Structured illumination microscopy (SIM) achieves super-resolution (SR) by modulating the high-frequency information of the sample into the passband of the optical system and subsequent image reconstruction. The traditional Wiener-filtering-based reconstruction algorithm operates in the Fourier domain, it requires prior knowledge of the sinusoidal illumination patterns which makes the time-consuming procedure of parameter estimation to raw datasets necessary, besides, the parameter estimation is sensitive to noise or aberration-induced pattern distortion which leads to reconstruction artifacts. Here, we propose a spatial-domain image reconstruction method that does not require parameter estimation but calculates patterns from raw datasets, and a reconstructed image can be obtained just by calculating the spatial covariance of differential calculated patterns and differential filtered datasets (the notch filtering operation is performed to the raw datasets for attenuating and compensating the optical transfer function (OTF)). Experiments on reconstructing raw datasets including nonbiological, biological, and simulated samples demonstrate that our method has SR capability, high reconstruction speed, and high robustness to aberration and noise.

Abstract The T T ¯ $$ T\overline{T} $$ deformation is a solvable irrelevant deformation whose properties depend on the sign of the deformation parameter μ. In particular, T T ¯ $$ T\overline{T} $$ -deformed CFTs with μ < 0 have been proposed to be holographically dual to Einstein gravity where the metric satisfies Dirichlet boundary conditions at a finite cutoff surface. In this paper, we put forward a holographic proposal for T T ¯ $$ T\overline{T} $$ -deformed CFTs with μ > 0, in which case the bulk geometry is constructed by gluing a patch of AdS3 to the original spacetime. As evidence, we show that the T T ¯ $$ T\overline{T} $$ trace flow equation, the spectrum on the cylinder, and the partition function on the torus and the sphere, among other results, can all be reproduced from bulk calculations in glue-on AdS3.

A new hydrazone Schiff base bridging ligand (H2LSchiff (E)-N′-((1-hydroxynaphthalen-2-yl)methylene)pyrazine-2-carbohydrazide) and L/D-proline were used to construct a pair of homochiral Dy6 cluster complexes, [Dy6(CO3)(L-Pro)6(LSchiff)4(HLSchiff)2]·5DMA·2H2O (L-1, L-HPro = L-proline; DMA = N,N-dimethylacetamide) and [Dy6(CO3)(D-Pro)6(LSchiff)4(HLSchiff)2]·5DMA·2H2O (D-1, D-HPro = D-proline), which show a novel triangular Dy6 topology. Notably, the fixation of CO2 in the air formed a carbonato central bridge, playing a key role in assembling L-1/D-1. Magnetic measurements revealed that L-1/D-1 displays intramolecular ferromagnetic coupling and magnetic relaxation behaviours. Furthermore, L-1/D-1 shows a distinct magneto-optical Faraday effect and has a second harmonic generation (SHG) response (1.0 × KDP) at room temperature. The results show that the immobilization of CO2 provides a novel pathway for homochiral multifunctional 4f cluster complexes.

Current mobility trend indicates that the number of private cars will decline in the near future. One of the reasons for this trend is the development of Mobility as a Service (MaaS), which in conjunction with information and communication technologies (ICT) drive the application of transport services in smart city, respond to environmental issues, and provide users with reliable mobility. Electric vehicle sharing (EVS) travel has been regarded as a feasible mainstream model of sustainable mobility services in the future, which can effectively improve the utilization rate of motor vehicles, solve the problems of traffic congestion, environmental pollution and urban land, and promote low-carbon and sustainable development. To help electric vehicle operators improve service quality, the establishment of EVS program service performance evaluation is an urgent problem to be solved. Based on this, this paper firstly constructs the evaluation index system from 5 aspects: electric vehicle, charge station, user experience, payment and intelligent services through literature review and Delphi method. Secondly, the criteria importance though intercriteria correlation (CRITIC) and the improved G1 method are introduced to overcome the shortcomings of the single method, and the combined weights are calculated by the multiplication normalization method. Finally, a decision model based on intuitionistic fuzzy soft set (IFSS)-prospect theory and VIse Kriterijumski Optimizacioni Racun (VIKOR) method is constructed to select the best service performance of EVS program, and its feasibility and effectiveness are verified by sensitivity analysis and comparative analysis. The result shows that EVCARD is the best performing EVS program, and shared electric vehicle and charge station are the key factors to be considered in the selection. This study provides scientific and feasible guidance for the optimal service performance selection of EVS programs, which is of great significance for users to choose EVS programs.

Background Antibacterial therapy plays a crucial role in neonatal infections. The efficacy of antibacterial agents is closely related to the actual dose given to neonates. So we evaluated factors potentially affecting the actual dose of intravenous antibiotics during dispensing process in neonates.Methods Meropenem, cefoperazone/sulbactam and piperacillin/tazobactam with two strengths were used to evaluate three methods. Method A (MA) was diluted once and the volumes of 5% glucose for MA were meropenem 4.00 mL, cefoperazone/sulbactam 3.00 mL, piperacillin/tazobactam 9.00 mL. Method B (MB) differed by doubling the volume of 5% glucose. The difference in method C (MC) involved diluting with 5% glucose twice. The concentrations were measured by high-performance liquid chromatography. Relative error (RE) was used to evaluate the preparation accuracy.Results The RE values using MA/MB/MC were: (1) meropenem 0.5 g: 15.1%, 8.0%, 10.4%; 0.25 g: 7.8%, 3.1%, 6.0%; (2) cefoperazone/sulbactam 1.5 g: 13.6%, 4.2%, 3.4%; 0.75 g: 8.8%, 3.5%, 4.0%; (3) piperacillin/tazobactam 4.5 g: 18.2%, 8.7%, 6.3%; 562.5 mg: 8.1%, 2.8%, 6.1%. MB was better than MA in all three drugs. No difference in RE values was found between single and double dilution, except meropenem with 0.25 g. Using MB, meropenem and piperacillin/tazobactam with small drug strength had higher accuracy in preparation.Conclusions MB was suitable for neonatal drug dispensing because of its high accuracy and simple operation. Drugs with small strength were promoted due to the high accuracy.

Abstract Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim. (TK) is a dioecious plant in the Cucurbitaceae family of which different sexes have separate medicinal uses. We used Illumina high-throughput sequencing technology to sequence miRNAs from male and female flower buds of TK. We performed bioinformatics analysis, miRNA identification, and target gene prediction on the data obtained from sequencing, and association analysis was performed in combination with the results of a previous transcriptome sequencing study. As a result, there were 80 differentially expressed miRNAs (DESs) between the female and male plants (48 upregulated and 32 downregulated in female plants). Moreover, 27 novel miRNAs in DESs were predicted to have 282 target genes, and 51 known miRNAs were predicted to have 3418 target genes. By establishing a regulatory network between miRNAs and target genes, 12 core genes were screened, including 7 miRNAs and 5 target genes. Among them, tkmiR157a-5p, tkmiR156c, tkmiR156_2, and tkmiR156k_2 jointly target the regulation of tkSPL18 and tkSPL13B. These two target genes are specifically expressed in male and female plants, respectively, and are involved in the biosynthesis process of BR, which is closely related to the sex differentiation process of TK. The identification of these miRNAs will provide a reference for the analysis of the sex differentiation mechanism of TK.

Abstract Background JC virus (JCV) is common among healthy individuals and remains latent but may be reactivated under immunosuppressive conditions, resulting in progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy (PML). Here, we present a rare case of PML caused by JC virus infection in a previously healthy and immunocompetent patient. Case presentation A 67-year-old female without any disease history was admitted after presenting with rapidly progressive dementia. The preoperative diagnosis was progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy, and corticosteroid treatment did not improve the symptoms. Brain lesions were surgically sampled, and JCV infection was confirmed by high-throughput DNA gene detection. This patient received a combined treatment of mirtazapine, mefloquine, and traditional Chinese herbs, and had stabilization of the disease on followed-up. Conclusions Although it is a rare, this case demonstrates that JC virus infection within the brain occurs in apparently healthy people. This case may increase our understanding of virus infection when facing the coronavirus epidemic in recent years, considering that similar medications were used. Graphical Abstract

Abstract In this work, we continue our work on two dimensional Galilean conformal field theory (GCFT2). Our previous work (2011.11092) focused on the ξ ≠ 0 sector, here we investigate the more subtle ξ = 0 sector to complete the discussion. The case ξ = 0 is degenerate since there emerge interesting null states in a general ξ = 0 boost multiplet. We specify these null states and work out the resulting selection rules. Then, we compute the ξ = 0 global GCA blocks and find that they can be written as a linear combination of several building blocks, each of which can be obtained from a sl(2, ℝ) Casimir equation. These building blocks allow us to give an Euclidean inversion formula as well. As a consistency check, we study 4-point functions of certain vertex operators in the BMS free scalar theory. In this case, the ξ = 0 sector is the only allowable sector in the propagating channel. We find that the direct expansion of the 4-point function reproduces the global GCA block and is consistent with the inversion formula.

Organic metal chalcogenides (OMCs) are organic-inorganic hybrid materials with continuous M-X (X = S, Se, Te) networks that are covalently connected by organic ligands. Here authors report a family of bimetallic OMCs synthesized via selective metal metathesis and oxidation transformation.
