Ego resiliency has been considered to be a vital element for psychological health. The Revised Ego Resiliency Scale (ER89-R) is an efficient instrument of ego-resiliency with promising psychometrics. However, the psychometric properties of the scale in Chinese college students are still unclear. This study was to test the psychometric properties of the ER89-R in a sample of 678 university students in Mainland China (mean age = 20.16, SD =1.69, 68.30% female). Confirmatory factor analysis supported a first-order two-factor model of the Chinese version of the ER89-R and evidence of strong invariance across gender. Moreover, the internal consistency values of the Chinese version of the ER89-R were from marginal to acceptable, the stability coefficients over time were moderate. Finally, the criterion validity of the Chinese version of the ER89-R was supported by the expected relations with resilience, mental health, self-efficacy, and perceived stress. Abstract Spatial transcriptomics (ST) technologies detect mRNA expression in single cells/spots while preserving their two-dimensional (2D) spatial coordinates, allowing researchers to study the spatial distribution of the transcriptome in tissues; however, joint analysis of multiple ST slices and aligning them to construct a three-dimensional (3D) stack of the tissue still remain a challenge. Here, we introduce spatial architecture characterization by deep learning (SPACEL) for ST data analysis. SPACEL comprises three modules: Spoint embeds a multiple-layer perceptron with a probabilistic model to deconvolute cell type composition for each spot in a single ST slice; Splane employs a graph convolutional network approach and an adversarial learning algorithm to identify spatial domains that are transcriptomically and spatially coherent across multiple ST slices; and Scube automatically transforms the spatial coordinate systems of consecutive slices and stacks them together to construct a 3D architecture of the tissue. Comparisons against 19 state-of-the-art methods using both simulated and real ST datasets from various tissues and ST technologies demonstrate that SPACEL outperforms the others for cell type deconvolution, for spatial domain identification, and for 3D alignment, thus showcasing SPACEL as a valuable integrated toolkit for ST data processing and analysis.

Objective To evaluate the clinical outcomes and complications of posterior spinal fusion surgery in the treatment of neurofibromatosis type 1(NF1)thoracolumbar kyphoscoliosis, and to explore the mode of perioperative care for nurses provided to the patients. Methods We used the retrospective analysis on the 134 patients with NF1 thoracolumbar kyphoscoliosis admitted to our department from March 2012 to April 2022 and analyzed the clinical outcomes and perioperative complications by using the related statistics. We evaluated the Perioperative care by the nurses in the treatment of NF1 to explore the mode of nursing to the patients with the NF1, by using specific observation points and evaluation indicators. Results NF1 kyphoscoliosis patients had poor preoperative nutritional status and lung function. NF1 kyphoscoliosis underwent longer operation time, lost more blood in operation, had higher osteotomy grade and more postoperative complications. All the patients successfully completed the operation in our group. The correction rate of scoliosis was (52.8±22.7)%, and the correction rate of kyphosis was (57.3±34.6)%. 25 patients had complications but no such serious complications as nerve damage. Conclusions The practice of the perioperative nursing to NF1 type scoliosis patients facilitates the shortening of the recovery period, the prevention or timely detection of complications, and improvement of the therapeutic effect.

In this paper, the wave characteristics of true surface waves (TSWs) and pseudo surface waves (PSWs) in two-dimensional (2D) seismic metamaterials are explored. The 2D seismic metamaterial is formed by placing periodic concrete pillars on the surface of the soil substrate. The complex dispersion curves of the seismic metamaterial are numerically calculated by the ω–k approach. The Kelvin–Voigt model is adopted to describe the material viscoelasticity. The results show that not only the TSW modes but also the PSW modes should be taken into account to evaluate the mitigation capacity of the seismic metamaterials. Due to the introduction of material viscoelasticity, the TSWs and PSWs convert from the propagative mode to the evanescent mode. When the PSW modes propagate along the substrate surface, their energy gradually leaks into the bulk of the substrate, leading to their transmission coefficient smaller than that of the TSW modes. Compared to the concrete pillars on the substrate surface, the viscoelasticity of the soil substrate plays a more important role in surface wave reduction. Moreover, the wave propagating length in the seismic metamaterials can be predicted by using complex dispersion relations.

Aims: Yin Yang 1 (YY1) is a multifunctional transcription factor that plays an important role in tumour development and progression, while its clinical significance in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) remains largely unexplored. This study aimed to investigate the expression and clinical implications of YY1 in DLBCL. Methods: YY1 expression in 198 cases of DLBCL was determined using immunohistochemistry. The correlation between YY1 expression and clinicopathological parameters as well as the overall survival (OS) and progression-free survival (PFS) of patients was analyzed. Results: YY1 protein expression was observed in 121 out of 198 (61.1 %) DLBCL cases. YY1 expression was significantly more frequent in cases of the GCB subgroup than in the non-GCB subgroup (P = 0.005). YY1 was positively correlated with the expression of MUM1, BCL6, pAKT and MYC/BCL2 but was negatively associated with the expression of CXCR4. No significant relationships were identified between YY1 and clinical characteristics, including age, sex, stage, localization, and B symptoms. Univariate analysis showed that the OS (P = 0.003) and PFS (P = 0.005) of patients in the YY1-negative group were significantly worse than those in the YY1-positive group. Uyghur dance has a long history and needs to rely on education to inherit. However, the Uyghur dance education in local colleges and universities does not follow the development of the times. Aiming at the situation of Uyghur dance education in colleges and universities, a Uyghur dance pose generation network is constructed. By analyzing the main components and tasks of the autoencoder, the process of extracting music and dance movement features is explored. Combine LSTM to retain the information of dance action features and solve the problem of disappearing dance gradients. Extract the dance video as a sequence of skeletal key points and replace each joint point position with a number accordingly to improve the representation of dance action. The Uyghur dance pose generation network is used to analyze the features of Uyghur dance and propose promotion strategies based on the dance features. The results show that the amplitude and power of female Uyghur dance movements are relatively small, and the distance between joints and points is only [10,90] cm, while the amplitude of male Uyghur dance movements is much larger, and the distance between joints of the point rubbing step is [-10,100] cm. in the promotion of the dance, the degree of validity of the promotion of the combination of modern technology and Uyghur dance is 0.8546. The present study has promoted the reform of Uyghur dance education to some extent. The reform of Uyghur dance education is conducive to the preservation of national traditional dance.

Left-behind children (LBC) is a group of children who live without their parents and receive less parental care and education. Compared with non-left-behind children (NLBC), LBC are more likely to develop emotional or behavior problems. This study aimed to explore the psychometric properties and measurement invariance of the Chinese version of the Emotion Regulation Questionnaire (ERQ) in Chinese LBC. A sample of 2960 middle school students (44.35% male, 55.28% female; age: 12 to 20 years) including LBC (n = 1365) and NLBC (n = 1595) was used. The exploratory factor analysis (EFA); confirmatory factor analyses (CFA); tests of measurement invariance; t-tests of gender and left-behind experience differences; tests of reliability and convergent, discriminant, and criterion validity were conducted. The results showed that two factors were extracted, and the CFA replicated the original two-factor structure (S-B[chi].sup.2/df [almost equal to] 106.778/34, P < .001, CFI = .948, TLI = .932, RMSEA = .056 [.044, .068]). The measurement invariance of the ERQ across genders, LBC and NLBC was also confirmed. Males use expressive suppression (ES) significantly more than females (t = 2.63, p < .01), and LBC use ES significantly more than NLBC (t = 2.11, p < .05). The internal consistency coefficients for ES and cognitive reappraisal (CR) were acceptable, and the test-retest reliability was .62 and .68, respectively. Good convergent, discriminant and criterion validity were also demonstrated. The aim of this study was to assess the risk of food poisoning caused by Listeria monocytogenes in Jinhua ham processed using modern processing techniques. The parameters affecting the growth of Listeria monocytogenes during the production and sale of Jinhua ham, such as pH, water activity, temperature, lactic acid bacteria quantity, were investigated. The initial contamination rate of Listeria monocytogenes in raw pork was also evaluated. Listeria monocytogenes growth model and deactivation model were used to evaluate the exposure levels to Listeria monocytogenes in Jinhua ham. The risk of listeriosis after consumption of ready-to-eat Jinhua ham slices in different populations was explored. The results showed that the contamination level of Jinhua ham in the market was −9.47~7.05 lg CFU/g (90% confidence interval). Abstract Human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) gene amplification helps identify breast cancer patients who may respond to targeted anti-HER2 therapy. This study aims to develop an automated method for quantifying HER2 fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) signals and improve the working efficiency of pathologists. An Aitrox artificial intelligence (AI) model based on deep learning was constructed, and a comparison between the AI model and traditional manual counting was performed. In total, 918 FISH images from 320 consecutive invasive breast cancers were analysed and automatically classified into 5 groups according to the 2018 ASCO/CAP guidelines. The overall classification accuracy was 85.33% (157/184) with a mean average precision of 0.735. In Group 5, the most common group, the consistency was as high as 95.90% (117/122), while the consistency was low in the other groups due to the limited number of cases. The causes of this inconsistency, including clustered HER2 signals, coarse CEP17 signals and some section quality problems, were analysed. The developed AI model is a reliable tool for evaluating HER2 amplification statuses, especially for breast cancer in Group 5; additional cases from multiple centres could further improve the accuracy achieved for other groups.
