Objective Methods Results Conclusion To study the cytogenetic characteristics of extramedullary disease (EMD) in patients with multiple myeloma (MM) and their impact on prognosis.Patients with newly diagnosed MM (NDMM) at Peking Union Medical College Hospital (Beijing, China) between June 2007 and December 2019 were recruited for this study. Demographic information, clinical data, fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) results of marrow and tissue samples, and survival outcome data were collected.A total of 439 patients with NDMM were divided into those without EMD (non‐EMD, n = 339), those with EMD with primary paraosseous plasmacytoma (pEMD‐B, n = 48), those with primary EMD with soft‐tissue involvement (pEMD‐S, n = 33), and those with secondary EMD (sEMD, n = 19). The incidence of EMD was 18.5% (81/439) at diagnosis and 22.8% (100/439) throughout the disease course. Comparison of FISH results showed a higher proportion of RB1 deletion (n = 20; 60.0% vs. 20.0%, p = .013) and MYC translocation (n = 12; 44.4% vs. 12.5%, p = .041) in the extramedullary tissues than in the paired bone marrow samples. At diagnosis, the percentage of MYC translocations in the sEMD group was notably higher than that in the non‐EMD group (55.6% vs. 15.5%, p = .012). The median overall survival (OS) of patients with pEMD‐S (32 months) and sEMD (17 months) was significantly shorter (both p = .001) than that of non‐EMD patients (60 months).Soft‐tissue EMD can be considered a high‐risk condition, even in the era of novel agents. MYC translocation can serve as a valuable marker that correlates with extramedullary spread and relapse in patients with MM and should be considered for inclusion in routine FISH panels in clinical practice. Converting carbon dioxide (CO2) into high-value-added chemicals using solar energy is a promising approach to reducing carbon dioxide emissions; however, single photocatalysts suffer from quick the recombination of photogenerated electron–hole pairs and poor photoredox ability. Herein, silver (Ag) nanoparticles featuring with localized surface plasmon resonance (LSPR) are combined with g-C3N4 to form a Schottky junction for photothermal catalytic CO2 reduction. The Ag/g-C3N4 exhibits higher photocatalytic CO2 reduction activity under UV-vis light; the CH4 and CO evolution rates are 10.44 and 88.79 µmol·h−1·g−1, respectively. Enhanced photocatalytic CO2 reduction performances are attributed to efficient hot electron transfer in the Ag/g-C3N4 Schottky junction. LSPR-induced hot electrons from Ag nanoparticles improve the local reaction temperature and promote the separation and transfer of photogenerated electron–hole pairs. The charge carrier transfer route was investigated by in situ irradiated X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The three-dimensional finite-difference time-domain (3D-FDTD) method verified the strong electromagnetic field at the interface between Ag and g-C3N4. The photothermal catalytic CO2 reduction pathway of Ag/g-C3N4 was investigated using in situ diffuse reflectance infrared Fourier transform spectra (DRIFTS). This study examines hot electron transfer in the Ag/g-C3N4 Schottky junction and provides a feasible way to design a plasmonic metal/polymer semiconductor Schottky junction for photothermal catalytic CO2 reduction. Many deep learning methods typically assume that the marginal probability distribution between the training and testing bearing data is similar or the same. However, the probability distribution of rolling bearings may deviate significantly under diverse working conditions. To address the above limitations, a novel transferable remaining useful life (RUL) prediction method integrated with Bayesian deep learning and unsupervised domain adaptation (DA) is proposed. First, the signal alignment is executed on the data after the first prediction time to maintain the same granularity and scale across both source and target domains. Second, the multi‐domain features are extracted and sent into the dual‐channel Transformer network (DCTN) incorporating the convolutional block attention module (CBAM) to adequately exploit the abundant degradation information. Then, the DA module is incorporated into the model to mitigate the distribution discrepancies of the extracted high‐level merged features between the source and target domains. Finally, by applying the variational inference method, the DCTN‐CBAM is extended to the Bayesian deep neural network, and the RUL prediction and its corresponding confidence intervals can be conveniently derived. In addition, the generalization capability and effectiveness are validated through six bidirectional transfer RUL prediction tasks across two rolling bearing datasets. The frequent turnover of college graduates is a key factor leading to the frictional unemployment and structural unemployment of youth, which are important research fields concerned with pedagogy, sociology, and management; however, there is little research on the prediction of college graduates' turnover. Therefore, this study investigated the turnover status of 17,268 college graduates from 52 universities in China, constructed and optimized a random forest model for predicting the turnover of college graduates, and analyzed the influencing mechanism of college graduates' turnover and the importance of influencing factors. The enhanced random forest model could deal with the unbalanced data and has a higher prediction accuracy as well as stronger generalization ability in predicting the turnover of college graduates. Individual background variables, job characteristic variables, and work environment variables are all important factors influencing whether college graduates resign or not. The top five factors that affect the turnover of college graduates by more than 10% are income level, job satisfaction degree, job opportunities, and job matching degree. The conclusion of this study is conducive to improving the accuracy of turnover prediction, systematically exploring the influencing factors of college graduates' turnover, and effectively guaranteeing the overall stability of youth employment. Summary: In order to reduce the implantation volume and improve the transmission efficiency of the magnetically coupled resonant wireless power transfer system for cardiac pacemakers, a dual‐coupled wireless power transfer system for cardiac pacemakers that integrates a compensation coil into the main coil was designed. First, the mutual inductance equivalent model of the dual‐coupled wireless power transfer system was established and the impedance matching parameters were solved. The double‐sided inductor–capacitor–inductor (DS‐LCL) circuit simulation model considering the equivalent series resistance was established with MATLAB. The influence of different inductance ratios on the output power and transfer efficiency of the system was analyzed in the range of 200–300 kHz, and the system parameters for optimal transfer efficiency were determined. Second, the compensation coil on the same side was naturally decoupled by changing the aspect ratio of the compensation coil. The magnetic field distribution between the internally integrated dual‐coupled structure proposed in this paper and the conventional integrated structure was compared using COMSOL, and the safety assessment of the system was conducted, considering parameters such as temperature rise and specific absorption rate. Finally, an experimental platform was established to verify the system's output performance and safety. The results showed that compared with conventional integrated structures, the proposed integrated structure increased the output power by 0.229 W and transmission efficiency by 10.08% at a transmission distance of 8 mm. To explore the possible novel microRNA (miRNA) regulatory pathways in Zhengmai 1860, a newly cultivated drought-tolerant wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) cultivar, miRNA transcriptome sequencing of the flag leaves of Zhengmai 1860, drought-sensitive variety Zhoumai 18, and drought-resistant variety Bainong 207 was performed during the grain filling stage. We also observed changes in the chloroplast ultrastructure, phytohormone levels, and antioxidant- and photosynthesis-related physiological indicators in three wheat varieties. The results showed that the flag leaves of the drought-tolerant variety Zhengmai 1860 had higher chlorophyll contents and net photosynthetic rates than those of Zhoumai 18 under drought stress during the grain filling stage; in addition, the chloroplast structure was more complete. However, there was no significant difference between Zhengmai 1860 and Bainong 207. MiRNA transcriptome analysis revealed that the differential expression of the miRNAs and mRNAs exhibited variable specificity. The KEGG pathway enrichment results indicated that most of the genes were enriched in the MAPK signaling pathway, plant hormone signal transduction, photosynthetic antennae protein, and amino acid and carbohydrate metabolism. In the drought-tolerant cultivar Zhengmai 1860, tae-miR408 was targeted to regulate the allene oxide synthase (AOS) gene, inhibit its expression, reduce the AOS content, and decrease the synthesis of jasmonic acid (JA) and abscisic acid (ABA). The results of this study suggest that Zhengmai 1860 could improve the photosynthetic performance of flag leaves by inhibiting the expression of genes involved in the JA pathway through miRNAs under drought conditions. Moreover, multiple miRNAs may target chlorophyll, antioxidant enzymes, phytohormone signal transduction, and other related pathways; thus, it is possible to provide a more theoretical basis for wheat molecular breeding. To decrease the energy consumption for the electrical manipulation of magnetization, the enhancement of the spin Hall effect through alloying is widely investigated, but the use of rare earth elements is rarely mentioned. This work reports the modification of the spin Hall effect on Pt by doping rare earth Tb atoms. The spin–orbit torque (SOT) performance is significantly enhanced in Pt100‐yTby alloyed heavy metal (HM) layer. Compared with the Tb‐free sample, the damping‐like effective field per unit current density increases to 1.9 times in the samples with Tb content between 5% and 10%. The critical current density for magnetization reversal is greatly reduced by 65% in a device with Pt87Tb13 HM layer and the in‐plane assistant field as small as ±20 Oe is sufficient for the deterministic switching in the same device. By magneto‐optical Kerr effect imaging, it is confirmed that the increased in‐plane field can effectively compensate the Dzyaloshinskii–Moriya interaction (DMI), which not only helps to reduce the critical current, but also facilitates the domain wall motion and is beneficial for the switching process. Direct current (DC) from mechanical energy built on the tribovoltaic effect is promising for the development of self‐powered flexible electronics. A semiconductor triboelectric generator is one of the optimized solutions for DC output. However, it remains underutilized because of its low output power and insufficient insight into the fundamental principles of charge generation and transport at dynamic interfaces. Herein, a flexible fabric‐based DC generator that relies on a metal–semiconducting polymer interface constructed by an asymmetric Schottky junction between a poly(3,4‐ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(styrenesulfonic acid) (PEDOT:PSS)‐coated fabric and an aluminum (Al) foil is reported. The dependence of the electrical output performance of the device on the doping carrier concentration using different types of PEDOT:PSS to modulate the Schottky barrier height, validating both the work function and conductivity of the triboelectric material, which plays a fundamental role in DC generation, is explored. A large work function difference is required to create a high built‐in electric field for efficient separation of electron–hole pairs. Decent conductivity also fulfills an integral role in the innate carrier‐transport capability. Accordingly, an open‐circuit voltage (Voc) of 800 mV, a short‐circuit current (Isc) of 80 μA, and a power density of 6.7 mW cm−2 are yielded simultaneously. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Photo‐mediated synthesis wielding localized surface plasmon resonance (LSPR) of nanoscale metal is widely applied to sculpt silver (Ag) nanocrystals with controllable dimensions and morphologies. However, this photo‐mediated strategy remains underutilized owing to low efficiency and inferior quality in conventional batch reactors. Here, the effective synthesis of Ag nanocrystals is demonstrated via flow reactors and elucidates the photo‐mediated anisotropic growth mechanism. The investigation reveals that the intersection between excitation wavelengths and LSPR of Ag nanocrystals is a prerequisite for their growth. The final morphology is highly correlated with excitation wavelengths, which modulate the redox potential (reaction barrier) of Ag nanocrystals featuring distinct defective structures. Thus, by utilizing tandem‐connected flow reactors, size‐controllable Ag nanoplates can be yielded in a highly efficient cascade growth manner. In addition, composite conductive ink (submicron/nano‐Ag particles) is employed to create high‐performance flexible transparent electrodes. A sixfold conductivity enhancement especially under low sintering temperature (<80 °C), along with superior transmittance (over 90%), and distinguished cyclic durability (negligible resistance change over 1000 cycles) are achieved simultaneously. The study not only establishes comprehensive insights into the acquisition of well‐defined Ag nanocrystals in flow reactors but also ushers in enormous feasibility toward high‐performance and cost‐effective flexible electronics. Decreasing the power consumption of light‐emitting diodes (LEDs) and increasing the energy generation of solar cells are crucial tasks toward the mitigation of greenhouse gas emissions and Paris Agreement goals. Lead (Pb)‐free halide double perovskites, identified as environmentally friendly alternatives to Pb‐based perovskites, are not deemed useful thus far due to the absence of high photoluminescence quantum yield (PLQY) examples and large bandgaps. Herein, penta‐cationic antimony (Sb5+)‐doping strategy is demonstrated for the benchmark material of Cs2NaInCl6, achieving blue emission with near‐unity PLQY and the lowest bandgap of 1.24 eV. The excellent PLQY observed in the material is attributed to Sb5+ doping‐induced Jahn–Teller distortion in Cs2NaInCl6 and a newly emerged band structure, which has remained undisclosed in all previous reports. This groundbreaking discovery represents the first instance in the field of perovskite materials where the incorporation of a single dopant has resulted in a zero‐to‐one enhancement in their emission profile. This breakthrough is expected to have profound implications for advancing research in the utilization of similar dopants, such as manganese cations (Mn6+ and Mn7+), not only in halide perovskite structures but also in oxide‐based perovskites and other semiconductor systems. Wide‐bandgap metal compound‐based dopant‐free passivating contacts have been explored to fabricate crystalline silicon (Si) solar cells to mitigate the high carrier recombination rate of metal‐Si contact directly. Here, an over 4‐nm‐thick single‐layer strontium fluoride (SrFx) and a double‐layer SrFx/lithium fluoride (LiF) films deposited by a facile vacuum thermal evaporation are developed to act as high‐performance electron‐selective contacts. SrFx with ultra‐low work function (2.8 eV) induces a strong downward band bending at the n‐type Si (n‐Si)/SrFx interface, and a dipole active layer exists at the SrFx/aluminum (Al) interface, enabling a low contact resistivity (ρc) of 34.1 mΩ cm2 and thus yielding an impressive fill factor (FF) of 82.8%. Eventually, a power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 20.1% is achieved in the SrFx‐based solar cell. Moreover, in the n‐Si/SrFx/LiF/Al contact, the diffusion of Li in the SrFx film favors facilitating electron transport as well as relaxing its thickness restriction, inhibiting carrier recombination. And an impressive FF of 83.7% with a low ρc of 25.9 mΩ cm2, an improved open‐circuit voltage of 631 mV, and a short‐circuit current density of 39.9 mA/cm2 are attained, resulting in a champion PCE of 21.1%. Double‐layer SrFx/LiF deposited by a simple process provides a grand opportunity to fabricate low‐cost and high‐PCE photovoltaic devices. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
