Based on the quantum valley Hall effect analogy, this work proposes a phononic crystal plate with ligament-type beams to obtain the topological valley transmission of elastic waves. A pure Bragg degenerate state appears in the high-frequency region with a resonator introduced. By rotating the central scatterer and the beams, the mirror symmetry is broken to form a topological bandgap. Subsequently, this work finds that two selective edge states also appear beside the commonly non-trivial crossing edge states in the topological bandgap by calculating the projected band and eigenvalue spectrum of the supercell with different valley Hall phases phononic crystals. Their appearance is due to band separation of the topological edge states caused by an increase in the rotation angle. Both selective edge states can transmit topologically in specific paths. They will help further to broaden the width of the frequency band of topological transmission. Besides, an elastic wave splitter is designed and demonstrated numerically, which can form two channels and three channels in different frequency bands. With the topological selective edge state disappearing, a topological corner state exists in the edge bandgap. Objective To evaluate the value of different combinations of alpha-fetoprotein （AFP）， alpha-fetoprotein-L3 isoform ratio （AFP-L3%） and des-γ-carboxyprothrombin （DCP） for early diagnosis of hepatitis B virus （HBV）-related hepatocellular carcinoma （HCC）. Methods A total of 167 patients were enrolled in this study， including 100 patients with HCC and 67 patients with infection-related liver cirrhosis （LC）. The levels of serum AFP， AFP-L3% and DCP were detected by chemiluminescence enzyme immunoassay. The receiver operating characteristic （ROC） curve was delineated for subsequent analysis. Results The levels of AFP， AFP-L3% and DCP in HCC patients were significantly higher than those in LC patients （all P < 0.05）. There was no significant difference in AFP and AFP-L3% levels between stage 0 and stage A patients in HCC group （both P > 0.05）. DCP levels in stage 0 patients were significantly lower than those in stage A patients in HCC group （P < 0.05）. The sensitivity and specificity of AFP， AFP-L3% and DCP in the diagnosis of early HCC were 51.5%， 92.5%， 28.3%， and 95.5%， 60.0%， 84.7%， respectively. Analysis of the area under the ROC curve （AUC） results showed that the AUC values of AFP， AFP-L3% and DCP for the diagnosis of early HCC were 0.760， 0.619 and 0.749， respectively. The AUC value of combined detection of AFP and DCP was 0.810， which yielded the highest diagnostic efficiency. Conclusion AFP has important diagnostic value in the diagnosis of early HCC. The combination of AFP and DCP can improve the diagnostic efficiency of HBV-related early HCC.

This study uses the GBDT model to extract and analyze teaching materials prepared by an English university writing skills course, select materials tailored to students’ characteristics, and produce student test scores. Learning models for predicting, analyzing and analyzing students’ writing scores, information technology can accurately predict students’ scores, which ensures the correct use of information technology in English university academic writing and the impact of GBDT. model for predicting outcomes, which has a positive role and value in student academic writing and teacher training.

Background: Upper-limb poststroke spasticity (PSS) negatively impacts on patients’ quality of life. An increasing number of clinical trials have indicated that wet cupping with rehabilitation training is conductive to alleviate spastic muscle tone, thereby to improve upper-limb function. However, related evidence base is insufficient. This study systematically investigates the efficacy and safety of wet cupping with rehabilitation training on stroke patients with upper-limb spasticity. Methods: Eight separate databases and two clinical trial registries were searched from their inception to December 6, 2022. Two reviewers extracted the data and assessed the quality of the literature, independently. The mean difference (MD) or risk ratio (RR) were used as measure of effect size in meta-analysis. The Grading of Recommendations Assessment, Development and Evaluation (GRADE) was used for the certainty of evidence. Results: Eight randomized controlled trials (RCTs) were quantified for meta-analysis. The results indicated that in comparison with the control group, wet cupping with rehabilitation training was more effective in reducing modified Ashworth scale score (MD = −0.60, 95% CI: −0.74, −0.46; P < 0.00001) and the integral electromyography value of biceps muscle (MD = −4.71, 95% CI: −6.74, −2.67; P < 0.00001), but improving effective rate (RR = 1.28, 95% CI: 1.15, 1.41; P < 0.00001), Fugl-Myer Assessment score (MD = 4.84, 95% CI: 3.05, 6.64; P < 0.00001) as well as Barthel Index score (MD = 6.38, 95% CI: 2.20, 10.57; P = 0.003). However, no significant difference was found regarding the integral electromyography value of triceps muscle between groups (MD = 1.72, 95% CI: −2.05, 5.48; P = 0.37). Conclusion: Wet cupping with rehabilitation training should be included in a comprehensive therapeutic regimen for stroke patients with upper-limb spasticity. However, these results need to be further verified by more RCTs with rigorous design and large sample size.

In this paper, influences of [Bi.sup.3+] doping on the crystal structure and electronic band structure of [Sr.sub.3][MgSi.sub.2][O.sub.8], and charge transfer process from the valence band to [Bi.sup.3+] (CT) and from [Bi.sup.3+] to the conduction band in [Sr.sub.3][MgSi.sub.2][O.sub.8] (MMCT) have been investigated through first principles calculations. The total energy calculations make clear the location of the doped [Bi.sup.3+] in [Sr.sub.3][MgSi.sub.2][O.sub.8] that the doped [Bi.sup.3+] preferred to take up the [Mg.sup.2+] sites and form [BiO.sub.6]. The calculated results of electronic band structure and density of states reveal the constituents that make up the conduction band and valence band of [Sr.sub.3][MgSi.sub.2][O.sub.8] and [Sr.sub.3][Mg.sub.0.875][Bi.sub.0.125][Si.sub.2][O.sub.8], respectively. In addition, a defect level appears in the band gap of [Sr.sub.3][Mg.sub.0.875][Bi.sub.0.125][Si.sub.2][O.sub.8], which is originated from the p orbit of the doped [Bi.sup.3+]. Also, the calculated absorptions of [Sr.sub.3][MgSi.sub.2][O.sub.8] and [Sr.sub.3][Mg.sub.0.875][Bi.sub.0.125][Si.sub.2][O.sub.8] show a gradually shifted absorption band from deep UV region to the blue area with increasing absorption intensity. The above results make clear of the fact that first principles calculations can be useful in investigating the properties of [Bi.sup.3+] doped luminescent materials and designing new kinds of luminescent host materials. Key words: first principles calculations, luminescence materials, phosphors, bismuth, silicates Dans le cadre du present article, nous avons etudie les efets du dopage au [Bi.sup.3+] sur la structure cristalline et la structure des bandes electroniques du [Sr.sub.3][MgSi.sub.2][O.sub.8], le processus de transfert de charge de la bande de valence au [Bi.sup.3+] (transfert de charge) et du [Bi.sup.3+] a la bande de conduction dans le [Sr.sub.3][MgSi.sub.2][O.sub.8] (transfert de charge metal a metal) au moyen de calculs ab initio. Les calculs d'energie totale permettent de determiner clairement l'emplacement des ions [Bi.sup.3+] dopes dans le [Sr.sub.3][MgSi.sub.2][O.sub.8] et d'etablir que les ions [Bi.sup.3+] dopes prennent preferentiellement la place des ions [Mg.sup.2+] pour former du [BiO.sub.6]. Les resultats des calculs de la structure de bande electronique et de la densite des etats revelent les elements constituant la bande de conduction et la bande de valence du [Sr.sub.3][MgSi.sub.2][O.sub.8] et du [Sr.sub.3][Mg.sub.0.875][Bi.sub.0.125][Si.sub.2][O.sub.8], respectivement. En outre, un niveau de defauts apparait dans la bande interdite du [Sr.sub.3][Mg.sub.0.875][Bi.sub.0.125][Si.sub.2][O.sub.8], qui provient de l'orbitale p du [Bi.sup.3+] dope. Nous avons egalement observe par calcul des absorptions du [Sr.sub.3][MgSi.sub.2][O.sub.8] et du [Sr.sub.3][Mg.sub.0.875][Bi.sub.0.125][Si.sub.2][O.sub.8] que la bande d'absorption s'etait deplacee graduellement de la region de l'ultraviolet profond a la zone bleue, et que son intensite d'absorption s'etait accrue.
