The deltocephaline leafhopper genus Doraturopsis Lindberg (Hemiptera: Cicadellidae: Deltocephalinae: Chiasmini) andspecies D. heros (Melichar) are redescribed, and a new genus and species Zahniserius cylindricus, gen. n., sp. n. fromChina, with an aedeagus similar to that of Doraturopsis, are described. Keys are provided to separate the genera of Chinese Chiasmini Distant and two species of Doraturopsis.

Six species of the genus Aconurella Ribaut from China are reviewed including two new records and two new species; de-scriptions and illustrations of these species are provided. Two new species A. furcata sp. n. and A. paradiplachnis sp. n. are described. A key to males of the Chinese species in the genus is also given. A. orientalis is considered a junior synonym of A. prolixa syn. n. and A. solana is considered a junior synonym of A. montana syn. n.

New records for the Old World grassland leafhopper genus Doratura Sahlberg from China are provided. Four species arerecorded with D. concors, D. homophyla and D. stylata recorded from China for the first time. A key to males is provided and their genitalia are illustrated.

The deltocephaline leafhoppers of the genus Goniagnathus Fieber are common inhabitants of grassland ecosystem in the Palaearctic, Oriental, Afrotropical, and Australian regions. They are robust, squat leafhoppers readily recognized by their short and broad head, fused male subgenital plates, male style with membranous fracture at midlength, connective short and fused with aedeagus.

The Deltocephalus group is revised from China. Deltocephalus Burmeister includes 4 species, Recilia Edwards includes 1 species and Maiestas Distant includes 31 species, of which 12 are new and an additional 13 are newly recorded for China. The new species described are: D. uncinatus, M. crura, M. cultella, M. dinghuensis, M. irisa, M. pararemigia, M. pileiformis, M. remigia, M. rostriformis, M. scalpella, M. webbi and M. yangae spp. nov. The newly recorded species are: D. pulicaris (Fallen), D. vulgaris Dash & Viraktamath, M. bilineata (Dash & Viraktamath), M. brevicula (Dash & Viraktamath), M. heuksandoensis (Kwon & Lee), M. horvathi (Then), M. latifrons (Matsumura), M. obongsanensis (Kwon & Lee), M. samuelsoni (Knight), M. subviridis (Metcalf), M. tareni (Dash & Viraktamath), M. xanthocephala (Dash & Viraktamath) and R. coronifer (Marshall). In addition, one synonym is confirmed: M. prabha (Pruthi) is a junior synonym of M. maculata (Pruthi). The 32 species known from China are illustrated together with keys for their separation.

Matsumura (1914) established Epitettix with the type species E. hiroglyphicus Matsumura, 1914 from Taiwan. Metcalf (1952) proposed the new name Matsumuratettix for Epitettix Matsumura, which was preoccupied by Epitettix Hancock, 1907. Dash & Viraktamath (1995) synonymised Pruthiorosius Ghauri with Matsumuratettix Metcalf. Currently, Matsumuratettix comprises a single species, M. hiroglyphicus (Matsumura, 1914). The genus is easily distinguished from other Old World Deltocephalini by the aedeagal shaft being strongly laterally compressed over the distal two-thirds and with asymmetrical distal spines. In this paper, a new species is described from Thailand and a key to distinguish the two known species is provided.

The Chinese mainland species of the leafhopper genus Nephotettix Matsumura (Hemiptera: Cicadellidae: Deltocephalinae: Chiasmini) (Nephotettix cincticeps (Uhler), Nephotettix malayanus Ishihara & Kawase, Nephotettix nigropictus (Stal), Nephotettix parvus Ishihara & Kawase rec. n., and Nephotettix virescens (Distant)) are reviewed. This genus is redescribed. Variation is described and illustrated. Keys for their separation are provided together with a worldwide checklist.

New leafhopper taxa in the deltocephaline tribe Scaphytopiini Oman are described: Xenovarta lui sp. n., and a new genus and species Aparaphysis lushuiiensis, gen. n., sp. n. from China. Detailed morphological descriptions and illustrations of the new genus and species are given. A checklist to genera of Scaphytopiini is provided.

Chinese species of Gurawa Distant (tribe Chiasmini) are reviewed and a new species, Gurawa truncata sp. nov., is described and illustrated. The related genus Chiasmus Mulsant & Rey is reported from China for the first time and descriptions and illustrations are provided for the genus and one undetermined species. Checklists to species of both genera are provided.

Leofa (Prasutagus) pulla sp. n., is described and illustrated from Thailand. This represents the first record of the genus Leofa Distant from Thailand. A key to known species of the subgenus Prasutagus Distant is provided. A checklist of the genus is provided.
