Patient satisfaction is one of the hospital indicators used to measure hospital quality. However, the result of patient satisfaction measurement in the inpatients' rooms showed that the level of patient satisfaction was below target. Therefore, it's crucial to carry out a series of therapeutic communication processes as an effort to improve patient satisfaction. This study sought to determine the effect of nurses' therapeutic communication on patient satisfaction in the inpatients' rooms. This was an analytical study with a cross-sectional design conducted from May to June 2022 at Muji Rahayu Hospital, with 70 respondents obtained using systematic random sampling technique. Primary data was gathered from questionnaires that had been distributed to respondents earlier. SPSS was used to analyze data with the Spearman test used. This study revealed that as many as 48,6% of nurses carried out therapeutic communication well. This study also showed that the orientation phase (p=0.000) and work phase (p=0.000) affected patient satisfaction, while the termination phase had no effect (p=0.081). Collectively, there was a significant effect between therapeutic communication on patient satisfaction (p=0.000). Abstrak: Kepuasan pasien merupakan salah satu indikator pengukuran mutu rumah sakit, tetapi hasil dari pengukuran kepuasan pasien di ruang rawat inap RS Muji Rahayu menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan pasien masih dibawah target. Congenital hypothyroidism is one of the main causes of mental retardation which can be prevented. Research in 2020 found that the prevalence of congenital hypothyroidism in Indonesia was 1:1167. During the previous 18 years of implementation of the Congenital Hypothyroidism Screening Program (CHSP), it was found that only 4,6% of newborns. This study aims to conduct a literature review to identify problems and obtain information on improving the implementation of congenital hypothyroidism screening programs in Indonesia. This research was carried out between November-December 2021 and consists of a review of a range of research articles and journals which have been published within the last decade. Several studies have shown that during the implementation of the CHSP, several obstacles were found which hindered the effectiveness of the program, namely the lack of training for health workers, sources of financing which have not been fully borne by the center, accuracy of collection and sample delivery, and less than optimal management function in regulating the implementation of the program thus a more in-depth evaluation needed, especially in terms of economic benefits and the level of effectiveness of the screening program. Background: The effort to control and prevent COVID-19 in health facilities is to optimize the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) according to guidelines set by the government. The compliance of healthcare workers using the specified PPE will affect the control and prevention of the COVID-19 pandemic. Purpose: The study aims to measure the prevalence of COVID-19 in healthcare workers and to find out an overview of knowledge level and compliance with the use of PPE among healthcare workers in East Java Province during the COVID-19 pandemic. Methods: This research was an observational study with a descriptive cross-sectional design. The study population was around 183,501 healthcare workers in East Java Province, with criteria of healthcare workers who worked during the COVID-19 pandemic and were willing to be respondents. This study used a probability sampling method with a simple random sampling technique consisting of 129 healthcare workers. The variables used were knowledge level, compliance with the use of PPE, and the history of COVID-19 infection. Primary data have collected by an online questionnaire platform from September 3rd, 2020 to September 12th, 2020. Results: The prevalence of COVID-19 among healthcare workers in East Java was 6.20%, and all the healthcare workers infected with COVID-19 have a good level of knowledge and compliance with the use of PPE in health facilities. Conclusion: Most healthcare workers have good knowledge and compliance with using PPE.

Background: Previous research has found that husband support can increase the participation of the wife's antenatal care (ANC) to prevent an increase in maternal mortality. Meanwhile, in the eastern region, the effort to provide pregnant women's health services tends to be lower than in Indonesia's other areas. Aims: The study analyzed regional disparities of husbands' support in wives' ANC in eastern Indonesia. Methods: Secondary data from the 2017 Indonesian Demographic and Health Survey were used in the study. In eastern Indonesia, the analytic units were wives aged 15 to 49, married, and pregnant in the previous five years. The study analyzed 2,005 respondents as a sample. In addition to the husband's support, the study examined region (province), residence, age, education, occupation, wealth, and parity as the independent variable. In the final stage, the study used a binary logistic regression test. Results: A husband in East Nusa Tenggara has 1.556 times the probability of a husband in Papua for a support wife's ANC (95% CI 1.082-2.237). Maluku husbands are 0.528 times less likely to support their wife's ANC than Papua husbands (95% CI 0.363-0.768). North Maluku husbands are 0.476 times less likely than Papua husbands to support their wife's ANC (95% CI 0.320-0.709). Meanwhile, there was no significant difference in the husband's support between West Papua and Papua. Conclusion: Regional disparities of husband's support in wife's ANC existed in eastern Indonesia.

Background: The nutrition care village is one of the PELITA program's activities and has goals for reducing stunting in Lamongan District. As stunting cases in Lamongan District decreased from 15.6% in February 2018 to 7.0% in August 2020, the achievement related to toddler undernutrition has increased from 2016 to 2019, namely 4.73%, 4.10%, 5.26%, and 6.87%. That output can potentially affect the quality of human resources or other problems in the future if it not handled properly. Objectives: Analyze the components of the logic model from nutrition care village activity to assist the stunting reduction in Lamongan District. Methods: This study was quantitative research, using questionnaires and observation methods. Then the data were subjected to descriptive analysis. The research sample was nine community health centers selected by purposive sampling. Results: Logic model components in this study consist of inputs, activities, and outputs. Input factors were facilities and infrastructure, SOPs, and human resources. The facilities and infrastructure were fulfilled by coordinating with the community and stating that they do not yet have SOPs in a written document. The number of nutritionists in inpatient community health centers did not meet the minimum standards. The activities were for stunting areas, so they did not cover all villages. The outputs were 6 out of 9 community health centers reach the wasting target. Conclusions: The results of the analysis were quite good. Some community health centers that did not meet the standard need improvements.

Background: Maternal and Child Health (MCH) is still becoming a health problem in Indonesia. One of the causes of maternal mortality is the speed of decision making in the family. Decision making is influenced by knowledge, awareness, family shape and culture in the neighborhood. Aims: the study aimed to identify and analyze the relationship between the use of the internet as a health information and maternal decision-making regarding emergency help Methods: This study used a mixed-method approach. The sample of 175 respondents. Data analysis performed in this study was frequency analysis, cross tabulation and chi-square. Results: There were 40% of respondents used the internet as a source of pregnancy information. Pregnant women had the information about pregnancy from google, instagram and whatsApp group. There were 45.70% of them have made decisions independently regarding the emergency relief. Chi-square analysis showed a p-value = "0,000” with a contingency coefficient of 0,368 indicating the use of the internet as a health information related to decision making of pregnant women regarding emergency relief. Conclusion: The conclusion of this study is that there were pregnant women who were using the internet for health information and the majority of pregnant women had made decisions regarding emergency relief independently.
