling. A validated 13-question questionnaire was designed to assess participants' basic knowledge of breast cancer and breast self-examination (BSE). Results: The mean age of participants was 21.27±0.99 years. 30(21.9%) were males and 107(78.1%) were female students. Before the seminar, approximately half of the students were correct about the demographics and presentation of breast cancer which increased to more than 80% in all avenues post-seminar (p<0.001). The most significant improvement was the correct responses regarding the age at which BSE should begin. Its frequency and correct technique pre-seminar were 75(54.7%), 51(37.2%) and 23(16.8%), which in post-seminar were 98(71.5%), 106(77.4%) and 75(54.7%) respectively (p<0.001). The study of dynamic systems appears in various aspects of dynamical structures such as decomposition, decoupling, observability, and controllability. In the present research, we study the controllability of fractional stochastic systems (FSF) and examine the Poisson jumps in finite dimensional space where the fractional impulsive neutral stochastic system is controllable. Sufficient conditions are demonstrated with the aid of fixed point theory. The Mittag-Leffler (ML) matrix function defines the controllability of the Grammian matrix (GM). The relation to symmetry is clear since the controllability Grammian is a hermitian matrix (since the integrand in its definition is hermitian) and this is the complex version of a symmetric matrix. In fact, such a Grammian becomes a symmetric matrix in the specific scenario where the controllability Grammian is a real matrix. This article presents an idea of a new approach for the solitary wave solution of the modified Degasperis–Procesi (mDP) and modified Camassa–Holm (mCH) models with a time-fractional derivative. We combine Laplace transform (L T) and homotopy perturbation method (HPM) to formulate the idea of the Laplace transform homotopy perturbation method (L HPTM). This study is considered under the Caputo sense. This proposed strategy does not depend on any assumption and restriction of variables, such as in the classical perturbation method. Some numerical examples are demonstrated and their results are compared graphically in 2D and 3D distribution. This approach presents the iterations in the form of a series solutions. COVID 19 devastation affected humanity socially and economically whose impacts would remain for many decades. One sector of human life which was affected badly has been education sector. The students of educational institutions suffered a lot all around the globe. The present descriptive research analyzed those effects and suggested solutions to cope with the aftereffects being produced. Major objective of this research was to identify the educational issues acclaimed due to pandemic in the higher educational institutes and to analyze the current situation prevailing in the higher educational institutes due to COVID 19. The researchers recommended the solutions to come out of this situation by using mix method of research and took the stakeholders higher education teachers and taught on board for their contribution into research. A semi structured survey, interview and observation check list was taken as a tool for collecting data from the population. Multistage sampling technique was used to collect data from the samples. Randomization and convenient sampling technique was used to collect data from the graduates and teachers who underwent the pandemic teaching and learning process in Pakistani Universities. Overall 400 students and 20 teachers took part in the process of research. The results and findings attained from these participants showed that COVID disturbed their teaching and learning activity a lot and they faced immense problems during two years. It was found that this irreparable loss seemed to prevail in their future and it needed to be compensated through make up classes or refresher courses in their perspective fields. Emotional stress is believed to be associated with increased tumor progression. Stress-induced epigenetic modifications can contribute to the severity of disease and poor prognosis in cancer patients. The current study aimed to investigate the expression profiles along with the prognostic significance of psychological stress-related genes in metastatic breast cancer patients, to rationalize the molecular link between emotional stress and cancer progression. We profiled the expression of selected stress-associated genes (5-HTT, NR3C1, OXTR, and FKBP5) in breast cancer including the stress evaluation of all participants using the Questionnaire on Distress in Cancer Patients–short form (QSC-R10). A survival database, the Kaplan–Meier Plotter, was used to explore the prognostic significance of these genes in breast cancer. Our results showed relatively low expressions of 5-HTT (p = 0.02) and OXTR (p = 0.0387) in metastatic breast cancer patients as compared to the non-metastatic group of patients. The expression of NR3C1 was low in tumor grade III as compared to grade II (p = 0.04). Additionally, the expression of NR3C1 was significantly higher in patients with positive estrogen receptor status. However, no significant difference was found regarding FKBP5 expression in breast cancer. The results suggest a potential implication of these genes in breast cancer pathology and prognosis. Diversity and socioeconomic deprivation have been widely discussed as determinants of social cohesion. These two factors are considered to be a threat to social cohesion. The existing literature identifies the problem, however, the literature suggesting the solution is very limited. The most important determinant which can cure the problems of social cohesion is the better quality of institutions, however, there is hardly any literature on this aspect. The current study has investigated the impact of political institutional quality on social cohesion by employing the fixed‐effect model for estimation. The analysis is conducted for 135 countries, using five‐year average panel data. The results suggest that political institutional quality augments social cohesion, gender equality, and per capita income also augment social cohesion. Ethnic diversity, income inequality, and globalization are a threat to social cohesion. Moreover, the threat to social cohesion is greater when there are low political institutional quality and high ethnic diversity, and income inequality as compared to a situation where there are high political institutional quality and low ethnic diversity, and income inequality. The results further suggest that the harmful effects of ethnic diversity, inequality, and globalization can be, not only overcome by institutional quality but can also be put to use to enhance social cohesion. The current study is aimed at examining the overall effects of steroids on the tissues of organisms and pharmacotherapeutics and pharmaco-histokinetics of several steroids, including Bromocriptine as mesylate and estradiol valerate in common quails (Coturnix coturnix). A total of 100 birds were used for pharmaco-histokinetics. The research was carried out in two separate trials, one during the fall season and the other during the spring season. Each experiment lasted for five, ten, fifteen, and twenty days. Each study group used 20 birds while basing their experiments on a control group of 5. At the stretch of five, ten, fifteen, and twenty days in each season, therapeutic dosages were administered to a sum of two groups representing two separate steroid trial groups. Each steroid was administered to each bird in a therapeutic dose, which was three drops administered twice daily. Clinical symptoms include despondency, sluggishness, and variations in weight and temperature that almost all treated birds display. However, only in trials conducted in the fall was a sizable degree of body enlargement in one treated bird noticed. The winter testing showed a mortality rate. Four birds have died in the twenty-day group. One bird died when treated with estradiol valerate, and three birds died treated with Bromocriptine as mesylate. Both the male and female birds showed signs of having lost some of their body weight. The treated birds' kidney, stomach, hearts, and livers exhibited some edema. In comparison, almost all birds show enteritis, which indicates that steroids mainly affect the intestine. There were apparent differences in the histological analysis of heart and skeletal muscle and some treated birds with the control group. This paper presents the concept of a new strategy that examines the analytical solution of the Harry Dym equation (HDEq) with fractional derivative in the Caputo sense. This new approach is called the Mohand homotopy perturbation transform scheme (MHPTS) which is constructed on the basis of the Mohand transform (MT) and the homotopy perturbation method (HPM). The implementation of MT produces the recurrence relation without any assumption and hypothesis theory whereas HPM is additionally used to overcome the nonlinearity in differential problems. Our primary focus is to handle the error analysis in the recurrence relation and generates the solution in the order of series. These obtained results yield the exact solution very rapidly due to its fast convergence. Some graphical representations are demonstrated to show the high efficiency and performance of this approach. Neighbor designs (NDs) are used in the experiments where neighbor effects may arise. Neighbor designs neutralize these effects and are, therefore, considered to be robust against neighbor effects. Minimal neighbor designs are always most economical among the neighbor designs and are, therefore, preferred by the experimenters. Method of cyclic shifts provides these designs in circular blocks only for odd v (number of treatments). The present study aimed to develop ready-to-drink (RTD) beverage using the choongan (Caralluma tuberculata L.) extract and further to evaluate antioxidant potential and mineral estimation of the prepared RTD. The stem of Caralluma tuberculata was used to further isolate and purify the powder. Then, C. tuberculata powder was utilized in the formulation of beverages. All the treatments observed a decreasing trend for acidity, total soluble solids, total phenols, total antioxidant activity, total flavonoids, DPPH radical scavenging activity, and viscosity during storage whilst pH showed an increasing trend. It was observed that Caralluma RTD contained increasing trend of phytochemicals by increasing contents of the Caralluma extract. The same trend was also observed regarding all the mineral contents investigated in the present study. The treatment T4 (Caralluma RTD having 1.5 g C. tuberculata powder) showed the maximum values regarding phytochemicals as well as minerals. The microbial counts (log10 CFU/mL) for all the treatments increased during storage. The validity of two reanalysis (ERA5 and MEERA2) and seven satellite-based (CHIRPS, IMERG, PERSIANN-CCS, PERSIANN-CDR, PERSIANN-PDIR, PERSIANN, and TRMM) precipitation products was assessed in relation to the observations of in situ weather stations installed in different topographical and climatic regions of Pakistan. From 2010 to 2018, all precipitation products were evaluated on daily, monthly, seasonal, and annual bases at a point-to-pixel scale and over the entire spatial domain. The accuracy of the products was evaluated using commonly used evaluation and categorical indices, including Root Mean Square Error (RMSE), Correlation Coefficient (CC), Bias, Relative Bias (rBias), Critical Success Index (CSI), Success Ratio (SR) Probability of Detection (POD), and False Alarm Ratio (FAR). The results show that: (1) Over the entire country, the spatio-temporal distribution of observed precipitation could be represented by IMERG and TRMM products. (2) All products (reanalysis and SPPs) demonstrated good agreement with the reference data at the monthly scale compared to the daily data (CC > 0.7 at monthly scale). (3) All other products were outperformed by IMERG and TRMM in terms of their capacity to detect precipitation events throughout the year, regardless of the season (i.e., winter, spring, summer, and autumn). Furthermore, both products (IMERG and TRMM) consistently depicted the incidence of precipitation events across Pakistan's various topography and climatic regimes. (4) Generally, CHIRPS and ERA5 products showed moderate performances in the plan areas. Deep learning (DL) enables the creation of computational models comprising multiple processing layers that learn data representations at multiple levels of abstraction. In the recent past, the use of deep learning has been proliferating, yielding promising results in applications across a growing number of fields, most notably in image processing, medical image analysis, data analysis, and bioinformatics. DL algorithms have also had a significant positive impact through yielding improvements in screening, recognition, segmentation, prediction, and classification applications across different domains of healthcare, such as those concerning the abdomen, cardiac, pathology, and retina. Given the extensive body of recent scientific contributions in this discipline, a comprehensive review of deep learning developments in the domain of diabetic retinopathy (DR) analysis, viz., screening, segmentation, prediction, classification, and validation, is presented here. A critical analysis of the relevant reported techniques is carried out, and the associated advantages and limitations highlighted, culminating in the identification of research gaps and future challenges that help to inform the research community to develop more efficient, robust, and accurate DL models for the various challenges in the monitoring and diagnosis of DR. A biswapped network is an interconnection network in multiprocessor systems. These are networks of devices or processors and connections of these devices or processors. Here network can be expressed in the form of a graph. Devices or processors represent vertices, and the connection of devices or processors represents edges. The subset of the nodes set is called the resolving set if all the representations or codes are different w.r.t. this subset gives the information about the complete network. The minimum cardinality of the resolving set is called the locating number. In this article, we find the locating number of biswapped interconnection networks. In this paper, We compute the exact values of locating numbers for biswapped networks generated by different families of underlying basis networks like path, cycle, power of path, and complete. Climate change is a severe threat for productivity of sugarcane crop. Crop models have potential to quantify the climate change impacts, and management practices effects on development and productivity of sugarcane crop. These models provide simulations as a result of interaction between genotype, management, and environment. The current study was conducted with the objectives to (1) calibration, evaluation and application of CSM-CANEGRO-Sugarcane model (2) climate change assessment and make adaptation strategies for industrial (spring and autumn crops) and non-industrial (summer crop) sugarcane. Two field experiments regarding industrial sugarcane were carried out at Multan during 2013–2014 and 2014–2015 and two field experiments regarding ponda chewing sugarcane (non-industrial, thick, soft and juicier sugarcane) at Vehari during 2017 and 2018. Calibration and evaluation of CSM-CANEGRO-Sugarcane model showed that all model statistical parameters were obtained under acceptable range. Model sensitivity was also evaluated against Carbon, Temperature and Water analysis for both sites. Results revealed that average temperature is increased almost 0.94 °C during baseline weather data (1980–2018), while according to different climate projections by Global Climate Models (GCMs), average temperature 3–5 °C can be increase during mid-century. So, without adaptation strategies, fresh cane yield will be decreased ranging from 15.31 to 22.57% at different GCMs during mid-century (2039–2069). Adaptation strategies; like 18–25 days earlier planting, increasing 15% N application quantity and increasing frequency of irrigation and growing heat tolerant and more growing degree days requiring varieties can compensate the negative impact of climate change in future scenario. Simple Summary: The Himalayan pheasants have many cultural, economic, and environmental values. Still, unfortunately, the species is under anthropogenic pressure and biological hazards, leading to a rapid decline in its population. The current study aims to identify the human pressures imposed by major infrastructure development projects, illegal hunting, deforestation, pollution, non-timber forest collections, and other natural activities that severely damage the pheasant habitat and population in the study area. Higher altitude valleys with less disturbed habitats have significantly higher encounter rates and densities than those at lower altitudes and higher human pressure. This research suggests that conservation biologists and the wildlife department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa should formulate approaches for effective conservation and better habitat management. It may include public awareness regarding pheasant's beneficial aspects, pre-implementations of the wildlife management plan for a major infrastructure development project, and strict rules and policies around deforestation and habitat degradation. The study also recommends that the habitat of the pheasants, specifically the threatened area of Western Tragopan, be considered a legally reserved area of conservation to improve its conservation status. Pheasants play a distinctive and significant role in high altitudinal ecosystems. These are good indicators of environmental changes, and their presence determines the health and balance of the bio-network. Recent human pressure continues to degrade their populations, and some pheasant species are already extinct. Therefore, the current study focuses on pheasant abundance and emerging conservation issues. The pheasant population was assessed using "Call count methods" and analyzed by DISTANCE software. The results revealed that the valleys where human interference is minimum had significantly higher encounter rates and densities of pheasants. At the same time, the pheasant population was severely affected, whether found at lower or higher altitudes, showing seasonal migration toward human settlements. The habitat suitability modeling was performed using the MaxEnt model and showed that human activities overlap with the suitable natural habitats of pheasants. The threats were identified using a systematic questionnaire survey from the nearest villages of the potential habitat, and particular attention was paid to valleys where human pressures were found to be high. Major infrastructure development projects, illegal hunting, and deforestation were identified as the major threats to the pheasant population.
